Staff are mostly very friendly and helpful. It has the best location for the beach. The only down side is that there's no car park although reception offer free resident parking permits. Hotel, despite being a little tired and dated bathrooms is very clean and comfortable.

Could do with air conditioning in hotel. Too hot in the rooms. Can't sleep even with a fan but overall very nice I keep coming back food is good staff are very friendly.

Just returned home after a short break. The hotel is very good the staff try to go that extra bit to make your stay extra special our room was spotless as were all areas, the food is good and always hot (except the salads) The only down side which is beyond the hotels control is there is a late night bar on the pier over the road. My advice is dont take a sea view room and expect to sleep before 0430hrs. Many Thanks to all the New Beach team you are doing a great job.
