This is a block of self-contained 'apartment'. Rooms. We had a lovely spacious room with four poster, velvet sofa and small, well equipped kitchenette (no microwave). Gorgeous views out of the window of the garden and the abbey beyond. Very clean throughout. Warm welcome by the managing staff at the pre arranged check in time (no staff on site). Free parking available which is a very welcome bonus (most establishments in this city charging £12.00 — £14.00 overnight) Easy ten minute walk into the city centre.

We really like this place. It is very nicely decorated and clean. However, the bathroom was extremely small.

Great location, only 10 mins or less from the heart of bath. Nice georgan room with kitchenette. Great views from sweat facing rooms.

Well placed for all attractions. Easy walking distance for Roman baths river an restaurants.

Loved the place very clean and the bed was Soooooooo comfy & Super quiet, We had 2 fab sleeps we were met by a lovely young lady who showed us to our apartment the whole stay was great and the views amazing & the location you just could not get better xxxx.

We had a large downstairs apartment. Very clean. Jacuzzi bath in wetroom. Owner showed us around, advised us how to get to Bath centre as short walk. Only parking available for one car on site but a car park close to site. Enjoyed our stay for a special night out. Thank you.

Brilliant accommodation near the city centre.

Four of us shared the basement/garden two bed apartment. It has two good sized bed rooms one with a King size (would have preferred super king) and a smaller one with twin beds. Nicely furnished with a full kitchen and use of the beautiful garden. Tremendous views looking towards the Cathedral and only a sort walk into the centre of town. We were lucky and had a parking space at the front. Would certainly recommend.

Lovely apartment, very convenient the only but is the tight parking and a slight maintenance issue, otherwise clean and well appointed.

Really nice place. We arrived quiet late due to traffic, but the owner was waiting around for us to give us the keys to our apartment. It's decorated really nicely, and the heating was adequate in winter. Location wise, it's only a 5 minute walk into town, and there are a few convenience stores nearby if needed. There is some on site parking, but not enough for all the apartments. Thankfully they have arranged a parking permit on a nearby street, so its first come first served for the on site parking.

We stayed last week for the Christmas market. Beautiful room with gorgeous views, a short walk from the centre and train station.

Great location and our room was extremely comfortable with a magnificent view of Bath Abbey. Would certainly book again.

Stayed here to visit my daughter at uni. Free parking, minutes drive to uni and short walk to city. Room was clean and fully equipped for using kitchen. Staff friendly :-)

We had a very nice weekend stay at Nr 17. The room was large and stylishly decorated with a four poster bed. There's a kitchenette in the room with complimentary tea and coffee so we could have our morning drink whilst enjoying the view overlooking the Bath Abbey. The owner was very nice and helped us to find our way around town.

We stayed in the Budda room at No. 17, the room was very clean and tidy with all the basics supplied. The room was warm and inviting with views over the park and Bath Abbey. The Abbey which is lit up at night was fantastic. Arthur, one of the owners was most helpful and was quick to respond to all our requests. The location of the premises is great because is allows easy parking and access to the town, river and the canal. We only had one minor concern and that was the access to the en-suite — the door gets in the way, Arthur has since advised that this is being changed, Price and location excellent.
