The worst experience ever. I’ve been to many hotels throughout the years and this is the ugliest. It felt like I was in a boys scout camp. Everyone is disorganized. They don’t communicate with each other. First they offer a shower/ loo outside my cabin. That means that I had to leave my room in the middle of the cold night to use the loo in my nightwear. Secondly it was dirty and I saw other people trying to use it too. Unbelievable. MY toilet. Even though I asked for more details before booking about the shower, I saw people trying to get in there as well. They obviously thought it was for public use! Also the floor was dirty and the towel in there was used by someone! They asked me at what time I wanted to have my breakfast and what kind of eggs etc, they kept notes and the housekeeper never received it! So, I almost missed breakfast. The only person there who tried to make my stay better was the housekeeper who wasn’t informed about anything at all and she started making a meal just so she can please me. She tried hard to fix everyone else’s mistake. She was kind and she told me that she will inform the receptionist, so they can correct somehow this bad experience. No one ever called back. Indifferent staff who don’t care about their customers or their premises. I would never go to that place, even if they paid me.

If I could give a lower star I would, extremely rude staff, no toilet paper dirty bathroom toilet doesn't flush, mould on the ceiling should I go on? Not at all a pleasant stay and we've only just arrived.
