Lovely place and excellent staff and service very professional and excellent food and value for money.

The ladies checking us in on reception were so friendly. We went for tea and then came back to a gift and card from them too! What a thoughtful team :)

Food in the restaurant is outstanding.

Lovely rooms and had a great peaceful nights sleep.

2 night stay here very clean guy on reception extremely helpful highly recommend.

Premier Inn have become my goto Hotel when I am away. This one was as expected. Great welcome, great service when needed and during breakfast.

Stayed last night friendly staff just a very hot room due to weather no air con but had a tower fan in room location easy to find with a KFC across also a pub /Restaurant where we had breakfast which was very nice friendly staff.

Another great place to stay the night well worth it with all the friendly staff the rooms were clean and tidy as well and very cosey.

Hotel is kept very clean and tidy throughout and all staffed are very friendly. On site restaurant is also very good would recommend this Hotel only negative rooms can be too hot as no air conditioning.

Stayed over night. Free parking but the room was sooo warm. Husband couldnt sleep in the heat even though we tried to cool the room.

Absolutely bog standard rooms, always much of a much. Nice new TV, hair dryer but that's it. The shower gel dispenser was empty — really annoying. The shower was amazingly powerful. Comfy bed with extra pillows. Tea and coffee refills available in reception.

I really nice new looking premier inn, very clean & my room was big. A very clean and fresh bathroom with a strong shower over the bath. Typical premier inn with dispensers on the wall for all smellies.

Welcoming staff, clean, value for money the only problem we experienced was the nocturnal animals running around all night! Shame people don't think about others trying to sleep.

The hotel is currently getting an extension and has had a cosmetic face lift which makes it more modern. Staff in the hotel are great. The Cookhouse restaurant well that could be better, I understand booking for an evening meal table although the restaurant did not look that busy. However to be told in the morning even though I had paid for breakfast as part of the hotel booking that I should have booked a specific time for breakfast to get a table was ridiculous only to be treated with contempt. Sunday was much better for breakfast the staff that day were much better and attentive.

We stay here every time we come to Birmingham and haven't got anything bad to say about it. They have just carried out some painting and other little updates but the bathrooms could do with a refurb. The rooms are clean and the staff is friendly. A nice touch of the staff was to leave a birthday card and chocolates in the room for me when they noticed it was my birthday.

Location is good, bit a slight pain at rush hour as understandably it gets busy at rush hours. Rooms are nice, clean, beds are nice. Hairdryer is not very good, but didn't expect it to be. Shower has good pressure. Staff were friendly and helpful, no complaints from me.

A Premier Inn like many others, which is a good thing. Clean, quiet, big TV on the wall, friendly staff. Free car parking. There's building work going on but the only disruption is the closure of the restaurant and I was warned about that when I booked.

Comfortable as always. Another great nights sleep before a long journey. Welcoming and helpful staff and a good breakfast to set us up for the day.

The staff are wonderful and I remain grateful to each and every one though was very upset as a nail on the side of the bed left my leg w scars lol

The restaurant was a bit of a problem. The food was ok but the staff need to be organised n professional.

By far the worst premier inn I have ever stayed at. The brewers fare food was disappointing to say the least. I will never stay at this place again.

The location is good being close to M5 Junction 2. Standard Premier Inn room. Position of TV was less than ideal. Temperature in room would have been a problem if the weather was any warmer. Service was acceptable.

The room had a temperature gauge but it couldn't be altered and the room got very hot making it hard to sleep. Otherwise a very good room. Fantastic customer service.

It was one of the better premoer inns as tberr was more of a choice of dinner options.

Ros are tidy and functional, the staff are very helpful if you need a phone charger or iron, only thing that lets it down is breakfast is so expensive and not very tasty. The same for the evening meals the food is pretty bland and stay well away from the buffet! For one or two meals it's fine but after that you want to go else where.

This place is so nice the food is delicious especially the sausages. The staff are nice they want to make sure that we have a nice stay. Be sure to come here.

Stayed here for a night. The hotel was great friendly staff comfy bed. The restaurant isn't much cop. Steak was very tough even having it cooked rare but breakfast was good.

Refurbished rooms are great, and waitress was lovely.

It is bad. Steak like boot leather. Manager has an attitude. Go to kfc next door.

Stay here often, and the staff are always welcoming, friendly and courteous. Make staying here very comfortable.
