A real home from home. Nice welcome, comfortable room. It’s a pity I will miss the home cooked breakfast.

What a wonderful stay we had, friendly, clean and the most amazing breakfast Nothing is too much trouble, worth booking direct rattler than through a booking site as well We will return soon.

Very friendly, way beyond helpful. Jamie and Dianne could not do enough to give you a pleasant stay. Hotel was immaculate and the Scottish breakfast is a must. 5 star rating from us.

We've only just arrived and already we're impressed. The room is gorgeous, comfy bed and lovely big bath… Diane is so friendly and helpful.

Warm Family feel to the place with the staff going the extra yard for all your needs, wonderful choice for breakfast which sets you up for the day, would recommend with out hesitation.

Great B&B, made very welcome, like part of the family, 5 star breakfast. When we return to Irvine this will be our 1st choice B&B.

We can highly recommend Braidmead house. We got the warmest welcome and had the Superior Room which was very spacious and very comfortable. All furniture and decor is to the highest standard. Breakfast was very tasty and there was plenty of choice from cereal n fruit to hot rolls n full Scottish breakfast. We will definitely be staying here again when we are next in the area.

Happened to be passing through while working in the area and found this gem lovely well kept place and a home from home spotlessly clean and fantastic hosts.

Working visit unfortunately but here for the week and awesome place lovely and clean tidy breakfasts spot on and friendly staff.
