I was here August 2018 and now. Great venue and I would recommend it to all. Small enough to be personal and large enough to be a great venue to stay at.

Delicious afternoon tea. Great service from booking to paying. Great value. Will be making an excuse to go again.

Hadn’t heard of this place until last week, thoroughly recommend, lovely food and great service.

Don’t stay in Room 5, to close to the kitchen. Food and service were good.

Delightful happy staff, very attentive and a wonderful afternoon tea. A nice selection of sandwiches, cakes and scones with jam and cream or cream and jam all depending whether your from Devon or Cornwall. I will definaltly go back soon.

Really nice hotel, very clean rooms, the staff are helpful and polite. No resturant on site but there is a pub over the road which does nice food at a reasonable rate.

An OK hotel but the room was very small with rather old decor and a very soft mattress. The shower didn't have enough power to wash soap off you, the toilet was extremely loud when refilling and the bathroom door didn't actually close. Our room was at the rear of the hotel and was quiet. Breakfast was brilliant — loads of choices and the full English was delicious.

This is my first visit here and I was pleasantly surprised with this Hotel. I had a lovely double room at the top of the stairs with a unsuite shower and toilet. The room is nicely decorated and I was overlooking the rear of the hotel. Due to the hot weather I had the windows open wide and find it was very quiet through the night. Breakfast was plentiful with a good selection of cereals. The quick bites available in the evening were nice and the bar/lounge area are very comfortable to sit and chat. Recommend this place for short breaks.

It is a small hotel, in a typical English house, nice and spacious room.
The breakfast was excellent.
Well connected to Bristol and Bath by train and bus. Bus q takes us to Bristol airport.
The staff were very friendly and helpful.

My daughter loved her experience in Grasmere Court and wanted to stay longer. The staff are very pleasant and approachable. The atmosphere is very relaxing. We would go back. My daughter gives it 5 stars.

Lovely hotel, friendly, great breakfast.

The check in was quick, staff are friendly and helpful. Room was clean, breakfast was good, with gluten free cereal and non dairy milks too. Car park is a bit small.

Excellent one-night stay in small double room. Good location, with no problem parking — plenty of space close by on side road if car park happens to be full. Well-appointed and very comfortable room, really quiet. Superb cooked breakfast. Very pleased with value.

Staff were very helpful, room clean, breakfast was lovely, even had some organic, gluten free cereals and almond milk for anyone with food intolerances. Would have got 5 stars but car park not big enough and had to park on the street. Otherwise great stay.

Yes we loved it here and was welcomed by Simon who was a smashing host we will stay here again and we recommend this family run hotel.

What a disappointment! Who ever works on the reception desk at this place is completely clueless and damn right ignorant! This lady is not capable of listening to a simple request over the phone, there's a major barrier to her understanding of the English language. She may be able to speak English well but her comprehension level is very low. The first time I phoned this hotel it took nearly half an hour to book a room as the lady on reception had very little understanding as to what I was asking of her. Once the booking had been made and I thought everything was fine, a few days later I recieved  a phone with regards to the details of my stay, which wasn't a problem at this time. The problem was with the several other phone calls and voicemail messages I have received again asking me the same questions about the details of my stay. I have also been asked several times to provide my credit card details over the phone and via email. I wanted to book a one night stay for 2adults and a baby for later on in the year — a very basic request! As this person isn't able to carry out such a basic request we won't be staying here which is a shame, as we have stayed here twice before with very few problems.

Small room, only 1 towel for 2 people. No Wi-Fi! Door constantly rattling.

Not alot of parking good selection at the bar epic Portions of food and is just amazing friendly and helpful staff not the first time at the hotel for me and was welcomed back which is always a good sign.

Lovely staff, room was incredible, lovely location also, and my other half proposed to me so we loved it!

Great hotel very clean and good parking staff are friendly breakfast was good but the bed was uncomfortable BYOP (bring your own pillow). All in all great stay.

Staff pleasant and helpful, breakfast was OK but decour a little dated and hot water was a but hit and miss.

Very nice — would definitely stay here again. Shower entrance in room 23 is a tad small — felt like I was squeegied dry on the way out.
