Great value. Comfortable room. Friendly staff. We had window open and traffic was a little noisy during the night. Lovely breakfast.

One of the best premier inns I’ve stayed in. Very friendly and helpful staff, rooms are very clean and well kept as you would expect. The adjoining restaurant is a beefeater and the food was very nice and staff were, again, helpful. We stayed here then headed to the West Midlands safari park which is around 20 minutes away by car.

Nice clean room, friendly staff. Overall very good experience throughout the 2 night stay.

What a fabulous night, my partners special birthday made even more special by the fantastic meal and even more so by our lovely waitress Nina. The sirloin steak cooked to perfection, piping hot and very tasty. Our table was ready and waiting with balloons, and our drinks already waiting for us on the table, thank you Nina and a special mention to Linda too x.

Usually Quiet, this time I have someone banging something in room above for the last two hours. Clean comfortable bed. Great for business stay overs minus the banging.

Excellent Premier Inn accommodation side with friendly staff. The only downside was the Beefeater Restaurant. They need to update their menu. Value for money food wise poor.

It was good ok but was not in a good area .

Only complaint is fan in bathroom very loud could not relax in bath after a hard days graft.

A clean and comfortable hotel, no frills. Only criticism is when booking a twin room we were given one double bed and on sofa bed. Why do the rooms not have two standard single beds… would be nicer and more in keeping with what we expect of a twin room.!

Decent coffee, Wi-Fi not great. Comfortable bar area.

Always made very welcome here, comfortable rooms and generally very quiet. The attached Beefeater restaurant is consistently excellent with superb table staff.

The staff were all helpful and polite room clean and tidy food very nice.

Nice hotel. Rooms are very clean and everything we have come to expect of a premier inn. Would like to do a big shout out to Shanice on reception who was totally on it when we had a problem with our prepaid Wi-Fi code and went the extra mile for us when she heard it was our 17th wedding anniversary and made the day extra special. Would definitely stay here again when we are next visiting Cadburys World.

Arrived very late after miles on the road with accidents and roadworks tired and starving… a big thanks to the kitchen staff who took our late order and fed us! Always enjoy staying here when visiting friends.

Okay, although little or no atmosphere or on site breakfast. Breakfast was in an adjoining restaurant where I had the pleasure of enduring a group of 10 children who were kindly seated at a table opposite me, in an otherwise empty restaurant, each kid had their iPads blaring on full volume immediately upon being seated. The kurt waitress couldn't care less when I raised the issue.

Very friendly staff upon arrival, with helpful information on local taxi and bus service, next door has a 24hr BP petrol station with a spar (not sure if the spar is 24hr) and cash point only a 3 minute walk from door to door. The room was clean as usual the only issue we had was dead batteries in the TV remote but swiftly sorted. On the morning the extended departure time of noon was helpful thank you.

Took my boys for birthday breakfast and they loved it! Keep asking to go back! Thank you.

Lovely and clean, even made the room up for my son and daughter in-law for there wedding night at last minute notice.

Went here on a training week for a company round the corner! Very comfy, tidy and clean rooms, with a Beefeater chucked in for good measure on the side of the building with access through the reception! Good and good range of beers and friendly, helpful staff! I would come here again!

Premier Inns are like the Macdonalds of the hotel world. You know what you're going to get before you arrive. You'll get a good bed and a good bathroom. For anyone just staying one or two nights that great, but if you stay a little longer you may want more. The Beefeater next door is adequate but not outstanding.

Clean, presentable, car parking facilities. Restaurant next door has been recently redecorated with decent food for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

New building, big TV, clean and tidy. Good Internet. Attached Beefeater restaurant very good.
