Fantastic service, well looked after ale and cider and a fantastic burger. Would definitely recommend.

It was our first time in a pub since lockdown. The tables were further apart and staff cleaned them after use. However, the staff were leaning over us and we felt very uncomfortable. I am a vulnerable person and I didn’t feel safe. It has put me off going out again.

Managed to book a table for 6pm today short notice. Service brilliant and the food amazing! The burgers were gorgeous and the children’s meals huge and they loved them! Thank you x.

Took a good friend for lunch at the cherry tree last week.
As usual the food and service were amazing. We were made to feel so comfortable, the table sevice worked really well.
I was a bit apprehensive about my 1st meal out since lockdown but I was so impressed we have booked to go back again!

Had a lovely meal here this evening with my wife great tasty food starter main & dessert good size portions extremely well priced I was pleasantly surprised the service was excellent very friendly polite staff well laid out for social distancing would definitely recommend & will be doing so will definitely be booking again very soon all in all a great place to eat drink & relax.

Brilliant pub 10/10 best pub in woobidge.

Traditional pub, friendly service, with fantastic fresh to order food and wonderful real ales, including the full selection of Adnams ales with the extra special treat of Tally Ho on draught in the lead up to Christmas. Well worth a visit.

Food good but chunky. Seating ok but a bit too much wooden hard seats. Ambiance fine a bit oldie worldie. Plenty outside parking garden area nice!

The food is mediocre which is a shame, main course had anaemic chicken and too much sauce. They use shop-bought meringue but charge homemade prices and when asked the reason it is that the chef's burnt too many?! Underwhelmed.

A very enjoyable place for lunch. A garden and interesting menu. Worth a visit.

Great pub. Good food and selection of beers. In the summer the beer garden is a pleasure to sit in. Car park always has had enough space even on a busy day. The pub quiz on a Sunday is a laugh. Though a 9.30pm start means a Monday morning can be hard work!

Lovely food and friendly staff first time in the area if we are down that way again definitely eat there also will recommend to friends.

Wanted somewhere that could accommodate my family. With 3 small children it worked very well for us. Food was very good. We will definitely be returning and would recommend to friends and family.

Good all round, service and food. There were so many specials on the board I found it difficult to read over diners heads and to remember. Would be really helpful if a printed sheet of the day's specials could be tucked in with the menu?

We stayed here a week. The food and service were wonderful. One of the best cheese plates I've ever eaten. Great breakfast too!

After a long walk we stumbled across this little gem. A heart warming hello sounded as the door opened. We are strangers so not used to this. Quiet to begin with, standing room only when we left. Great drinks, food was outstanding with the antipasti to share being a must! Everyone inside was so friendly including the dogs. So much food per portion so plan ahead don't eat much during the day. I Really wanted the chocolate bread and butter pudding but couldn't manage it! Can't wait to visit again very soon it's humbling to enjoy real ale in a real pub with proper pub food.
