John and Denise have beautiful accommodation in a great part of town. Very welcoming friendly and can’t reccomend this wee find very much, rooms are gorgeous, had a beautiful breakfast made to order and will visit again soon.

John and Denise are the perfect hosts! We stayed with them for 4 nights and could not fault anything. From the moment we arrived we were greeted with a warm welcome, our room was spotlessly clean, cosy and warm! Breakfast was great too! Lovely place to stay. Would definitely recommend!

Lovely, helpful hoteliers. I was in the annex which was spotless! Garden area was charming and a full breakfast served if one required it. Would absolutely stay here again.

Great place to stay. Very friendly and a nice welcome upon arrival. Breakfast is very very nice as well. It's the second time in three years we have stopped here and it just as good as the first time.

Five minutes' walk from the railway station, with a friendly welcome. Modern, comfortable rooms facing the courtyard. Rooms are compact, well-decorated and feature comfortable six foot beds, LCD TV, Wi-Fi, adjustable heat, a nice shower room. Our host gave advice about places to visit and to have dinner. Breakfast was excellent value. We had a cooked breakfast (vegetarian at our request). I would definitely visit again.

I travel about quite a bit for work and see a lot of the good and bad in B&Bs and this one is right at the top. The fittings are of a good hotel standard and the room was spacious with good quality facilities. Add in friendly staff who were happy to chat away and make sure their guests were looked after and we're talking the complete package here. In addition I was allowed in to the room early and also to stay a little late to avoid waiting for a train in bitter cold. I'll definitely stay here again if I'm back through this way. Top class.

Stayed here for a couple of nights, great little B&B, friendly and welcoming and the rooms were immaculate and nicely decorated. TV and Wi-Fi in the room and I definitely recommend the breakfast! Within easy walking distance to the town centre and Troon golf course is only 15 minutes away.

Fist class! Extremely reasonably priced, great location, family run business with a very warm friendly welcome. Tv and DVD player in the room, and very high standards. I've stayed at a few hotels in the town over past while on business and I can honestly say this hotel is a complete stand out! I payed only £26 for a late reservation and I'm stunned by the value for money. I stayed in another hotel a few weeks past that cost £25 but if that £1 could be any better value anywhere else I'd love to see it. No comparison to the other place. Fantastic place to stay. They even have a selection of DVDs to watch at your leisure! Recommended.

Just back from a 2 nights stay (14 and 15 May 2010) in Ayr, Very warm welcome indeed, excellent room (we are a family of 4) with plenty of space. Breakfast was very good, hosts were willing to fullfil any needs. Location is very close to city centre and beach. Would recommend this to anybody willing to go to Ayrshire, we would certainly go back if in the area.
