Lovely and comfortable well equipped apartment right in the centre of town. Very close to the Roman baths and spa and just across the road from the theatre. Really enjoyed our stay here.

Lovely! It’s an apartment, not a hotel room. Close to station and city center. Wonderful!

Room was clean. I hated the separated hot and cold taps in the bathroom! Well equipped kitchen even in a studio apartment. Smell in the room wasn't nice (constant food smell on the 3rd floor room). Bed was comfortable. Phone didn't work. During the night (2AM) there was fire alarm 3 times and I couldn't called the reception about it!

Centrally located it was a perfect base to explore Bath from. Very clean appartment, modern appliances and fit out, was a home away from home. Staff were great, check in was a breeze.

What a wonderful place, very clean, absolutely everything you could need, very friendly and helpful staff, I had paid extra for a early check in but arrived late so they let me have a late checkout at I extra cost. Also right in the heart of Batheverything within walking distance. We only stayed one night but would definitely go back and next time stay longer.

Fantastic from start to finish. The area manager was at the rear of the hotel as we arrived and carried all our bags to reception for us. My friend had left hospital that day and wasn't very mobile, so they arranged a parking space for us. Our room 103 was spotless. Best of both worlds as we had views from the living area and the quiet of the rear of the premises for the bedroom. We have booked to come back in September and can't wait!

Stayed with Saco for one week. Beds very comfortable and apartment very well equipped. Centrally located in Bath near town centre within walking distance of most sites.

Fantastic location. Spacious apartment offering all the amenities you’d need. Only downside was that the bed wasn’t the best and given the central location you can hear some street noise.

Newly renovated and was very clean with full kitchen to cook your own food if you buy your own groceries. Located quite conveniently to walk to main Bath tourists attractions, shops as well as train & bus station to go anywhere you like. I got the room which didn’t have access to the front desk, I have to walk out to go to the front desk. Hassle free chech-in/out.

Rooms were clean, and well stocked with milk, juice and snacks and light breakfast food. Staff were very friendly and accommodating, allowing us to keep our bags in the office after checkout so we could tour Bath without our bags.

SACO Bath on St. James Parade has a lovely staff who are very accommodating. Our room was up-to-date and smartly laid out. The location grants you easy access to all the important tourist destinations.

Incredibly comfortable flat with everything you could possibly need. Very clean and well maintained. 4pm check in is a bit late, although the charming lady on reception took my number and called me when the room was ready (2pm) which was very much appreciated.

It was wonderful to have someone available at all hours to answer questions, big or small. Everything was welcoming and warm, arriving for Christmas. We were allowed to bring our own tree and it made the apartment very festive. Everything worked perfectly in the kitchen, bathroom, TVs etc. It was great to have a TV in the bedroom too. I had apartment number 12, which was at the back and very quiet. Beautifully laid out, will definitely recommend to others and visit again myself.

Very very clean suite and well-stocked with breakfast food and hot beverages/milk (complimentary only on the first day). Close to the train station. Friendly staff. I made a mistake in booking and Nick was extremely helpful in sorting it out. I highly recommend this place if you're going to visit Bath! Thanks guys.

SACO is a great place to stay. Friendly staff that are very welcoming and helpful with all your needs. The place is very comfortable, clean and up to date. It is in the perfect location for any amenities that you may require as well as entertainment and great restaurants. The staff has helped me choose places to eat and have never let me down. Just a great place to stay overall. Highly recommended!

Apartment — just right with space to cook, dine, and sleep in comfort. Impressively fitted out kitchen, comfortable bed, relaxing lounge area. Compact but great for 2 people. Staff — exceptionally helpful (and even grateful for feedback that shower and toaster needed attention! ) Location — couldn't be better for visiting Bath Parking — we were lucky to be able to reserve one of the 2 spaces behind the building. Would we stay again? — definitely.

The entrance and reception area to the building were poor quality — it felt like arriving at a dated Travelodge, only we'd paid £132 for the pleasure! A top notch, modern hotel in London can be achieved for this price, and that wasn't the feel we had. Similarly the corridors on the upper floors were in a poor state of decoration with cheap looking floor coverings and window dressings. The apartment was better, with nice bedding and a well-equipped modern kitchen, but the bathroom was another let down, with a Travelodge-esque quality. Not what we expected from the marketing materials, or for the price paid. The studio apartment was roasting hot (in May) with no air con and with the windows open as wide as possible making for a very noisy and disturbed night, the studio barely cooled overnight with no through draught.

SACO Bath was the perfect location from the moment we stepped through the front door. The staff were welcoming and extremely helpful to us — of considerable value when in a new city. The apartment was impeccably clean and comfortable. Everything we needed (and things we didn't think we needed) was literally at our fingertips. We would stay at SACO Bath again without a moment's hesitation.

I have used Saco twice now in Bath and have found the staff to be very friendly and the apartments were always very clean, comfortable and well equipped.

The studio apartment was spacious and well equipped, the location is excellent close to shops and other amenities.

The facility is well placed in the centre of Bath and is of the highest standards.

This is the second time that I have stayed at SACO in Bath, and I have to say the apartment was excellent, just like being in your own home and having everything to hand that you need. The only criticism was the Double Bed was, in fact, 2 single beds put together which meant that there was a seam up the middle of the bed and also, the bed being brand new, it was a little like lying on concrete, but with time it should become softer.

Convenient and an outstanding bed. Plenty of space and great service. Highly recommend staying here.
