Er so anyone seen the film Wrong Turn? Stay here and you'll feel like you're starring in it.

Wouldn’t stay here again. If I had the spare money I would have gone somewhere else. Was greeted by a scruffy woman and didn’t appreciate the guy walking around with no shirt on, then later on saw another guy with no shirt on so not sure how many people actually run this place. Went back to get changed in the early evening and there were about 5-6 people in the b&b’s kitchen eyeballing is?! Made us feel very VERY uncomfortable. In desperate need of updating and the bed feels like your sleeping on a conked out camp bed, I didn’t know such thin mattress’ existed. Not a very clean place either and for that reason we decided not to have the breakfast in the morning and I’m glad we didn’t, as soon as we opened our door the smell of dirty grease hit you and it was absolutely disgusting.

Lovely hotel, very cheap, shops, beaches and bars all within 3 minutes walk.

If I could mark this no stars then I would. First of all we arrived and was greeted by a lady in a see through top leaving nothing to the imagination with her bra fully on show. She really needed a tank top underneath. We then come across a man (the chef) I am guessing the ladies husband. His tracksuits where covered in dirt. We got into our room and the bed looked like it had been re build about 20 times. I pulled back the covers to find a crusty bread roll down the side of the bed. The bathroom was filthy I dare not walk on the floor without my shoes on. My grandparents also had a room here. There room smelt of smoke. Even though it’s a smoke free place. Also the bathroom stunk of poo and wee and was also as dirty as ours. We chose not to have any food here as I dread to think what the kitchen looked like. This is not up to any standard at all. I wouldn’t even let a dog stay in this place. It needs closing.

A fantastic stay. Good clean accommodation. Polite staff and a brilliant breakfast. Highly recommended!

As soon as I saw the state of the carpets on arrival I knew this was not going to be a pleasant visit, after booking in I thought I would just lay on the bed for an hour but to my horror when I felt some itching on my scalp and arms I saw bed bugs crawling all over. this hotel should be shut down this visit was made on the 23/08/2017

Would not let my dog say here over night I booked in then booked out it's a rat hole.

The rooms were not well looked after curtains were hanging off there were holes in the ceilings and walls. It was not very clean and the toilet smelt disgusting. The beds were uncomfortable and felt like they would fall apart when you moved. To top it all my two children have come home covered in bed bugs. Please do not stay here. The owners were polite but there was a smell of drugs as you walked in. The only positive was the breakfast tasted great but the cleanliness was appalling.

I think the place reminds me of the TV programme hotel inspector. I think this place is well overdue a visit! But on the other hand I don't think they would want to visit.

Rooms are so bad! We didnt stay!

Walked in to smell of weed and some young lads doing drugs, the room was covered in dust, mould in the bathroom, grot everywhere, seriously uncomfortable bed that creeks when you breath, the heating wasn't on even though it's winter so the room was freezing! Never visit here… Yes it was cheap but they could have cleaned at least once a year! Do not visit!

Recently stayed here what can I say foods great all appliances working watm shower CLEAN bathroom soft bed. So close to seafront. Ideal for me as I love the sea air. Greeting had to look for member of staff and batteries not working in remote but soon solved that problem highly recommend this hotel to anyone staff are friendly always greet with a smile (when found) loved our holiday will be back again. Best breakfast I have ever had in a hotel.

No curb appeal, went down hill from there on. Greeted by an un-kept owner, room, well, walls, blinds, shower, ceiling fan looked as if they have never been cleaned. Kettle had water in, had not been cleaned inside or out. View from window, a pile of rubbish once you could see through the grime on the window. Hotel smelt of over used chip fat. Cups & glasses needed cleaning before use. Left before breakfast as we couldnt stomach the thought of eating food in such a dirty b&b. Double room cost us £50.00. Was not value for money. Needs a visit from The Hotel Inspector Alex Polizzi! If I didnt have to give a star, I wouldnt. Would not recommend!

This place is disgusting, I have lived in squats cleaner than this place, booked for a week stayed less than 24 hours, Over heard the owner tell a guest, "smoke in the room I don't care the signs are only there cos I have to have them by law" By the way the smoke alarms don't work and was hanging out of cieling by the wires. The place stinks, and don't get me started on the shower, it was filthy, with last occupants wash stuff still in there, needless to say I didn't use it in the few hours that I stayed there I was kind enough to bleach it for them tho. And believe me that place had never seen a bottle of bleach.

Horrible place I saw a rat in my room while staying here the people who own this place smell of fags and poo and sweat I felt like I Was spending a night in a 3rd world country in a slum.

It was worth the money. Good food. Good rooms. All in all a fantastic stay.! :-).

For the price it was well worth the money, our room needed a lick of paint but it was clean, had a fridge and ironing board were we have not had that in other hotels we have stayed in and paid more! people friendly and dont pester you. Enjoyed our stay and will return.

Staff were lazy room was smelly hygine was very poor. Ive been in some tiolets in my life but this was bottom 3. If u go under cover it works.
