Absolutely a home from home. We had a suite and it was extremely comfortable.

I can't say enough about this wonderful place. I was travelling alone under difficult circumstances (family illness) and the staff here could not have been more kind and welcoming.

Malmaison in the Quayside in Newcastle is a real wow… laid back and stylish.

We had a wonderful two night stay here for our wedding anniversary. We came with our 9 month old baby as well.

Such a great stay in a beautiful hotel! The views from the room are gorgeous and is walking distance into the city centre. The rooms were lovely and clean and also great value for money.

It's a great location with reasonable on site car parking at £15 for 24 hours. The views from the upper floor rooms are excellent.

Our Hard Hats to Heels event is hosted at Dakota Hotel, I would not recommend this space more.

Fantastic stay at Hotel Dakota in Newcastle. Lovely hotel. Very comfortable and clean room. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Special shout out to Amelia in charge of breakfast who was superb.

What a place! Honestly.

Lovely stay but check in felt forced and didn't recieve much information about the hotel or options for dinner/drinks. The room had a great atmosphere, the radio playing classical music was lovely.

Very pleased to be able to secure a very last minute booking after being let down at another hotel. Or room looked right out over the corner of Grey Street and Dean Street and was super central.

Had a wonderful time in Newcastle, in part due to my stay at Grey Street Hotel.
The location is great, at a lovely vibrant street very close to the train and metro.

Great location for central NC but not right in the hustle n bustle. Easy check in/check out service with reliable luggage storage for a small fee.
Water station on the main floor were key to find!

Overall a decent place to stay for a night. Really clean room and decent set up with usb plugs next to bed along with normal outlets.

This place blew me away. The staff, the food, the wine, the room and courtyard are all outstanding.

I have been visiting Hotel du Vin Bar for more than 6 years, at all different times of the day, and I can honestly say it has never disappointed. What stands out most is the exceptional service.

Lovely place to stay right in the town centre! Walk out and there's all the bars and clubs it was awesome! The staff were super friendly. Room was clean and had everything I needed.

Stayed for just 6 hours as a last minute stop-off and honestly couldn't fault it. Room was clean, quiet and exactly what you need for a budget stay. Staff were genuinely lovely and welcoming.

On the outskirts of Newcastle, easily accessible. (Bus into centre nearby if you want to leave the car behind or walkable) My bedroom looked over the river.

Fab location — genuinely. Reasonable parking, and you can stroll straight over the Millennium Bridge into Newcastle without feeling like you’re embarking on an expedition.

Room was clean and had a great view. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

I had a few problems all sorted quickly and efficiently. All staff were helpful, especially Paul was great, very kind, polite, nothing was to much trouble. View of the castle from my room.

I booked to stay here on the 26th June, the staff were very friendly, the seating area and restaurant area was lovely and looked comfortable enough to sit and read a book with a cup of coffee.

Nice place. Very nice staff. Warm welcome and very accomodating. Decent rooms. Comfy beds. Tiny bit of evidence of previous guests but seen worse.
Recommend and will return.

Clean modern spacious rooms. Nice big bed. Breakfast had lots to choose from. Hotel very clean and the staff are helpful and friendly.

We were staying as part of a Caledonian mystery tour and the room was lovely and comfortable.

Great location, a stone's throw from the Quayside.
I was a bit worried about booking this after reading some terrible reviews. However, we were pleasantly surprised upon arrival.

We stayed at this hotel on a Tuesday night in July. We were pleasantly surprised on entering our first floor family room — a clean bright room overlooking the Tyne with a view of the bridges.

We came up to film our new music video, which included playing and filming on Newcastle Castle roof.
Stayed overnight Thursday.

Nice and clean everything is catered for definitely going back.

Had a lovely time. Very clean apartment. Nice and cosy. Family were happy. Like a home away from home. 5 star service. And staff contact was fantastic.

Staying at plummer house has been the best experience.

Plummer House is a great student accommodation, in a good location with fantastic common spaces and friendly staff. Spacious rooms and very clean interiors and in good maintenance. Highly recommended.
