Fantastic Sunday lunch, gorgeous beef & crispy potatoes, we enjoyed the cauliflower cheese for our supper. What a lovely friendly pub thank you, highly recommended and great value!

I've been a loyal customer to the crown, having many delicious meals over the years, they helped us by providing a buffet for an event of over 50 guests. I can't praise these guys enough, not only was the food delicious and neatly organised, intolerances were followed, but the price was also great value. I definitely would recommend, for a other a delicious meal (especially Sunday roast) or for catering. Thankyou all team at The Crown, and David for all your help!

Walked from Willsbridge took approx 45 minutes door to door. Very friendly pub but does not have much parking should you want to drive. Will have no problem returning.

Cheap and cheerful, bargain good food. Don't expect gourmet here but if you want good food at a fantastic price then add this place to your list. Great atmosphere and brilliant friendly staff, especially Penny.

Ordered food, other people arrived and ordered after us and they received the same meals before us. We had to go up and ask what’s happening then the food suddenly turnt up. Meat was shocking, watery gravy which looked liked oil. Terrible experience roast dinners have gone down hill they used to be lovely not sure what’s happened.

Shocking. Bottomless brunch when the service is appalling. What a joke. Wouldn't come here again. Bar staff can't make the advertised cocktails. Worth £5.95 not £29.99

Everything was so good food, drinks, staff and the atmosphere was brilliant.

What a credit to the community, had a delivery today due to shielding… ordered this morning came this afternoon, brilliant service. Friendly staff happy to support a lovely local business.

What a brilliant service, I made an order for a delivery late yesterday evening as we are now isolating and had little food and no medicine for our little girl. I realised I had clicked the option for collection when I needed delivery, so I messaged them and got a reply immediately saying it wouldn’t be an issue to change this and they would Mark it as a priority to have with us by 12 the next day, which it was. The food is well priced and the meat is lovely. Much better than supermarket meat and no more expensive. Thanks again!

Visited today… Fabulous cakes, milkshakes and coffee. Great customer service. We’ll be back! ☺️

Amazing tasty Sunday lunch and sooo much food. Would recommend this place 100% ans would go bank without hesitation.

Just picked up 2 x festive Sunday roast dinners which were absolutely delicious. Massive portions, great quality and all piping hot. Definitely recommend.

If you are able PLEASE support them at this very diificult time… they have done so much for the Community of Keynsham, its time for us to return the favour.

We used the Krackers delivery yesterday — great service. Ordered it the evening before and it was delivered the next morning. A couple of items were missing (easily done with my big order! ) but when I contacted they were happy to assist and are going to resend these items out — brilliant service. Great prices and everyone I have spoken to have been lovely. Have recommended to others. Thank you x.

Me & hubby went for lunch today, we had the 3 courses for £5.49, wow lush food, nice size portions, we had to take are desserts home as so full excellent service as well from the young lady behind the bar, will defo be back soon.

Love this place and having rediscovered it's delights we will frequent it regularly! Not been back there for three long years but the guys there show the same warmth of welcome even after all of this time… The bar is immaculate and clean, the 3 course meal deal is totally a winner and the Stella Artois is on point. Bar staff were exemplary. So friendly and competent! We have stayed there before and had a great time and now that they have refurbished it can only be even better so book it!

What a lovely carvery everything about it was excellent food and service.

Very polite owners and they helps people who are in crisis and finding it difficult with money issues so definitely recommend going to this fabulous pub and meeting the owner and his team.

It was the best ever Carvery I’ve tasted. All the food was piping hot and perfectly cooked to perfection and my food was really well presented on my plate. I would definitely recommend it to my friends and family. You will not leave hungry.

Seen the hype online and thought I’d give it a go. Sky sports banners outside so went in to watch the game but no staff member knew how to work the TVs. Menus on tables so whilst they were going to find someone who knew about TVs I asked if kitchen open staff member didn’t know asked another staff member, didn’t know either. I guess some like the social media attention but can’t do simple business as usual tasks.

Took my auntie and father for Sunday lunch today great food staff very friendly definitely return when I'm out that way.

Oldish and looks like it has some history but nicely redecorated. Lovely helpful staff and good value for money especially when a huge cooked breakfast is included in the room cost. Had a lovely triple room en-suite. Family friendly. Sat in the garden with loads of families and their children.

Amazing food, lovely atmosphere, what more could you want would definitely recommend the crown inn keynsham.

Went for a Sunday lunch 6 adults and 6 children and can highly recommend, great service and the food was delicious! will definitely return. Also child friendly with a generous garden!

Stayed here overnight as a stopover on our way to my brothers wedding in Bude. We had my 90 year old mum with us. We were looked after from the moment we arrived. The staff were amazing. They took their time with my mum and she loved chatting to them. The food was so tasty and presented really nice. Nothing was to much trouble. Thanks again for making our stay so pleasant. Look forward to seeing you all again one day xx.

We've just returned from a meal here and I had to write a review. Oh my goodness! The food is divine! The chips were golden and crispy on the outside and soft and fluffy on the inside! The burger patties were huge and the coleslaw was freshly made!

Went there tonight, food fantastic, staff friendly, food served very quick.

Food wasn’t great, peas tasted canned, ate more bread crumbs than scampi, steak was very dry and tasteless, toilet seat was just placed on the women’s toilet so I almost did myself an injury, overall everything was cheap and not of any good quality, even the ketchup, but staff were friendly and it was quiet.

Excellent stay at the crown inn. David, luke and staff are very welcoming. Food is outstanding and value for money. Plenty of room in the beer garden for the children to play. Most competitive rates on the area. Thank you for a really enjoyable stay.

Shower didn't work in on suit, had to use communal one. Busy road so if you have to open windows it keeps you awake. Beds were very comfy though which was the most important thing!

Hmm, not the best experience, but when quiet, it is a nice chilled out place, went there again to see if it had got any better, but I'm afraid it didn't, understaffed, wasn't really busy, the bar area seemed unorganized, the "cook or chef" didn't look like she didn't know what she was doing, use just for a drink if passing. So we went here again this week and it was really nice, cold beer and good hot food, different staff and pretty quiet.

A warm and friendly welcome, and agreat beer garden, will be back.

Quite small but clean and friendly. Stocked bar, snacks available, just very small bar area so despite the decent menu would have felt like I was being watched by the barkeeper as the bar was quiet at 7 on Saturday night.

Room basic bed was comfy shower poor cleanleyness poor and was dissapointed with hospitality.

Warm and friendly with a good well priced menu. Give it a go.

We went last night. 28/03/18. We had a Groupon deal as a present. So I rang last week to try to book to be told no need. We turned up to almost empty place. Just a couple of presumly regulars. Showed the lady behind the bar to be told owner isn't doing the Groupon more. Our voucher took us to end of March. However she honoured it. So we had our food and a couple of drinks. Which was lovley. But I have to say it didn't feel very welcoming. But having said. After a chat to lady and showed her the offer still going on Groupon site til June she would inform manager/owner. And was very courteous. We still had a lovley evening.

The room are outstanding for a B. B. The staff are lovely the food is one of the best meal I’ve had for such a reasonable price would recommend to any 1

The crown inn is an excellent place to eat and drink the food is brilliant and the staff are very good and helpful I would recommend it to anyone.

My wife and I had the Sunday carvery today fantastic food very hot great and friendly service. We are going back to try the breakfast. 10 out of 10.

Ate here after a visit to Bristol. Had a lovely roast dinner with lots of stuff to choose from. The mrs wondered where I had got to as I made conversation with the friendly staff. Would go back there again when next in Bristol. Would recommend.

Great live music on a Saturday night. Didn't eat but food looked ok. A bit of a cramped bar area but added to the atmosphere. Friendly bar staff.

On a random visit to Bristol stopped off at the crown inn. With a warm welcome we were offered the Sunday carvery which was delicious and good value for money, couldn't finish the meal due to the generous portion size. Unfortunately no room for a pudding!

A Lovely Transformation. This place used to be a run down lager drinkers dive. Now, after an extensive refit and money well spent, the place is quite chic. On the Cask Marque Ale Trail, dog friendly.

My husband and I used The Crown Inn for our wedding reception of 46 people (16/9/2017). It was a squeeze but we all got in and the staff were welcoming and professional. We regularly eat and drink at The Crown, always fantastic food and never a bad pint! Even my dad commented at the wedding reception "this is proper food, not pub grub"! Some of our guests stayed the night at The Crown and we haven't received any negative comments — anyone reading this, I highly recommend you come and see for yourself. Fantastic food, fantastic service very welcoming. Would definitely recommend to stay here and eat one of their amazing burgers.

There was an event taking place at the pub which meant that no parking was available. However the room was larger than exper and generally clean and tidy which a range of facilities. Beds were comfy and I had a good night's sleep. Access after hours was by swipe card which was really handy and didn't impact on the rest of our evening. Decent breakfast in the morning and friendly staff. Great value if you are after a bed for the night without the overpriced extras.

Great little pub with local feel to it. Only downside is step going to beer garden are, quite steep. Worth the climb though as big beer garden with sunshine and shade.

Lovely traditional pub under going a makeover. Friendly staff and locals. Food was good value for money huge size portions. Rooms nice size good value for money. Definitely would stop over in the future.

Staff very friendly. Can see a lot of work has been done since I lasted visited 2 years ago. Fantastic atmosphere wish this was closer to home it would definitely be my local. The traditional pub is a dying breed being taken over by chains. We need to use these pubs or they will be a thing of the past.

Evning meals are craking well worth it a grate pint ov bitter and the room are a good size too.
