Fantastic three nights hotel very clear and clear with covid rules and requirements, staff helpful and very friendly.

Very clean well organised for meals and everything staff are good.

Fairly quiet when we stayed, good service and recently refurbed room. Great location.

Perfect for the town centre as it's just a few mins from all the shops, restaurants and bars. Lovely large and comfortable room.

Hopeless! trying to find a member of staff in an empty hotel! finally found a maintenance man, for him to say there are staff here, but he doesn't know where they are (not offering any help whatsoever). I phone the reception, phone left ringing. I press the help button on the desk multiple times as does another guest to no response. Not a nice start.

Normal Premier inn efficiency and cleanliness. Helpful staff but restaurant a bit small and without character. But for 2 nights absolutely fine.

Absolutely great experience staying here last week. Super helpful, friendly and efficient staff made us feel very welcome and well looked after. Excellent range of choices for buffet breakfast (kids loved being able to chose whatever they wanted), clean and spacious room, brilliant location for town. Would use stay again.

We stayed here for the weekend in July 2018. It's was brilliant. The staff were extremely friend and didn't seem fake at all, they were happy to help with anything, the hotel was the cleanest I've ever stayed in ANYWHERE. We can't praise this hotel enough.

Have stayed here three or four times before and have found the hotel quite acceptable. However, this weekend we booked in for a couple of nights and were give a very grubby looking room. The bathroom was filthy with hairs in the bath and washbasin. The toilet was disgusting and obviously had not been washed properly for months. We felt so uncomfortable we were unable to stay for another night and booked out the following morning. Not good enough Premier Inn.

Rooms comfortable, but evening service and breakfast not available. Not what you would expect from this do called leading brand. Do not stay here.

Lovely Hotel in the centre of Bury St Edmund's. Staff were very courteous and helpful. The only downside, is there is no lounge, but as we were a large Wedding Party, we took over the restaurant. The staff even moved tables to accommodate us all.

2 night while attending a family wedding that was close by. Friendly and helpful staff and child and family friendly. There was small mistake in out dinner bill on the first evening so too a star off. However it was all sorted without any issue and nothing was too difficult for them and very friendly so added the star back… As for the all you can eat and kids eat free breakfast. Top stuff! Nice selection and as it was Fathers day on our check out day. I had perhaps a little too much, but hey it's my day to have a treat.

Rooms really nice, typical premier inn style, you know what your getting. Had lovely night sleep after the idiots next door had finished playing how many times can we slam room door in half hour at around 10pm. Restaurant small but very modern and pleasant to eat in. Breakfast selection was really good.

Parking is easy and free when staying at the hotel as it's a pay and display carpark for public use also. The hotel room was clean and comfortable with a flat screen TV and tea and coffee making facilities. There is a restaurant at the hotel and sort of a bar within the restaurant. It was a pleasant stay although I didn't actually the restaurant.

Hotel is close to the city centre with a nice big car park. The room was modern, clean and tidy with tea making facilities, hair dryer, air conditioning and large TV. The bed was a double which was very comfortable. I had an evening meal and breakfast in the hotel restaurant both of which were okay but they were short of quite a few items on the evening menu at the time of my visit.

Enjoyed our stay here. The breakfast is great, full English. You feel safe in this place and the staff are friendly.

Stayed the night for a Christmas party so only slept but what a lovely hotel this was. One of the best premier inns I’ve ever been to. Spacious, huge comfort bed and lots of added extras like a sofa, desk, chair, dressing table with light up mirror. Would recommend to everyone! Great walking distance to all of burys sights and shops too with free parking.

Great stay again! Superb location, excellent standard of customer service & a lovely welcome when they recognise you from staying previously. Also, very accomodating towards disabled guests. We'll done!

Fantastic rooms and staff, easy walk to the city centre.

Great stay but does not have a seperate bar area to relax in so went to pub nearby where drinks were a third of the price.

Really nice new build. Lovely design building fits in perfectly with historical town centre. Parking and rooms are spot on. Town centre just a shirt walk away.

Just popped in on our way back from Nottingham to Ipswich and were made very welcome everyone was helpful and friendly and we had a lovely meal. The menu choices were limited but the food was lovely.

Once again, we have enjoyed our stay at another Premier Inn. The one in Bury St Edmund's is so close to all the town monuments and shops that we didn't need to take the car at all. The hotel staff are top professionals, looking after us all the time and making us feel at home. Thank you so much for all your help and fab service!

Its clean, tidy, friendly staff & large rooms. There are 3 big problems. You can't open any window (yes says on website, though there's no noise at all outside), the air con doesn't go lower than 19 degrees & the fire alarm has a red flashing light every 3 secs that's directly above the bed. So when lying in bed your looking at the light. Why they didn't have the flashing light facing the other way, I'll never know, black tape sorted it out.

Hotel is very modern and has a smart TV in the room. Staff are very friendly. The restaurant is small and has not got anywhere really to just sit and have a drink. No bar either, all the drinks are served from a fridge.

Lovely base to visit other locations. Room clean bed comfortable. Very quiet locations with plenty of local facilities within walking distance.

Clean and quiet with a central location, quick 5 minute walk to Angel Hill and a good breakfast selection.

Stayed here for my wedding. Easy check in. Got in to the room and it was very clean. Staff members were very helpful. Had the unlimited breakfast which was lovely. Can't fault this hotel at all. Will definitely be booking here again.

We spent very good our time at this hotel. The room was very clean and nice. Personally we found everything what we needed. It's situated in very quite area. For the breakfast lots of choice and really good quality. Staff was very nice and helpful.

I stayed for 5 nights on a business trip and was appalled that my room was only cleaned on the fourth day and this was only after complaining to reception! The fifth day was back to normal and my room was not cleaned again! I prefer to leave my bed made when I leave the room on a morning and to that my bed was not even touched. This is the worst housekeeping I have ever encountered!
I ate in the restaurant on the second night, having the coronation chicken salad with no cucumber… the meal arrived with cucumber and I pointed this out to the waitress, she said she would have it remade and it would take a while as they would need to cook another chicken fillet. Less than 5 minutes later my plate returns with the same salad and chicken only with the cucumber picked out! Shocking really!
I have stayed in numerous premier Inn hotels around the UK and this was not up to the standard I would expect especially at nearly £100 per night. Very disappointed!

A slightly posher than normal Premier Inn. Gains an extra star due to its central Bury St Edmunds location. Stayed for a few weeks as I was working in the town and found the rooms comfortable and the staff friendly and efficient. The food is decent, but unspectacular with reasonable service. The rooms have smart tvs which are good for connecting various devices. I also enjoyed exploring the nearby Abbey ruins and the ancient town center. The Internet isn't great, but serves a purpose.

Lovely location practically in the grounds of the Abbey. All the staff were very friendly and very helpful; great service with a smile. Very comfortable and clean room and no noise from other patrons or outside. Overall a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Room 12. Close to the lifts so quite noisy. Air con cycling on and off all night again noisy. Unable to switch it off. Staff were great and that stands out here.

Have stayed here a couple times on business. Perfectly pleasant with a great location — the rooms are really big and whilst the building is old it seems to have been recently refurbished. Reasonable breakfast. Would recommend wandering down the road to the nearby pub for dinner rather than eating in.

Does what it says on the tin, nothing fancy but clean efficient and value for money.

Very nice, brand new Hotel. Nice location, clean and peacefull. Hotel staft and on Restaurant very friendly. However suggest a small friger to the room and the "human factor" during check-in & out to give us the Welcome. I´ll be back, sure… wait for me.

Lovely Premier Inn close to all the sights in Bury. Very clean rooms, quick and friendly service.

Check in was very easy and the staff were very helpful. Room clean and well equip. Dinner was good value as we did the meal deal so got breakfast as well. The food quality was good. Very good location for town as only a 10 minute walk through the park and you are there.

Easy check in, helpful staff and a very comfortable and well furnished room. Just what you need after a long journey. Breakfast was excellent. Brilliant location in heart of the town.

This hotel is a great place to stay, it's clean fresh, only a few minutes walk from the centre of town, well worth a visit to Abbey Gardens, the staff are remarkably friendly and helpful and the breakfast is superb. If you are staying in Bury St Edmunds for either work or leisure I would definitely recommend this place.
