Very nice hotel. Wonderful staff.

Me and my parntet oliver mawby come for dinner on friday 27th of august 2021 the staff was very kind great customers service and the kitchen stuff did amazing well done.

Me and my family booked a trip to this hotel on the 4 June, got there at 8 pm checked in was asked to pay for my room again, which I had paid already, then was asked to £20! pounds to park my car, I was shocked to pay to park in a hotel we’re I’m staying, let’s be honest here it’s Bridgewater not the ritz in London, went to our room, unpacked our bags, took my shoes off to find floors round bathroom area soaking wet, called to reception and reported this, they offered to change room, but our little girl was asleep and didt Seam that bad, over night the smell got worse and it was like a sewer, in the morning we change rooms, we were not have a good time at all, very unfriendly staff, apart from housekeeper, we were offered a free breakfast for this, we ordered two cooked breakfast, when they turned they forgot to cook the bacon on both plates, called waitress over told her, she offered another breakfast we said no thank you, they she shouted to the chef please check the food is cooked next time, very unhappy with service, contacted the manager not inter at all no customer service.

I've always visited this hotel since it opened, after lockdown went again last night & Wow it was atrocious! On entering Restaurant after waiting to be seated for ages, asked the waitress what wines you offered she had no idea no idea about food on menu, then waited 30 minutes for a bottle of wine to arrive with no glasses as non clean, specifically asked was the 'scotch egg starter' runny to be told yes, to be delivered rock hard I mean for a restaurant of this kind surely the chef can cook it right?, main wasn't much better I had pork to have a bone in and it was tough, to then finally getting to the room which I booked executive Suit to have a TINY box room when I have paid standard sized rooms before which were bigger, no chairs or table on balcony. Oh and FULL of work men when this used ro be more upper class than your basic travelodge or Premier Inn. TOTALLY appalled with my evening.

Very unimpressed : paid for superior king room and got twin room, not offered an alternative. Complementary breakfast and drink as apology … wouldnt recommend or visit again.

Beautifully clean. Excellent service and good facilities. Enormouse bed. Booked through secret escapes with a bottle of prosecco and eztensive breakfast and lovely evening meal in the on site Pierre Marco White restaurant. And the apple and almond crumble was exceptional!

The food is good standards and the staff are very friendly.

After a 350+ mile drive to the hotel I found there's no proper check in desk. Also very limited parking and that unless you are lucky enough to know that you can ring to try and reserve a parking place then you'll be directed to a nearby car park that's not well lit at all.
Ended up going for pizza at the very convenient Dominos — not my first choice but not much else I could do as it was around 8pm when I got down to the restaurant to be told that there was a minimum of a 30 minute delay on orders. Room is nice, clean and comfortable but the other hassles and noise from traffic outside mean I'll probably look elsewhere next time I'm staying in this area.

Went for afternoon tea and it didn't disappoint. Plenty of choices, and tasted delicious, especially the warm scones. Would highly recommend.
