Exceptional staff. This beautifully presented spa hotel absolutely ticks all the boxes. Well located to use as a base when touring this area of the Norfolk coast.

Awful, had a huge hair in my food a few weeks ago, I sent my food back then went back and had awful customer service, would not recommend this place at All!

Staff are friendly, food is really good and full use of pool, spa and gym. Not going that pesky gym lol.

Had a lovely Sunday dinner with partner, would definitely recommend, hopping to book some time away, happy friendly staff very attentive to the guests needs.

Brillant hotel and leisure facilities the food is awesome humungous portiions, highly recommended.

Cant praise this hotel enough. Beautifully clean and more than Covid secure. Staff were some of the friendliest and most helpful we've ever met. Food was amazing and bed was comfiest ever. A real find and we will definitely be back.

Top marks. Family stay, 2 adults, 3 kids. The swimming pool, steam, sauna and jacuzzi were clean, roomy and great for passing a few hours. Room spotless, on site restaurant very good for both dinner and breakfast. Ample parking and right next door to Lidl for any additions you might want. Was impressed with our stay. Thanks.

I have just stayed here for two nights, as a birthday treat away with my partner, we love everything about the place, came here last year too. Rooms are lovely, staff are friendly, and it’s so nice to have the use of the spa too, we ate in the restaurant both nights, the food was lovely, lots of choice and good size portions, Breakfast was lovely to with a good choice too, would definitely recommend ❤️

Just enjoyed a two night break here, spotless hotel exceptionally friendly staff, we were showed to our room on arrival not something you see these days which was large with lots of space, we were staying with young grandchildren and we were all made to feel very welcome, pool and spa are great, food in adjoining restaurant is excellent, would recommend to anyone looking to stay in this area.

Hotel was lovely bedroom was spotless staff were very friendly and helpful would definitely go back again my son and I really enjoyed our stay thank you mrs Hay.

Just spent a wk here enjoying Great food, friendly and Helpful Staff, clean and comfortable Room, slept sound … and kept fit and pampered too … very gd Value for money … loved it.

We had a pleasurable stay at the hotel which is 10mins from the long beach. The facilities were good and staff helpful and friendly. The only thing that was annoying was the neighbours from came back late from the on site pub and were very loud.

Really nice venue for a relaxed lunch or dinner. Good variety on menu and pleasant staff.

Food was really good, waitresses really informative and helpful to those that are undecided with the menu! Relaxing atmosphere and we look forward to visiting again soon.

I only use the gym facilities here but absolutely no love them fresh, clean and always feel comfortable in there.

A treat to find a bolt hole from the constant rain in this lovely hotel bar that had a good ambiance, good beer, live footy, fantastic food in a well run restaurant with diligent staff and a conscientious owner.

Fair meal. Went in to eat on a Monday evening. Very quiet. Pie made with puff pastry. Would prefer shortcrust.

Stayed for one night. Clean and comfortable stay. Kids loved the swimming pool. Staff friendly. Food was fabulous recommend the steak pie. Explored gt. Yamouth and Caister good time had by all.

Amazing room, photos don't do it justice. Fab place to stay highly recommend. Amazing cleaning ladies, always greeted with a lovely smile. My gluten intolerance was catered for promptly (I forgot to phone ahead). Breakfast was good every morning, however there was no continuity as every day my husbands Norfolk breakfast looked massively different, no one standard and last days scrambled eggs were not even cooked. I was happy having my gf toast and a yogurt. Most of the service staff were smiling, friendly and helpful. Only sore point was being locked out of our room on last day before 10.30 kick out time, this needs to change, as it's not documented anywhere, nor were we told by reception staff, that this would happen if we chose to eat breakfast before packing the car? Also there was some confusion with what was included for our stay in regards to breakfast as there was pricing next to the options, when we had paid a B&B rate, we weren't the only ones confused by this. Reception staff could be more informative to avoid any confusions. Neither of the small negatives would stop us returning.
All in all a fantastic stay and we look forward to going back.

The newly refurbished hotel has been done with class and style and is now a beautiful place to visit. We ate in the stylish new Branfords restaurant and it didnt disappoint. The staff were all friendly and helpful and the owner, Michael was on hand to help out too. Ive heard the bedrooms are being upgraded too and if done in the same style as the rest if the hotel, then it will be one of the best in the area.
