Staff were so friendly and helpful. Room was exceptionally clean. Loads of nice little touches in the room. Delicious breakfast. Definitely stay there again.

I really liked this place. Good staff. Great room. Four poster bed.

Had lots of useful touches, such as small fridge, handy plugs, top space, makeup mirror, mood lighting, breakfast in bedroom. Proximity to town. Comfy bed, reasonable price, helpful staff.

The Bath House is a lovely, cosy, very welcoming B&B. The beds were just right, it's a short walk into town to all the sights. Would highly recommend. A. Lodge .

Very nice, boutique style b & b. Good value for Bath and a very handy couple of car parking spaces round the back. Breakfast served in your room. We stayed here in the spring. We had to semi-evacuate in the early hours after an american (just sayin) guest attempted to jam a croissant into a toaster and set the fire alarm off!

Fantastic stay with excellent quality of room and delightful service from staff. Very friendly and centrally located for a short walk into Bath city centre. Couldn't wish for more considering the value factor… Many thanks.

Large, comfortable room with a small, but modern bathroom. Breakfast is conveniently served in-room. Parking is free behind the house, but are very tight. Have a spotter when parking. The last of the four cars to arrive will block in two other cars.

Beautiful rooms and very helpful staff.

Very disappointing. Overpriced for a very average b&b, which wasn't even very clean. Our friends stayed nearby and paid less than we did for a much nicer b&b. Wouldn't recommend.

Always a great place to stay.

Stayed here on the strength of many very positive reviews read on other sites. This perhaps led us to a false sense of security. Whilst there was nothing that you could say was really wrong, equally there was nothing particularly standout that warranted the exceptionally good reviews or the room price — yes it is expensive to stay anywhere in Bath, but this was still expensive for what you got. The positives would be the location (a short walk to the city centre and very near the Royal Crescent) and the room was well equipped (fresh milk, biscuits and small fridge included). The room was clean enough but the décor a little tired. I found the bed comfortable but my partner found it too soft. The breakfast, served on a tray in the room, is best described as adequate, nothing special. Our main issue with the room (4), was the smell. It had an immediately obvious kind of fusty stale smell. This was made worse by the bed having a scented fabric conditioner or fabreez smell, and sleeping in the bed you could smell both at once. My partner is quite sensitive to smells and this ruined the night for us. In our opinion, a good hotel room should have no smell of any sort and neither should the bed — the bed linen and pillows should smell of nothing at all in our opinion. Perhaps we had unreasonable expectations having read many positive reviews elsewhere but when we return to Bath we won't be staying here again.

Lovely rooms, great service from owners and great location 10-15 mins from the city centre!

Great breakfast handy for town centre would stay again little extras in the mini fridge great for when you arrive or come back at night when you have been out all day friendly staff. Victoria Park was a very pleasant walk plenty to see. And the royal Crescent. Was great so was the roman baths and the shops.

Friendly welcome from the owner who showed us where to park and how to get to the apartment. Inside was clean and smelt lovely with towels and drink essentials available including fresh milk in the fridge. I forgot my shampoo and they had even provided that. The breakfast was great to keep us going until we found a cake Everything had instructions and the booklet provided was great to find pubs and attractions. In a great location and a 5 minute walk from the town centre but on the night you weren't disturbed by noise would recommend to anyone and would stay again when visiting bath.
