Coventry Home Hotel

I lived in 3 different apartments round spring 2016 coming here for a long business related stay. So right now I am still living in one of the apartments with a couple of month ahead. All apartments are fully equipped and suitable for when you only bring along your personal belongings. Kitchen, washer, bed and towels are all provided. Two of the apartments are in Warwick Ansell Way with a fairly new interior and are full of light thanks to the many windows. My current one is really amazing! Anyway, I still have some minor things to mention which could be approved to make the stay even more pleasant. In the bathroom the light is a little insufficient for shaving and a towel holder above the radiator would be awesome. The third apartment was in Leamington Spa and very central located. I guess that one was recently added to the assets since Kitchen, bathroom and living room seem newly renovated and make a good impression. Sad to see was that the quality of the work in the bathroom is a little disappointing when you consider that the applied material seems quite valuable. Also the old mangy sofa does not really fit into that new living room. The new bed on the other hand was the best of all 3. In total I have to say that they doing a good job! And I must admit that I am a neat and picky person. I met some of the service staff members and they were very supportive which is important when you come to place where all is new to you. I really appreciate that, thank you!

Lovely staff-nothing was too much trouble, comfortable accommodation. We had a lovely stay with Coventryhome and we are definitely coming back :) I would say the best apartments in city!

Most Prefered apartments in Coventry. I have stayed in CV central. The professional approach towards customer of Coventry Home is excellent. Love to stay whenever I visit again to Coventry. The apartment is with all fascilities and in the heart of city close to city center and Railway sattion.

After staying in a lovely apartment in leamington, I just want to share with you how safe I felt with the video intercom entrance. In the apartment the information folder told me everything I needed to know, the Broadband was super fast and overall fantastic value for money compared to other local hotels close by. I will not hesitate to contact Martin again in the future when I need somewhere to stay, again thank you.

Got moved out of a house we had booked to two flats in Warwick due to a "boiler problem" that apparently could not be fixed with 2 days noticed. Flats were nice enough, a few minor problems such as no cold water in a shower making it dangerously hot and no lights in the bathroom. 24h before we were meant to leave a cleaner knocked on the door in the morning and told us we had to leave as someone else was moving into the flats that day. Called the 24h mobile and were told to l…eave. Luckily we were planning on leaving anyway, so we went. Complained via email and were told we should have called them (we did). Received no reply after informing we did for 2 weeks, sent several emails in the meantime. Finally they reply saying we won't get a refund and that they told us we could of stayed in the flats (they didn't). Completely denying they asked us to leave and now not offering us any compensation, or even a refund for the night we were kicked out. Overall, the flats were nice enough, but the customer service was dreadful. Treat with caution.

Stayed in Coventry homes leamington spa for 5 months, everything went perfect and enjoyed my stay. Nice and safe place to stay with Bus stop, night clubs. Railway station and provisional stores very near hardly 2 mins walk. Service apartment has facilities like high speed broad band, TV and room service. Frequent bus facility to IBM Warwick office is available from nearby bus stop. Thanks Coventry Homes for providing perfect stay.

I stayed in Leamington Spa apartment, which is a perfect location to stay, Bus station and train station is just 5-10 mins walk. Also the town center and Jephson Garden is walkable overall a perfect location. Apartment is exactly the same as shown in web site. I stayed for 11 months at a stretch in the apartment and felt very homely. Every thing is very well organized and taken care of. Martin you are doing a great job in making the stay homely, we never felt that we are away from home and everything was taken care of very promptly. During the early days of my stay Broadband speed was not quite good, however the moment I notified it to Martin he acted on it very quickly and got the fiber connection done in a couple of days. Martin made every effort to make our stay comfortable and succeeded in the same. Over all it was a lovely stay. I would recommend it to all my friends, perfect place to live in Leamington Spa I am coming back again to UK in this month end and will surely stay with Coventry homes. Nothing was too much trouble during my stay in Leamington Spa. The apartment was lovely, exactly as described online and all the information helped me settle quickly and easily. The facilities were better than even I expected, a definite home away from home. I will be contacting you guys straight away when I next need to go to Warwickshire or Coventry! Thank you again.

Great apartment which was very close to leamington train station.

I stayed in a very nice one bedroom apartment which was very close to train station which enable me to commute to work apartment was clean and had sky.

The apartment was in the middle of the city and the right opposite the main bus station. It had all the utilities and and a fast Wi-Fi.

It has been a nice stay, apartment was very central, clean and comfortable, it had all the utilities that I needed.

I first dealt with Coventry Home when I urgently needed an apartment in Coventry to rent upon returning from working abroad. I arranged viewings for the week I returned and they promptly sorted suitable properties to view and within 3 days I had moved in. I am still renting through Coventry Home and I continue to be delighted with the professional and friendly service they offer! Definitely recommend them not only for customer satisfaction but for the choice of superb properties available.

I stayed in the apartments for around 4 weeks and loved the arrangements and the facilities offered by the apartment. Apart from the tastefully done apartment, its location is spot on and its a stone's throw away from the bus station and the main market, and 15 mins walk from the railway station. My apartment was very well done and the spacious couch in the living room was very very comfortable. Our contact person Martin was very helpful all along my stay, and catered to most of my suggestions/requests. I would love to stay again in the same apartment and looking forward to it. From an extra improvement perspective, the broadband connection needs to be spurred up and should be faster. Rest all was extremely comfortable. Thanks again o Martin for his assistance all along.
