Pleasant room with a shower room ensuite. Tea and coffee provided. The breakfast buffet was good, although I think they were a tad understaffed as there was no cutlery left, and one poor staff member seeming to be stuck doing everything on her own! Check in and out were quick and easy.

Brief overnight stay as a stop when travelling to south coast from Yorkshire. Arrived at 11pm front door was locked but quickly greeted by a friendly staff member, checked in quickly and up to room within 5 minutes. Room was clean and tidy, bed comfortable. Great late check out till 12 midday! Didn't sample breakfast but menu looked like a good wide choice. Would stay again if travelling to break up a journey.

Not a bad hotel, it is in the middle of the main distribution centre, just outside Rugby. Nothing else there. The hotel is fine, good room, clean, good food. The Wi-Fi isn't good though and the staff while doing their job could be a bit more smiley and welcoming hence 4 stars.

For a 2 star hotel, it's not that bad. It's clean and the bar and restaurant are pretty good. Location isn't great and can be a bit of noise from the roads but this didn't bother me.

Good value for money, it has everything you need. I've stayed here 6 times for 4 nights each time. Breakfest is also decent, I can't complain. Just remember it is a budget hotel.

We stayed here for one night to break a long journey. Good welcome, room was clean, big and had every thing you needed. We ate in the restaurant which had a reasonable choice of meals, at a price that wasn't extortionate and the food was well presented and tasty. Breakfast was good, you just helped yourself to what you wanted. The only downside was the room had a panel heater, we ended up opening the windows because it was too hot, but then you got the road noise.

Budget Hotel. Good facilities. Spacious and clean rooms. Nonsense from 4 a. M. To 10 a. M. Tomorrow. It has a 24-hour cafeteria. Very well.

Excellent hotel, parking is easy, quick access on and off the M1. Restaurant/bar is pretty good. Breakfast was nice, lots of options. My preferred hotel for this part of the country.

Easy to get to. Standard hotel facilities and restaurant isn't too bad. Not too far the motorway although the slip road has been closed of late. Have used a few times and is what you expect if an Ibis.

Out of the way of main roads but easy to get to. Very quiet lovely rooms at a good price. Service was good. Staff were very friendly.

Van got broken into and all of my tools got stolen. Seems to be a real hot spot for theft.

A good hotel with helpful staff. The restaurant menu has changed since my last stay and the specials menu I highly recommended. Especially the pork meal with dauphine potatoes.

Once again the team at Rugby were a credit to the brand and to themselves. As a frequent visitor it has been pleasing to note some subtle changes have been made and it is only for the better. The changes in the menu has been nothing short of terrific. The team are attentive, polite, very hardworking and nothing is too much. Absolute pleasure. Mr Norton, Chatham, Kent.

Nice hotel room clean Nice service. Unfortunately no toilet paper in the room and the hot shower could have been a bit more pressure.

Friendly approachable staff, reasonable food and drinks prices. Spot on service. Would definitely stay here again. Top tip they have parking eye in the car park. So remember to register your car at reception. As it's £50 fine.

Very basic hotel with the cheapest fittings possible. Helpful staff but cheapskate owners keep staff numbers down to keep costs down causing significant delays at meal times. Breakfast acceptable. Superb location for East Midlands — easily in reach of West Midlands, London and West Yorkshire so excellent venue for conferences.

Brilliant hotel. Everything excellent quality despite the budget price tag. Vegan cruelty free eco certified toiletries in the bathroom. Separate vegan and vegetarians and gluten free menu. Fabulous food. Lovely friendly staff. And the best most powerful shower I have ever enjoyed. Ever. Will allways look for ibis over other hotel chains from now on!

Clean rooms, lovely reception staff. The breakfast is good quality for the price and comes in hot and fresh and in large quantities! Relaxing bar in the evening, enjoy every occasion we end up going there.

I found it to be really nice place to stay, friendly staff, good food, room was spotless, powerful shower. Would recommend this place, would definitely stay again.

Great value budget hotel. Good sized rooms, comfy bed, helpfull staff, free Wi-Fi and a decent breakfast. Rooms are a bit dated and worn and no fridge or extras but for the price you pay its great value.

I arrived very late and was allowed to go straight to my room. Spacious room with large shower. Comfortable bed. Basic tea and coffee facilities. Given a quiet room on top floor, as requested. Extra charge of £10 for dog.

A clean hotel, modern furnishings, the food is not good but they do have 24h service for some dishes. Good Value for money.

Came for MotoGP. Room and bathroom very spacious. Free Parking. Large hall with bar. Good stay.

Cleaning staff were so rude, didn't take into consideration that I asked for them to come back later to do the room as I had just woken up. Breakfast was ok. Reception staff was ok. Found it could be very loud on level one could hear a lot of talking and noise from the bar down stairs. Wouldn't stay again.

Best Internet connection in a hotel ever. No extra charge. Everything getting you need. Top notch.

They didn't speak very good English, you expect in your own country for one person at least to speak English. Asked for some toilet roll they gave us bath towels. On a Sunday they had two false fire alarms 5:25 am and 6:30am. Don't understand your order for food, the wait for food is ridiculous. Don't bother stopping waste of money. Holiday in much better. The bed sheets don't even get washed there was snots on one bets and some red stuff on the other looked like raspberry juice. There was rubbish left on the bedside cabinet as well.

The rooms were fine, however I found the staff very difficult to communicate with as both members spoke very little English. Also it was clear they had no bar skills.

The worst experience I have had in a hotel. Not one to normally complain had a family meal on the night the chips had been cooked many times before served and the rest of the food was a very low standard actually sent the steak back went for breakfast at 9am and there was nothing left no glasses no knives NO BREAKFAST spoke to a manager and not interested this is the worst hotel ever and I'm not posh to stay in 5* hotels just expect a good level of service one very unhappy customer.

Sadly the hotel is in the middle of a warehouse wasteland with a 20 quid taxi ride to the nearest pub.
