Good breakfast, lovely staff rooms are large and very comfy.

Room was tiny attic room at the top of three flights of stairs with the cheapest bed I’ve ever seen in a hotel. This is a £40 room sold at more than double the price with pictures of completely different rooms on their advertising.

Great spot in Glasgow, really laid back. Staff were friendly, available around the clock and great with letting me park a little longer than I was allowed to. Old fashioned, town house decor and amenities, but that goes with the area and the overall theme of the place.

The hotel is situated near the subway station which gives easy access to the city center. The staff was friendly but spoke little English. The room was nice and tidy, but it was on the 2nd floor and the stairs are quite narrow and it is a bit difficult to drag the luggage up and down. Breakfast was simple but good. Overall good price for value.

Cosy wee hotel in the West end of Glasgow, ideal location for exploring the West end or staying over after being at the Oran Mor.

There were some good things and some not so good things about our overnight stay at the Heritage. The good: the room was plenty spacious and clean with a working television so we could watch the World Cup and Wimbledon. The location in the west end is really nice and convenient with easy walking to the subway to get you to the city centre and other parts of town. The not so good: the room was quite warm/stuffy (could he unavoidable but worth mentioning), the breakfast was fairly unappealing (I was sad there was no porridge), and worst of all, the showers were freezing cold in the morning with not a drop of hot water to be had. I'd stay here again because of the good location, but only if other options were booked up.

I've been several times already and the only reason I'm not going on my next holiday is because its fully booked. Friendly staff. Great location.

Lovely hotel in a location beautifully and conveniently situated in the West end. Less than 5 minutes to Byres Road in one direction, and a similar time to the subway station in the other. Beautiful big room with a huge bay window with a table and comfortable lounging chairs to relax in. Bathroom also large, and all stead.

Hotel was in a great West End location, room was very clean, staff were all very nice. Veiw from top floor was excellent, room also had fantastic wonky floors but that is just the charator of such and old building, the only downside apsrt from the sloping floors lol was the extremely bad smell of damp
In the toilet, although no damp was visable. Would highly recommend the hotel its not the Crowne Plaza but it is excellent value for money.

Comfortable clean friendly modest. Cater for gluten free. What more do you want? Like all Glasgow allot of stairs.

Service was great, both on arrival and leaving the staff were great! Breakfast staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was comfy and spacious. The shower was our favourite part of the stay! Thank You to the staff again for being fab!

£70 for one night in a double room on a Saturday night seemed like a good offer when we saw it online. Except it also came along with a random unexplained £240 charge after we had checked out which sent me into my overdraft the next day. The double room was a twin room. That made a romantic night for sure. And the receptionist said the words "Your room is on the first floor. " Didn't know it was a thing in Scotland to call the third floor the first floor but okay. On the bright side, both myself and my boyfriend managed to avoid hitting our heads TOO hard on the insanely low sloping roof in our room. Honestly unsure if the pictures of the rooms online are even the same hotel. Will NOT be returning.

Friendly staff and nice rooms. The shower is quite small and it's not helped by the large shower system that takes up room unnecessarily. The doors in rooms are frustrating to close but staff were helpful when we had an issue. The breakfast was not bad and the server was friendly but the turkey rashers and sausage could be a lot better.

Very nice place. Good bed and a clean room plus really nice staff. Right in the westend so a great location. Also it's only £7 by taxi from the city center. No problems storing luggage for a few hours after checkout either. Breakfast is solid (if you like the fully fry). Continental breakfast maybe a little lacking by comparison. In all, definitely highly recommended.

For the price I didn't expect greatness but this hotel was lower than average. The beds were very uncomfortable, you can feel the springs in the mattress. I'm 6'2 and they gave us the room on the top with half the roof slanting which made it so I couldn't stand up in the room. The room was also kept very warm, it was 50 degrees F outside yet we had to sleep without sheets as it got very hot even with the window open. Cleanliness was average, painted patches on the wall. They gave us the room on the top which was very annoying to get to since it was 4 flights of stairs, and after coming to the hotel after a long day out, walking those stairs was the last thing we wanted to do. The room they gave us was also very small with a tiny window. I've stayed in many boutique hotels for the same price but this just wasn't a pleasant stay.

Great location, easy to get to, we were lucky and got a hotel parking space. Hotel and room were clean and comfortable. Staff were all very friendly. Room was huge and cos we were on 2nd floor we had a lovely view from our large bay window. Great breakfast in the morning. No lift so glad we were not up any higher. Would probably ask for ground or 1st floor room if you have mobility issues as stairs quite steep. Superb value for money!

Great location, easy to get to. Hotel and room were clean and comfortable. Staff were all very friendly. Room was spacious had a nice view on to the street, and pretty quiet considering the location, slept well! Good breakfast in the morning. Only let down was the water temperature in the morning but it wouldn't put us off staying again. Superb value for money!

Great Location (Hillhead, Botanical Garden, various bars and cafes, waitrose around the corner, 8£ taxi fee to SSE Hydro, bus stop right in front of the hotel), very clean and tidy, free parking lot, good breakfast. Would recommend to anyone visiting Glasgow.

The staff were incredibly friendly and the room was very nice. And enjoyable stay and would definitely return!

Very dissapointing location in west end of glasgow. Total nightmare trying to get car to front door as have a new born. We had to cancle and on the day due to a death owner refused to cancle booking and demanded we had to pay. We were threated by manager they would take us to court. Eventualy solved the problem. I would not recomend this hotel to any one. Very angry in way I was treated.

I have stayed at the heritage hotel for many years and I love coming here with my family, the hotel is spotless and the staff are exceptionally nice. The hotel has just been renovated in a luxurious style which made our stay even more comfortable. Overall this hotel is excellent value for money which keeps me coming back year after year.
