Good hotel, in a great location.

Last night my partner, my daughter & I stayed over for 1 night at park Regis, interior was lovely, we had some make up stains all over our stuff in our room but not a bother as I easily wiped it off. We went to the restaurant, my daughter is 1 years old and was quite loud due to waiting for food as time waiting was excessive. We had waitresses and waiters tutting and making us feel really uncomfortable due to this we constantly asked when our food would be ready as we felt very pressured to leave. A particular member of staff was rude to us from the beginning as when we ordered our started he asked ‘do you even know what that starter is’ he kept rolling his eyes at our table. Once our food came it tasted nice but we were swallowing chunks of our steak and beef so fast due to feeling pressured to leave so didn’t get to enjoy it. There was a small male I believe was asian as a waiter that was amazing he was lovely and totally understood that my daughter was just being a kid and did not understand where we were. When we paid as my partner tapped the card machine The staff memes we let out a massive huff as if he was sighing at us which really infuriated my partner instead of questioning why he did that we left in a hurry, he didn’t even thank us for coming to eat there just walked off. We hurried out and I went back to the room leaving dessert because of how we was made to feel!

⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5 star quality… Fantastic service, the whole hotel is furnished to a high standard. Bar area & restaurant has beautiful decor. The breakfast is AMAZING, lots of choice (continental, cooked and lots of pastries and fresh fruit) Will definitely be returning, see you in 2022!

The staff were very welcoming when we arrived. The cooked breakfast was nice and the room was spotless ans very modern.

Absolutely lovely hotel, the kitchen staff were very attentive to my dietary requirements and the conferencing facilities were great. The only thing I wasn’t personally a fan of was the beds as I found them too soft, but everything else was lovely!

We had Afternoon tea here at the hotel. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful with accommodating as I didn’t like the sandwich filings on the menu but you couldn’t fault the food it was excellent.

Ryan, Jess and the team were a delight. There for every need, really personable and friendly, the food was on point, the views were stunning with all the autumninal colours of the trees all around and the Covid safe measures were really reassuring.

Fantastic hotel. Have visited twice now and I will definitely be returning again. Friendly, helpful and welcoming staff, everywhere is very clean and tidy and the rooms are so spacious. The interior is stunning.

Amazing views of the city.

Just got back from a two night stay after going to Crufts. Staff were very pleasant. Rooms very clean. Huge selection to choose from at breakfast, but everything was luke warm. The coffee from machine was very weak so stuck to drinking tea (which I don't like much anyway) we booked through booking. Com and were in formed when checking in if we had booked via them direct we would have had a free room upgrade. However booking. Com offer was cheaper and allowed us the option to cancel last minute. Overall a nice Hotel, but refused to pay the high bar prices and restaurant prices so we ate elsewhere. Lots of choice nearby.

Here for a business conference for the 2nd time. Good location. Easy access by train. Large, clean, comfortable and well appointed rooms. Nice venue.

Just such a great hotel to stay in. Staff are friendly, hotel is beautiful, modern, and clean. We have just sat down to a fantastic 3 course meal too! Loved our stay here & will be back. Thank you.

Myself and 20 team members have visited the venue today for the xmas £15.95 three course set menu. Excellent presentation, food came out in a timely manner in addition to great food and service. Drinks were slightly overpriced however topmarks for ambience and decorations. Thanks to the event planners Janai and Holly for your help.

Great place to stay been there several times and have recommended to friends the offers are really good value for money to.

Lovely hotel, we stopped with a group on deal! Reason I wouldn’t recommend stay is we were charged for something we paid for in cash at the bar after speaking to 4 different people on 4 different occasions we eventually got refunded the money. When arriving we had to our £50 deposit which was fine and was assured this would be back in within 3-5 working days was assured this by 2 members of staff, to then be told 5 days later it’s actually 28 working days later not 3-5! After complaining on the phone to a ‘manager’ who has no customer service skills at all she told me there’s nothing that can be done about it no apology or anything!

We had a super night celebrating in the new event space on the top floor with fabulous views over Birmingham! The staff were attentive, we had some lovely food and a finished with a good, comfortable nights sleep and hearty breakfast.

What a stay did not sleep it was so loud all night long sleeping was a no no and the was hair all over the bathroom and I don’t want to say what was up the walls.

A great hotel, beautiful throughout, very friendly and helpful concierge. Spacious rooms and excellent conference facilities and layout. Would highly recommend for both pleasure or business visits.

Had a lovely two night stay for my husbands birthday. Very clean beautiful entrance and rooms are tastefully decorated. Room service and staff are very efficient. Dinner was very nice. Spent a long time in the Spa having treatments and the ladies were amazing. Definitely recommend this hotel it’s just a shame there is no swimming pool.

The service from the staff here is second to none. Friendly happy staff who go out of their way to ensure you are happy.
It's a dry spa so treatments only which is a shame, a sauna to relax in after the gym would be great!

Modern, clean, friendly, courteous, well-located, comfortable, tasty & plentiful breakfast with lots of choice, great bar, amazing beds, fantastic White Company toiltetries. I really can't fault this hotel. Great value for money too. Would stay again in a heartbeat. Update on August 2018. Stayed here again after such a pleasant stay. Noticed they didn't offer White Company toiletries anymore, and the replacements aren't as nice. Also, the car park has totally disappeared, as they're building a new apartment block on it. Caught me by surprise and had to drive around the block into a public car park (£8 from the night). That being said, still had a delightful stay, staff still welcoming and the rooms comfortable and modern. And breakfast still very good. So still recommended.

Lovely receptionist when checking in. We were on a groupon deal and the room was advertised as superior deluxe… I can’t imagine what other rooms are like that are not superior deluxe because the room was anything but superior deluxe. It was clean and comfortable, but small and right next to the lift shaft so we had a very disturbed nights sleep due to the lift going up and down all night. We had a very long wait for our evening meal and the restaurant was overly busy. Breakfast was fab though.

We were here to grab a couple of drinks and a bite whilst waiting for a wedding reception later. Sat on the terrace lovely, afternoon tea lovely, waiting staff very respectful and did an excellent job. Bar staff not so good. This could have been a really excellent experience, but the service seemed rushed whilst not being particularly quick, drinks getting spilled and it seemed a real chore for us to be served. Cant say I would rush back and thats a crying shame as everything else is pretty special. Maybe just having a bad day? But if you are paying a premium for a drink you want a little customer service too (i will say not too expensive so price should not put you off considering where it is however)

Had a lovely stay here — the breakfast was great, massive variety. The hotel is beautifully decorated, from the outside you’d never guess the decor was this beautiful inside. Room was nice and clean. Staff were all great and helpful. Close by to the train station, good easy access to central Birmingham/Bull ring. Also within easy access to a nice range of shops and eaterys just round the corner.

Smart hotel, no complimentary bottles of water in your room. Some staff were rude, having drinks in 1565 bar 30 minutes in staff butted in and ask us for payment of drinks… We were bemused Because we wanted to pay cash the staff got cheeky and said we’ve cash up we want paying via card you should know that! We got Manager and paid cash but the staff never apologised for being rude! Oh the rooms are pokey and we thought noisy from road/Street.
Food and drink way over priced! Not calling there again! Poor Show! We stayed 2 nights.

Ideally placed 4 star hotel Near to the bull ring Buses frequently run. Ten minutes from airport. Great hotel, ideal for weddings, conferences or just a break from from it all. Rooms have air conditioning. Disabled facilities good, need to book for a room for disabilities in advance. Breakfast, lunch and dinner all excellent, staff are all friendly and helpful a credit to the hotel.

I loved my stay here. I didn't have high expectations mostly because I got it for a really great price, which is hard to find on a Saturday. Restaurant and bar was of a high standard and rooms were impeccable. Would recommend.

Beautiful hotel. I’m staying there next week with my bridal team. Shout out to Adam Hall, the lovely guy at reception who was so helpful with my bookings and even upgraded my room to make sure that I fully enjoyed my wedding weekend.

Only when checking into the hotel was I informed that a 200 security deposit was required. When I informed staff I was unable to pay the deposit and offered my passport as security this was declined. I explain to the staff that until this point this deposit had not been stated and it was very unfair. Staff refused to help and left 2 ladies stranded at 7pm on a Saturday night. Luckily we got booked into the Hampton Hilton were we had a fabulous stay staff were lovely and it was cheaper.

Attended Miss Birmingham 2018 on the 16th floor (top), the room was spacious, the views of Birmingham was great. At this event there was only drinks, no food was served so can't comment about that. Overall great. Would recommend room for parties.

Excellent hotel and staff! Marcel in the executive lounge was so friendly and accommodating, nothing was too much trouble. We had a three course meal in the restaurant which was really lovely. We were under time pressure as we had a taxi booked for a show and Ozkan made sure we had all our courses in time. We were made to feel very welcome. We would definitely stay here again!

I was surprised that they call it a 4 star hotel, no space to keep your folded clothes, no refrigerator to store your drinks, no drinking water and what's worst is the pathetic breakfast with the even more frustrating train station attitude that they call service, a single coffee maker for 20 tables, that either overflows or does not flow at all. The 1565 is I'll equipped to handle large crowds so be prepared to wait for your food for over an hour without an apology.
I guess all the good reviews received may either be when they had good and plenty of staff and on one of their better days or maybe they are views posted by insiders, coz the British standards of politeness and etiquettes has clearly bypassed the syllabus of the training programs designed for this property. Please choose a hotel that lives up to it's stars.

Awesome service. Staff nice and friendly. Breakfast is lovely. One particular staff member (Marcel) at the restaurant, was very attentive to customers. Marcel, you made my birthday breakfast worth every minute! Thank you very much! He has very good customer service skills!

I must have been staying at a different hotel! At breakfast, all staff were as miserable as sin! The coffee was like drinking very cheap instant stuff, not of the quality you expect in a 4* luxury hotel. The breakfast table had the crumbs from the previous occupier all over the chair, poached eggs were like bullets. A few other things as well. Overall not a great experience!

Guests including restaurant customers can get fee parking, which was not clear on signs and I paid before going inside. The building and fittings inside are to a very high specification and everything is immaculately clean including the restaurant and bar carpets. The disabled toilet and baby change in the bar area was also immaculately clean, though the ventilation in that room only did not seem to be working. The gents toilet first cubicle did not flush. These are minor details however as the staff were excellent, the food was excellent, coffee and tea were very good. I highly recommend this place for a day visit.

Perfect location lovely comfy bed good hotel the only disappointment was breakfast the breakfast itself was good but having to constantly ask for plates mugs cutlery butter etc let's down a good breakfast the quality was good it was the front of house clearing tables etc that let it down. I would stay there again and added bonus city centre location with parking.

The afternoon tea was really great and a nicely different take on it. The while setting is fantastic and close to so many other things in the city. If the quality of the bar and food area is anything to go by, this place is great.

This is now the third time we have stayed at the Park Regis in Birmingham. Excellent Hotel and customer service and by far the best visit yet. It just keeps getting better and better. Natalia was fantastic upon arrival and check in. There was a mix up with check in dates but she sorted quickly and we were offered free parking for the mistake. Can’t complain A1 service. Thank you Natalia. We also received a card to pick for a surprise gift draw. We only picked a free afternoon tea at the Park Regis. We were so delighted. Once we got to the room we went straight to the executive lounge. What can we say Marcel looked after us magnificently. Waited on us hand and foot and was polite, friendly, funny and professional. Park Regis Birmingham you have a champion employee on your books. Look after him he is worth his weight in gold and works hard for you. Give him more time off to spend with his family. Having a balanced work and home life is like a pay rise/bonus to some people. We slept like logs and breakfast was superb as usingl. This hotel is excellent and ticks all the boxes. Thank you Park Regis.

Delightful hotel. Our exec room had few drawbacks and many excellent points. No fridge, and rather ineffective aircon but spacious room, lovely bed, walk-in shower and quiet ambience. Staff were universally pleasant and efficient. Loved it from beginning to end.

Only been in the reception and bar area here but all looks like a very nice hotel. If parking you need to add your registration to the system in reception. Staff appeared friendly and helpful.

The receptionist very attentive, they help you in everything they can and thanks to them we save a lot of time and money. Thanks Paul.

Was at he hotel for a two day event, the food was good but desert was not great. The tea and coffee was again OK but did not wow me in any way. There was no facilitation pack with the room when we arrived to set up the event which I always think is a nice addition. For me was a good venue, not an amazing venue. Have used a lot worse, have experienced a lot better.

We stayed with access to the executive lounge which provided alcoholic drinks and canapés from 6-9pm. This was what brought our experience down as the room was lovely, location very good. Clean, well maintained with everything you need and great breakfast, apart from the coffee. BUT the executive lounge was dire, the waiter in there, very nice but absolutely dreadful canapés and only about 15 and there was 8 of us in there. Very bright, harsh lighting and when the single bottle of red wine was gone at 8pm we were told there was no more. Although there were other drinks, not a great selection. Have experienced othe executive lounges in other hotels which were amazing and we were very disappointed with this one.

Excellent Service from front door all the way to Events lady, bar staff, greeter at the door, receptionists, lady who walked onto the floor from the back and immediately attended to us, by getting the ipad in order to validate my parking. Excellent Excellent service from start to finish. Would definitely recommend.

I have been twice now for afternoon tea, and have really enjoyed it both times. The eating area is gorgeous and the staff could not be more friendly and helpful, with out being overbearing. The actual food is fabulous and I would definitely recommend the Park Regis to anyone who wants to have a nice relaxing, delicious afternoon tea… go on spoil yourself.

A very new and modern hotel situated at the top of Broad Street, All very elegant. We were given a small bed room where it was difficult to move round in. Little things like Coat hooks would of been nice, also the lamps were far too big. We were asked twice if we had booked breakfast which we had done and it became embarrassing. The food was good but got the feeling some staff didn't understand English. Hate to say it but the design of toilets are just awful too. It all looks very nice but some things are just not ideal.

The hotel is great, rooms are immaculate and staff very helpful. Breakfast is fantastic, lots of choices. Avoid rooms next to the elevator as there is constant noise.

Modern clean hotel, ample parking but not free £13 per day. Didn't eat in the restaurant so can't comment. All staff seemed good. Would recommend.

Really lovely hotel. Nice room, great helpful staff & a rather posh bar. We will be back Good accessible room if you're a wheelchair user too.

If this was a Premier Inn you'd be getting your money back every night… I stayed in four different rooms over the course of a couple of weeks. Three suffered from very loud lift noise. Two suffered from appalling road noise, and one had whistling air con so bad I immediately asked to be moved. The hotel is an old 1970s office block refurbished as a plush hotel. The lobby and public areas are very nice. The rooms how everyone are somewhat lacking… The hotel is on a very, very busy major roundabout at the end of Broad Street. It is noisy all night. The room windows unfortunately do not block out anywhere nearly enough of the road noise. The bathrooms are nice, although the shower sprays all over the wall and floor. Top tip. Get moved to an executive room… This gives you access to the complimentary free executive bar! Final point… The building has the outline of a coffin…

Trendy feel with views, cocktail choice was good. Prices typical higher end. Second review. Had dinner here. Was Excellent. All four of us had good quality and well presented food. Prices seem more reasonable now too. Will definitely come again.

I stayed here for one day. As this place is selected by my company there is not much of choice. There are pre selected miniature corner rooms with basic breakfast. The rooms are new but me being tall they are a little uncomfortable and the hotel does not adjust. Location is decent. Close to a few clubs and pubs which were packed last weekend. Was there just for a day so did not try room service. Laundry was alright.

Great bar and restaurant on the top floor. Highly recommended. Prices are high but good quality.

Great experience all round, had a great weekend. Nice staff, clean and excellent rooms. Nice bar and restaurant on the top floor. Great value. We will definitely use again.

Calls itself "luxury" hotel but not sure why. Very bland, soulless place — no character. Staff didn't seem to have received any real training. Waiting staff on the restaurant seemed nervous and were using a script (one of them had left it on the bar). This meant the atmosphere was tense and awkward. Final point of note was the phone going off at 3.30 in the morning. Twice. Automated message about the hotel facilities! Completely disrupted our night's sleep. All we got was a half hearted apology and a "we'll look into it". Poor experience all round.
