Excellent guest house, clean and tidy, friendly staff. Would highly recommend.

Excellent place to stay definately 5 stars from me.

First visit to Norwich and pleased we chose the Marlborough. We had a family room for me, my wife and adult son. Lovely room, clean and large bathroom with great shower. The breakfast was freshly cooked to order with quality products and nicely cooked. Table with cereal, fruit, fruit juice etc. In good position for station and buses. Would I stay here again YES. Friendly owners.

The staff is very professional. The price-quality rate is very good. The everything is clean and very wel maintained. During our sporting events in the city, they made sure our competitors had everything they need in order for them to succeed during our stay.

A really great last minute find. Our booked acoomodation let us down at the last minute and although fully booked for almost the whole weekend the Marlborough House managed to find us a room for one night and were incredibly friendly and helpful In assisting us to find another room for a second night. Nothing was too much trouble, and a great cooked breakfast!

Good clean budget hotel. Reasonably priced. Friendly management and staff. Excellent breakfast. Close to Carrow Road, the railway station and some great pubs.

The hotel was spotless, lovely room although small had beautiful clean white linen.

Nice family run b and b with ideal location next to the train station and only a few minutes walk from the town centre. Rooms were of good standard and well kept after but could have done with better appliances but overall experience was good.

Did everything it needed to for the night. Clean bed decent shower and nice breakfast. Overall a good stay.

Absolutely amazing stay at the Marlborough guest house, room was lovely and modern and spotlessly clean all with a Comfortable bed. So close to everything you need. Highly recommended and would book to stay again x x.

Clean and ample sized single room. Owner seemed a bit abrupt with me, not rude, but not as attentive as would expect. Bed was comfy and breakfast good.

Allways great to come back. Super lucky we found this place 5 years ago.

We usually stay in larger hotels in Norwich but so glad we opted for Marlborough Guest House this time. Staff were very friendly and welcoming and refurbished rooms were clean and cozy. Easy access to city centre and first rate full English breakfast too!

Me and a couple of friends stayed here after I made a terrible mistake and booked the wrong night at another hotel (long story) however, when we we called the Marlborough in desperation, they came to our rescue offering us their last room and even providing an additional mattress & comforts so we all could all share one room! They were so welcoming & the hotel itself was lovely, clean and had all the amenities needed, as well as being extremely close to the town centre. I would now stay here again over the big chains any day! And I will be recommending them to anyone looking for somewhere in Norwich. Thank you again to the staff for saving us damsels in distress :)

My family had a lovely stay at the Marlborough Guest House. The owners Robert and Maxine were very friendly and helpful. Given advice on where to visit. The rooms were very clean and roomy and the breakfast was cooked fresh from localy sourced farms. Would hightly recommend.

Lovely place in a great position, all the staff were absolutely wonderful and friendly from check in right up to departure.
Free Wi-fi and a lovely morning breakfast, I really can't fault it, definitely somewhere I'll keep a note of for the future. :)

A cosy house, refurbished rooms, best breakfast I even got, frendly family, the perfekt hotel to have nice days in norwich.

My wife and I have just returned from Norwich, which is city well worth visiting, it is very interesting and full of plenty of places to visit. We stayed at the wonderful Marlborough Guest House. We were greeted by Robert Harvey, a most pleasant greeting. He is just finishing renovating the place and it looks very nice. Our room was on the ground floor, which I requested when I booked with Maxine Harvey, who was extreemely nice and on the phone. The room was massive, it had 2 single beds and a double, but there was still loads of room " to swing 2 cats" The beds were very comfortable, the shower was very large, and the whole place is spotlessly clean. Breakfast was really tasty and plenty, cereals, juices, tea, coffee, and whatever "fry up" you fancy. I could find no faults, and would reccommend anyony wanting to stay any where near Norwich to stay at this place no one could possibly be dissapointed.

Lovely guest house, great location a short walk to town, had a newly refurbished room and it was very nice, clean and fresh! Breakfast great and excellent friendly service.
