Great location, the accommodation was clean, just what we needed and more! Highly recommended! Will definately be booming City Nites again!

We stayed here for Nicki Minaj and the location was amazing, right across the road from the arena. Really spacious apartments and great value for money! I will be staying here again if I need to come back to Birmingham.

This property is right by Brindley Place and is very equipped inside very spacious apartment with everything you could need it was just what was needed as needed to be near the hospital by my mother who was critically ill we stopped here for 2 nights very quiet area.

Great value clean tidy appartments our 6th stay here whilst visiting Birmingham.

Cleaners at any time can break into the room, wake up noisy walking down the corridor with a crash of something throw, in the area of lunch all forced their trolleys and dusts, it is impossible to get out of the room. They categorically forbid someone to invite to the room, even to get pizza delivery having to run down.

Lovely place to stay. Very immaculate. Comfy beds and cosy rooms. Everything you need. Lovely location and view from the balcony. Would definately recommended and visit again.

Apartments themselves are okay. But management and especially security staff are very poor. Was assaualted by them and they barged into appartment at 1am as we had a friend in there while she was wsitimg for a cab. Very aggresive and unprofessional.

Nice, clean and comfortable with lots of space. Fully equipped with washing machine, oven, fridge, stove etc. Warm and friendly receptionists. Lisa is a sweetheart. A little pricey though, and I wish breakfast was included in the payment. Overall, I had a comfortable stay.

Nice apartment the manager Nadia was very accommodating and supplied an extra table and chair for my stay. Only suggestion is that the TV needs to be upgraded as no smart TV or way to play videos and music from phone.

Stayed there for one night and had a great experience, very friendliy staff, nice and very clean appartement and withing 5 minutes walking distance to the Arena.

Nice clean nosey depending on what block your in avoid block a. Parking is steep at £10 per night when it's free after six pm. And check in is one of the worst be prepared for long standing times disappointment and general misery.

Good location, nice apartment. Be aware there is a £250 deposit that they don't tell you about when booking.

Very nice apartment. The negative point the window of the small room not sufficiently obscured. Restaurants are not far from the hotel.

Nice apartments but you do have to share with tenants how also live in the same building. Clean and tidy appartment what you see is what you get no horrible surprises.

Check in took 45 mins all crammed in an extreamly small area — Failed to give me the code for the main entrance after walking halfway down the road to the apartment… (Remember to ask for the main entrance door code) Shame the actual apartment was Perfect…

Good if you're visiting the NIA but otherwise quite out of the way. Apartments are in need of refurbishment and weren't all that clean.

Self contained apartments. Ideal if you want to drink or eat any time of the day, you simply do it yourself.

Stayed in the City Nites Serviced Apartments weekend just past, and wasn't as impressed as I was with the pictures on the website. We arrived the Friday, only to find the room we were allocated was not at all ready for visitors, so had to be moved. The room we were moved to was slightly better but not great, as the shower wasn't working so maintenance had to come up to change the shower head, there was no toilet roll in the bathroom and no complimentary toiletries as suggeseted on website, we had to request for toilet rolls, extra bed sheets and clean towels on our way out the Friday night, but found we still had to call reception the Saturday morning for toilet rolls, bed sheets, clean towels and kitchen cleaning cloths, not sure you can call these Serviced apartments, when we spoke to reception to request the items we needed we were told that the rooms are not attended to on a daily basis, and you get clean towels every 5 days (if your staying 5+ days). The fridge door seal was coming away, decoration in the apartment can do with replacing. Landing Carpeting can do with a good shampooing, the room was not as we expected, blinds in the one bedroom broken, heater in the other room not working, socket coming away from wall.

Great 2 bedroom apartment. Very central. Close to most attractions. Safe car parking.

Favourite place to stay! Although watch out for the refundable deposit of £250 which takes 2-4 days to go back in your account.

Not good service. They accept a cash or card deposit but even if you pay by cash they have to refund the money back onto a card which can take up to 5 business days, that was fine but it has taken them 8 to send this back, reason being is they got the name wrong when they sent the payment back but never informed me, I spoke to two different members of staff on the one, one of them initially said the payment is all fine and will be with me as soon as, the other one informed me of the error of the name. They did not apologise for the error at all. When I asked them for some sort of compensation they said they would send me a discount code for the next visit which I thought was nice of them however still not received this. The car park wasnt easy to get into, instead of a fob to swipe through you have to get out and enter a pin then get back in, this is fine for entering a car park but leaving the car park you have to do the same. The actual apartment itself was nice apart from the kitchen, the fridge was not working properly. Don't think i'd stay there again mainly because of the deposit issue.

Poor staff and rooms stink would not recommend these apartments. Save your money and spent it elsewhere.

Very good value for money — stayed in a clean and spacious apartment. The only complaint I'd have is that it was really warm and there was no air conditioning/fans. However there was unusually warm weather at the time so it's probably not an issue 99% of the time.

Cheap and clean is as much as you can say about it. Good location for centre of town.

No where by reception to park up, and get keys, double yellow lines only. Then sockets had tripped out in the apartment, so had to call the night security chap out who put them back on. Then tried to use kettle which tripped them again, so had to call chap back again. No other rooms free to borrow a kettle from so gave me one from reception but I had to give it back in the morning asap for the staff to use. Chap himself did best he could, explained couldn't buy a new one as wouldn't have not been tested by electrician. General not impressed.

Great location good clean facilities and comfortable surroundings. Staff very helpful. Only down point is paying for parking considering room prices.

Close to the arena, about 20mins walk from new St station. Hot in summer although I was provided with a fan. Fully functional kitchen with pots and pans. Not in the best area but good for one night.

Booked a stay, double checked it was free cancelation and no deposit. I needed to cancel so I did well within the time frame, yet I've been charged £62 (odd amount) ur staff have told me I 100% should have not been charged, all proof been emailed to you and bank informed also best be sorted by tomorrow u have no right to take the money.

Absolutely shocking, payed £120 for the apartment and then payed £250 deposit which was not given back! It was noisy during our stay as next door were screaming, shouting, walking along the balcony outside our door, trying to come into our apartment. We were then given the blame of the levels of noise, me and friends were ready to go out and were waiting for a taxi's at which point we left. We was out for the majority of our night and come back early morning when shortly after security complained about noise, people who weren't meant to stay were in our room we asked security to help us get people out so we could go to sleep in peace as we're young girls. They were inappropriate with us and impatient, they left us and brought the police back with them making us feel intimidated when weren't in the wrong! An altercation happened outside the room between a girl and the security as she was refusing to leave we told security she was nothing to do with us and to get her to leave. Eventually they did. Only 4 people stayed the night. We left the room spotless, as to ensure we would get our large amount of money back. The receptionist upon arrival told us the deposit would not be touched unless we made any damages, she lied! The deposit was taken due to "noise" and because there were too many people in the room (who left as soon as we were told this was not allowed) £250 on noise! An absolute joke when the room next door was making up so much noise and we were hardly there all night.

— Took a deposit which was never mentioned by the CT — Inside the apartment, the toilet was filthy and the bed was dusty — the flooring was chipped — waken up by loud drunk stayers. — the curtain rails were broken and there was a smashed champagne bottle in the freezer. — When I checked out, they promised me the deposit back in 5 days. — After 5 days no deposit came through, called city nights CT asked me to call my bank and find out, which I did, bank told told me that the fault was on city nights side. CT then advised me it could take up 16days for a return on the deposit. 12 days later the deposit was returned. — I stay at city nights every month for business reasons and from now on I shall no longer booking with yourselves. danny the ct was a great help, and she was the only one who did her job effectively and efficiently.

Great apartment, lovely staff. Very accommodating. Apartment was spacious and comfortable. Would definitely recommend!

Wall and floor boards are paper thin, got warnings and fined by just talking in our flat. Additionally when we had a flat for a weekend the shower was broken and was not compensated for such. Would avoid this place at all cost!

Moved in for two weeks whilst having my apartment refurbished. Nice suite, in a great position. Very comfortable and so much more freedom than you have in a hotel room, for instance having a washing machine etc etc. Bed extremely comfortable. Front office staff very nice and helpful. I would certainly stay there again. On the downside, the suite does need redecorating. Maybe they do that every so often.

Just be aware the staffs are all polish they speak polish together and you won't understand a thing. (polish thieves) are operating in the apartment.

Stayed earlier this week booking two apartments. A really good stay. Close to all amenities and the staff at city notes was very polite and professional (in fact a couple of times had to ask for advise and the staff went out their way to help us). The secured car park was a added bonus. Awaiting our preauthorisation payment to be returned to us but apart from that the whole experience was very positive. Will use again in the future.

As a former resident… and now long term car park user… can really recommend City Nites to anybody. Customer service is first class and nothing too much trouble… keep up the good work… special mention for Ana on reception… who is probably the happiest person in Birmimgham!

Never recommend this apartment to anyone given me a room with a broken dining table which then I was charged for amount of noise its ridiculous.

Fantastic hotel alternative — luxury apartments.

First impressions were not very good as firstly we had difficulty finding the reception which had apparently been moved. Secondly we were given the keys to a room we were shocked to find was already occupied! Plus only being given one key when there were four of us staying was not ideal nor was the £250 deposit that has to be paid. The rooms were nicely decorated however the bathroom was not very clean and after a long search all of our utensils were found to still be in the dishwasher! Ideal location but it definately was not worth the money paid.
