Food is fantastic staff are great too definitely be back.

Had heard they did a very good Sunday dinner from a friend so thought we. Would try it out. We certainly weren't disappointed. Having eaten at other independant pubs and franchised outlets this was head and shoulders above the rest, to the point I could have eaten the meal again it was that nice. Also the staff were were very friendly and could not have been more helpful. Will definitely be visiting again.

Had lovely lunch today 25/02 with friends. We had burger, beef dip, steak and chicken pasta and it was all delicious. Very nice, friendly and attentive staff too.

Great pub grub …great beers, wines and spirits …and GREAT HOSTS Lee & Sharon… Deffo not forgetting amazing staff. Best pub in Washington.

We popped in with the kids for an end of school treat and it was brilliant. The food was lovely, piping hot and great portions. Staff were very attentive. The girl who made the ice creams made the kids day! We’ll definitely be back again soon ☺️

Had Sunday lunch today I must say it lovely really enjoyed it. So did my two children staff were lovely and went out the way to make the ice cream they way they asked for it. Rhankbu we will definitely visit again soon xx.

Was lush to be out with the family again eating indoors and have to say you guys have nailed it, Best service and food. 1st time out since lockdown and every thing was fab. From the organised greeting at the door, to the lovely friendly table service, all the staff were great and the food was delicious… Beef was cooked to perfection. 5* service in a lovely warm environment, can't wait to return. Xx.

What a beautiful meal we all had, and the staff were very professional. I had the noodles and the dish was absolutely gorgeous, just wish that I had missed the starter (which was lovely to) but I couldn't do the main justice. Would highly recommend.

We thought we'd give The Vic's Sunday dinners a try after hearing lots of good reviews. We ordered chicken and beef, the good variety of vegetables were cooked to perfection and the meat and gravey were beautiful. We will definitely be back.

We collected two Sunday lunches today and they were absolutely gorgeous. Pork and lamb was cooked to perfection and a really good selection of vegetables, the roast potatoes were delicious. An enormous yorkshire pudding with a generous serving of gravy. Highly recommended and we will definitely return.

Ordered two beef dinners, which were ready on time, served hot, and were absolutely delicious! Will definitely be back! Highly recommended.

Just finished our Sunday lunch I had Lamb husband and daughter had beef. Got to say was the best Sunday dinner we have had in a pub, great food great atmosphere and great service will definetly be back again.

The First Pub I visited after we moved to Washington in 1989, (Teal Farm. ) Mine hosts were Peter and Lynn. After many visits, I was welcomed into the local community, with Chris Groak, Terry McGorrigan, (Tosh), Ken Ashton, Billy Walsmley, to name a few. Work comments in Sellafield and Great Yarmouth left me cut off from their company for a number of years, but, on retirement, and still living in Washington, I have been welcomed back into the local culture as if I had never been away. Thanks to all.

We found the B&B room to be clean, and comfortable. The breakfast was good. The hosts are extremely helpful and friendly. I highly recommend The Victoria Inn, exceptional good value.

Unreal personal place hosts are great and as is the food classic pub with an italian twist bravisimo.

Been for tea at azzuri at the Victoria inn columbia, both the food and the service were fab would defo recommend this place!

Spent all day here today… lovely friendly staff. Large garden area kitted out for children which was great it kept the kids entertained for hours. We had lunch and dinner here today and both times the food was beautiful. Well presented and tasted amazing. Will definitely be back.

New Azzurri restaurant simply amazing, Sunday dinner the best I've had in years, get yourselves along, you won't be disappointed.

Clean and affordable room with old charm. I sadly did not eat there due my schedule. The owner was pleasant and the Wi-Fi was fast.

Marcellos italian restaurant is part of this pub also has en suite rooms for buisness people.

Visited on the 28th February 2018. Had a meal in Marcello's adjoining which we enjoyed. Met some friends in the Victoria Inn bar area later on. Drinks prices were reasonable and the room was warm thanks to a log burner. Sky sports on too. Staff were friendly and attentive. Decoratively it could do with some updating but mainly okay. Generally serving local clientele and the odd traveler. We enjoyed.

I was there at the weekend there with my friend, our room was lovely, and the couple that run it were very friendly. Breakfast was lush, we were full up almost most of the day would recommend it for sure, I would go back too.

Starters let the place down. Mains were better… service you could not fault but I'm rating the food … fair to midlem.

A lovely clean pub/hotel, the landlord and landlady were really friendly. The breakfasts were great with a good choice to choose from. Room was really clean and comfortable with added bonus of ensuite comprising toilet, sink and large shower with complementary soaps, shower gel and towels. Tea and coffee making facilities and TV in the bedroom too. Would definitely recommend and would return there.

Booked here for an overnight stay with my sister & 16 yr old neice.
The staff were very welcoming and friendly.
We were pleasantly surprised by the lovely clean fresh room with 3 single bed in and en-suite. Beds were very comfy & duvets so soft. The only downside to the en-suite was that it was a sanitizer loo which made a very loud noise when flushing. Otherwise excellent.
The breakfast was included in the price and was of an excellent standard with choices of cereal, fruits, a full (and I mean full) English breakfast. Fresh orange, tea & coffee were also served. Excellent.
Overall we really enjoyed our stay & would recommend.

Attended a baby shower here private party in the hired function room, lovely day, friendly staff, great family pub, buffet was delicious, clean and cosy venue.

A party of fourteen and all our food was served together, hot and delicious. No complaints about food and it was priced really reasonable. The staff are very polite and attentive. Can definitely recommend and will most certainly be back. Many thanks.

Absolute rubbish, food was bland, veg looked days old and £5.80 for two pints of orange and water is an absolute rip off. Won't be back.

A really great Italian restaurante, well worth a visit no booking necessary. Food is well above other Italian restaurants, and drinks are at bar prices, plenty of choices for beers and wine.

The newly opened Italian restaurant inside the Vic is lovely and it's ran by a lovely Italian guy. The portions are a good size and it's reasonably priced. You're always offered a small free Amareto at the end of the meal which is a lovely little touch.

Food was alright, and staff were very friendly however shocked they didn't have a children's menu, I was told I could order a small portion for my 16 month old daughter so ordered a small portion of carbonara. When the bill came we noticed we were charged £4.50 for the small portion yet the adult full portion was £5… I cannot see how this can possibly be?! I have never been anywhere that doesn't have a children's menu… I like to know how much I'm going to be charged before purchasing particularly with a baby that does eat great big portions! My little girl didn't manage half of what was brought out and I believe a half portion should have been half the adult price or 50p extra. As other restaurants do. Otherwise I'd have ordered an adult portion and taken away what was left.
