Had the best day having breakfast with sonic and shadow. Lots of games, prizes and Lots of fun.

Went today as we received a gift for our first wedding anniversary for their spa day which all staff was friendly great atmosphere in the place had a fantastic back massage to top it off had a small little problem in morning but couldn’t of been sorted professionally by their amazing manage Ann absolutely legend comical lady heart of gold the dinner was spot on definitely will be returning back thank you for making us feel welcome your very lucky to had a fantastic manger for holiday Inn 👌

Storm on reception was amazing at adhering to my demanding requests. We enjoyed food in the restraunt and was treat to some fantastic hospitality from Molly and megan.

Had a great stay at the holiday inn Corby Olivia was very helpful with my demanding requests! And always helped out with a smile! Would definitely stay again.

Would just like to day Georgia on the bar was nothing but joyful served us with a smile and did everything she could to help. Cracking employee.

Nice staff, just exempt staff in pool facility. Good food, but rooms must be more on attention. We order suite and there marks on stand lamp, on the carpet… no slippers no bathrobes, shampoo and conditioner and shower gel (3 in 1) … so not so smart… no one came to take a rubbish and change towels during we stayed…. From 1 to 10 we will take 6 because of food and staff. Food was fresh and tasty — staff in reception and in dining area was perfect. Staff in gym/pool must be more on attention — some of them is rude.

Very good reception. Rooms good size too. Haven't tried foot yet but impressed so far.

Had a wedding here and they were amazing to work with us around considering all the restrictions due to covid. had a suite which was a decent size, good. Food and amazing friendly staff.

We used the health suite for a spa day. It was lovely and clean and everyone was very helpful and friendly.

Amazing spa day and tea for two (5 ladies actually! ) massages were amazing and the staff were lovely. Will definitely be back next month for another spa day!

The spa treatments, highly recommend a young lady called Gemma, she was professional and accommodating, a lovely young lady. Felt great after having a Back, Neck & shoulders massage, and facial followed.

A very convenient location, great rooms and lovely friend staff apart from the power mad idiot who works in the gym. Some customer service skills and training on good manners and how to approach and speak to hotel guests would not be missed on him. Although everyone seems to laugh at how rude he is, I don’t think laughing at the situation helps educate people like him. Apart from that gentleman who let the hotel down, well done to everyone else, credit to the hotel chain.

Great place for spa treatments.

Great hotel love the rooms and the lobby is stunning. Always love staying here when in the area friendly staff and comfy beds! What more do you need? Highly recommended.

The swimming pool is cold and swimming facilities are not very good.

Lovley service by all staff and beauty treatments were fantastic.

Went to a party in the manor room & had friends who were staying overnight. We left the party when it finished we went through to the lounge area. It was spacious with lots of comfortable chairs & sofas. Was offered coffee which was lovely & very much appreciated. Thank you.

At a hen night there. Received a parking fine for parking in the car park! Signs were not clear telling people to register with main hotel so apparently that’s my fault! Does not encourage people to not drink and drive.
Holiday inn team couldn’t care less and tell me it’s my problem to sort out.

Great time at the only fools and horses event. Food delicious and served up piping hot. Lovely spacious comfy room to sleep in too. Staff all friendly.

Food on Friday was awful, improved on Saturday as head chef cooked service was slow. No heating in room flood light outside was shining through curtains all night, no blackout curtains. Room was ok but a bit dated, very noisy as there were people running screaming up and down hall ways. This is the second holiday inn we have stayed at in the last six weeks and both were not to our standards. Won’t be booking them ever again.

Neat 3 star property out in Corby. The staff are very friendly and you. Feel welcomed and homely. You room comes with a dilicious full English breakfast buffet style. Very comfortable beds with free Wi-Fi. However some guests complained about the AC not working well.

My friend and I stayed for 2 days! We were welcome as soon as we arrived. The room was lovely and very comfortable, our treatments were very good in the spa, breakfast and evening meals were very enjoyable, plenty to choose from. But what we loved about the whole experience were the staff ; they went over and above their duties especially Eileen, Ann Marie and Josh. They are an asset to your company! We will definitely be back. Thank you all again for being so friendly and making our break so special. Carole and Sally xx.

A spaceous air conditioned room with king-sized bed. Extremely comfortable with a clinically clean shower room very impressed with the quality of the hotel. The staff are very attentive, knowledgeable and helpful answering questions.

Booked the Heart Suite for a early morning business event. Could not have been better. Friendly helpful staff, substantial hot breakfast and event timing exactly as planned. Tables laid out well, conference facilities great. Thank you Janette and Alice for arranging it for us.

Have not been there, but have been to Miller and Carter which is at the same location. A big thumbs up, really tasty food and not too pricey. Service excellent, had free glass of prosecco as we were celebrating my friend's birthday.

Rooms are ok. Food is poor for the price. Service is good. Didn't use the gym or pool.

The staff are really nice. Rooms are also nice and the Wi-Fi is excellent. Only criticism is that the food is not the best!

I have stayed several times and found a high standard of service, and personal care, which doesnt really vary. Lovely staff, and comfortable accommodation. Food is much better than I would normally expect! Im back again, this weekend!

We really enjoyed it here, polite staff, room service great breakfast and we didn't realise you get to keep the dressing gowns so we got money refunded to us which they didn't have to tell us about, only thing that stopped us going back again last week was that it was fully booked but we will visit again for sure.

Really like it here. Lots of parking. Rooms comfortable — we were upgraded for our first stay which was great. A good restaurant with choice of food including veggie stuff. Places to visit within easy driving distance including Corby town centre — however 1/2 a day here is quite enough.

Huge bed in 2nd floor rooms, nicely decorated. Ground floor rooms seem to be a long way away from the rest of the hotel. 1st floor rooms have smaller beds and are nor as nice. All beds are comfortable and rooms are in general clean. Food is nice most of the time occasionally has been over cooked. Don't know about drinks prices as I've never paid for drinks here. No safe in room if you wanted one. Not really used the TV ever. Good water pressure on the shower. Only 2nd floor showers have a removable shower head. Other floors showers are fixed in place and are in baths. Staff are lovely though sometimes there is a bit of a wait to get seated for dinner.

Modernised Holiday Inn with well decorated rooms and good range of facilities. The pool is well maintained and of sufficient length to get in good swimming sessions. A jacuzzi and sauna make it a great place to wind down after a day's work or day out. There is also a gym with a wide range of equipment. Breakfast was well cooked with a choice if cereals, fresh fruits and hot food.

Arrived at the hotel for a team meeting for my job role. Conference rooms were tidy and easy to find. Staff were friendly and professional. Stayed for a buffet lunch and it was really nice.

Nice clam place to stay. Not a tourist spot. Depends on your luck you will get new rooms or the vintage ones.

We attended a friends wedding and stayed over the night. Food and service were amazing you couldn't fault them for anything. Rooms were stunning so clean and comfortable.

Rooms are big, clean and very quiet. Staff is friendly and helpful. The big surprise was the breakfast buffet, where both continental and British breakfast are available, with several kinds of pastries and wide choice of juices.

We were a party of 3 visiting for the weekend from 10-12th November. We found all staff, from our warm welcome at reception to the housekeeping staff friendly and helpful but a special mention to Andrea who was one of the staff in the dining room. Andrea never stopped the whole time we were in breakfast both days and attended to every single need or request we had and was efficient and accommodating to the max. Rooms were spacious and comfortable and beds were extremely comfy. Well done guys we will definitely be back!

Nice clean hotel with easy access to Corby, Kettering and Northamptonshire. Perfect location for scoring Rutland Water and surrounding countryside. Rooms are very spacious and recently decorated very tastefully. Staff are friendly and food was good overall. Would stay again.

Really enjoyed the stay. The rooms are great as is the staff. They have renovated the place and it's a huge improvement. Food there is also good and the improved Internet speeds are excellent.

Had a coffee here. It was ok. Tasty but cup was cold before espresso added. Needs a bit of work.

Me and my sister have came home from here today (02/10/17) after staying the night on a girls night in deluxe break. This place is amazing. The staff are all really friendly and can't do enough for you. The spa is lovely. The food is really nice and the rooms are gorgeous. We can't wait to book another spa break here again. If I could give it more than 5star I would. I think the only down side is the way some guests talk to the staff, who were very very rude but the staff handled them very professionally.

Newly refurbished, the hotel is warm, friendly and modern. Great Starbucks coffee too. Ideal for business meetings.

Used the pool with my partner who is a member. Nice and relaxed. Though pool is obviously getting a little worn out now. Everything works properly just not a shiny as the rest of the facility.

I used the leisure club facilities. The lady on reception was very helpful and friendly and I signed up for membership. The changing rooms were very clean and the pool area was also very clean and well looked after.

Surprisingly good, rooms are clean and restaurant has good selection on the menu for dinner. Breakfast fairly standard offering. Has a pool too.

The hotel was clean and the food was nice however we booked a family room and the put up bed was so uncomfortable that my 12 year old daughter slept on the floor. No travel cot was provided either for the baby. We used our own which we had luckily in the car.

Looking good after the refurbishment. Rooms are big but noisy if you get one with an adjoining door. We did but were moved with no problem. Free Wi-Fi throughout which is fairly fast.

I have just returned from a Mother's Day Lunch and was very disappointed. We were shown to our table and told someone would take our drinks and starter orders. After a good 15 mins we went and purchased our own drinks and then I found a member of staff to take our food orders. After another lengthy wait we had our starters we then asked for some butter to go with the pate and yet again waited and waited I had finished my starter by the time it appeared. We then sat and waited to be told when to go to the carvery as no one had explained anything we again decided to make our way up there. The food looked very dried up so I decided just to have a carvery which was one piece of beef some very dried roast potatoes the whole meal was very unappetising. After our desserts we left the restaurant with not a member of staff about and no Mother's Day gift was offered to my daughter and I. This I feel is very unacceptable for a supposedly four star establishment.

A large and vibrant hotel which offers plenty of free parking. Clearly there has been significant investment at this hotel and public areas were modern and spacious. Food and service excellent on what was a busy night. Stayed in a very large suite which had just been refurbished and was very comfortable and just needs some tweaking.

Presentable reception area. Plenty of seating available. Clean and tidy. Staff are pleasant and efficient.

Visited for a work meeting. Facilities were very good, and staff very friendly and helpful. We stayed for lunch, which was a small selection of buffet food — not a huge deal of variety but very nice. Only downside was the meeting room itself — it was a very humid day but the room didn't have working air con or windows that would fully open, making the room too warm.

The upgrade is impressive and the rooms were lovely. The bar looks so much better. Unfortunately the gym and pool have not been refurbished. The guests from the wedding were loud and rude and inconsiderate of other guests. In the pool the men stood in a circle hitting the floats on the water and throwing then at each other. The rest of the guests were stuck at the other end of the pool. My mum was actually scared to swim past them. When we told a life guard he didn't do anything but put done of the floats away. Later we would have had a drink bit they were shouting at each other in the bar. The staff did nothing to protect the rights of the other guests. I will not be going back.

Went for meeting and hotel looks good, staff are friendly and efficient. Food served for our meeting was not very good and a lack of fold water in the meeting room.

Massage was perfect. Very relaxing. Really helped my lower back pain.

Attended company meeting, meeting room was a bit dated. Otherwise clean and quiet.

Even though the receptionist on the phone said I could check in, this was about 11:30 pm, when I arrived, the lights were dim and all doors locked! I am disabled and had to sleep in my car. Which to be fair is prob more comfy! Heated leather seats, Wi-Fi, tunes and a good book! Heck, 50 quid a night anyone!

Sirloin beef (as Christmas meal) was very dry… and most of the food was cold. Entertainment was good though.

Clean rooms and bathrooms. Staff are really friendly. Gym isn't state of the art but it's enough for team fit fam while away from home. Pool is pretty cool. Food is good and hotel is quiet. Good for some rest if you work nights like me. Pick up a form for ihg benefits. The points add up and the benefits are pretty good.

Second time I have stayed here, both times through work. I wasnt impressed the first time due to the service and especially the quality of the food. I put this down to maybe the staff having a bad day but the second time it was worse. The shower didnt work, the bath had some sort of growth round the overflow, the food was completely tasteless and badly prepared, the service was poor and it goes on. Nothing was even average with my second stay, at best it was poor. A very tired hotel with staff that dont seem bothered.
