A total joy to eat at Eight! A true culinary experience. The food was amazing. You chose from a beautiful select taster menu that included fish, meat and vegetarian options. They Recommended 2 dishes but I went for 3 and certainly you need a good appetite to finish off 3. We tried quite a few of the dishes as there were 4 of us and everyone one was great. Seared scallops on a parsnip purée. Hake cooked to perfection. Monk fish stew with prawns and mussels. Loin of rabbit. Pork loin with black pudding and crackling. Chargrilled Sirloin. Everything was cooked and presented beautifully and was a celebration on the taste buds. The atmosphere was great as were the staff which all contributed to a memorable, lovely experience. Thank you!

Just arrived home from a lovely stay at Eight. Great location, close to the markets, restaurants and cafes. Room was beautiful and clean, we were situated in house room number 15. The room was immaculate, spacious and had great views of the Christmas Markets. My favourite staycation to date. The staff at breakfast were brilliant! I would highly recommend.
