I can't rate the hotel enough, they hosted mine and my husbands wedding and it was amazing, the staff outdone them self's and should be proud, the food is outstanding, such a beautiful hotel and we will definitely be visiting again.

The staff were so friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. Room was lovely and clean. Food amazing! Loved our stay there.

Hotel grounds, rooms, Spa & Pool were lovely and very clean, unfortunately the service and food really did not live up to our expectations, we booked afternoon tea, when we arrived in the bar we were seated and then just left for around 5 minutes, we were then asked if we would like anything to drink, we had been given no drink menus, so I asked for a drink menu and ordered some drinks for our table, the afternoon tea, is not really worth the cost, scones were rock hard, and Sandwich fillings a little odd, the selection could be a bit more varied, we booked a table in the restaurant for dinner, we arrived and were seated ordered drinks and food, I had to ask for tap water, vinegar and mayo twice as the first members of staff I asked forgot, food took around 40 minutes to come out to our table, the avocado bruschetta wasn't nice, the avocado (guacamole) seems to be the same as the supermarket dip you would have with nachos, we also ordered 2 beef burgers, the bacon seemed to have been cremated and was more like bacon crisps, and the burgers were homemade but seemed to not be cooked properly and were raw, the menu really lacks variety and doesn't match the hotel, we did complain and didn't eat the burgers, we were given 35% off the value of the burgers, total bill was around £80.

Absolutely amazing! We arrived and the staff at reception were beyond pleasant and polite really welcoming, the hotel was spotless very posh! The room was very clean and had everything we needed, was a really good size. The breakfast buffet was nicely presented, had a lot to choose from and was good quality. Would recommend and will visit again 😁

This is our second stay here at Park Farm, the staff are so very helpful and leisure facilities are great too. We had to change — upgrade our room because we made an error when booking — Laura on front desk sorted this out with no fuss and would thoroughly recommend booking the larger suites at the back of hotel if you can — they’re fabulous!

Rooms lovely and spa was great but anything to do with food from start to finish was shocking from Beetles in the starters to not even getting asked for what drinks we would like and half the breakfast available. finally got our money back after many calls and emails🙄🙄 got offered 25% discount for next visit but certainly will not pay 75% for the service we had again.

Such a lovely place to stay, all the staff are friendly and helpful, nothing is too much trouble, the food is amazing, the spa and staff there are truly lovely. I highly recommend it.

The staff were great, the room we had had the wow factor, spa bath ensuite. The breakfast was very good and the other facilities were very good.

Just came home from spending a night at Park Farm with my partner with a voucher we got as a present from family. 5* from us, staff very friendly and attentive, evening meal and wine in the restaurant was lovely, breakfast the same with a lovely variety of cooked & continental, room was clean and tidy with a balcony which was an added bonus! We also used the spa facilities including the pool, sauna and steam which are clean and very relaxing — lovely surroundings. Thankyou for a lovely stay we will be returning! ✨

Great table service with our waiter going the extra mile to please.

This hotel will ruin your wedding, they only care about your money. This hotel is constantly short staffed and badly managed. Food is awful rooms are tired.
Our wedding reception was ruined by their lack of staff, lack of care, lack of experienced staff. They promised us that our wedding reception would not be as awful as all the mistakes they made leading up to our day. It was worse, they messed up our wedding cake, we had to pour our own drinks, fetch our own bottles, unmanned bar, food served at wrong time, food not fit, £120 per head for fatty cold chewy beef, lots of our guests complained…. The list goes on… this hotel Will try and overcharge you too. So my advice, please don’t chose this hotel for your wedding, you Will regret it. They are all about taking your money….

Everything. Literally everything is amazing here. The food, staff, all accommodation, spa. We’ve been multiple times and can’t keep away!

Just visited the Restaurant for a meal. Made to feel welcome by very friendly and helpful, hospitable staff. The food served was most excellent and plentiful too. Looking forward to a return visit soon.

Amazing stay at park farm we were upgraded to there lodges and can say they were beautiful. Food was amazing and fantastic leisure facilities. Very covid safe and all staff where a credit to the hotel. Thankyou for a lovely stay.

So lucky to have found this place. Great gym and swimming facilities. Delicious food and great atmosphere in the bar. Loved every minute.

Wonderful couple of days spent in this beautiful location — Aspen Lodge (Room 401) was really lovely, food was excellent, staff really friendly and helpful especially under current restrictions and guidelines, pool and hot tub great and well maintained, hope to return.

My partner and I had a two night stay and it was amazing. Lovely relaxing break and the staff are amazing will definitely return at some point ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We’ve just come home after an overnight stay here. It was fabulous! They treated us to an upgrade and we stayed in the Ash Suite which was just such a treat. A very comfy bed and a good nights sleep was had. Food was excellent and the spa heavenly. What set it apart from any other stay was the staff, they were lovely. Would highly recommend.

Our second time staying (an we were in same room both times) the staff are extremely helpful and the chef went out of his way to adapt one of the main dishes to ensure I could eat it. Nothing is too much trouble for any of the staff. We highly recommend and will go back time and time again.

Second time we have stayed here and still love it. All staff are friendly and attentive and food is excellent.

Had a wonderful stay for a special birthday for my Daughter and Grandson. Lovely large room clean and comfortable with all facilities we needed. Meal was really good beef fillet especially and the staff are friendly and attentive. Visited several times not had a problem.

The garden room is also beautiful and peaceful.
Dietary requirements well catered for.
Fantastic Spa facilities and gym.
Lovely location, a great relaxing stay, peaceful calm atmosphere.
Visited the vegetable garden and noted it needs lots of TLC as looks neglected.
Also other areas need general horticulture maintainence.
However the front of the hotel is delightful.
We look forward to returning soon.

Lovely hotel a gem of a place well laid out lovely furnishings friendly staff and service breakfast very good menu for bar food is extensive smaller menu for main restaurant but lovely food and well presented will definitely come again.

A lovely spa, great rooms, very clean, staff are hit and miss, some younger ones are not so good at the basics.

My husband and I booked a standard room for our third wedding anniversary. We'd both been in separately to upgrade to some of the extras (a bit pricey but a nice touch). The lady on reception included three lovely helium balloons in our room, which surprised both of us! It was a lovely touch. All of the other staff who looked after us during our overnight stay we're polite and very smartly dressed. They actually seemed to care about how we enjoyed our visit. A credit to the hotel. We also visited the nicely air-conditioned gym on the Sunday morning. Not a huge gym but had everything we needed. We highly recommend staying at Park Farm Hotel.

We booked the Cedar suite for our 20th wedding anniversary, and had a truly magical stay. The standard of cleanliness in the room was excellent. The provision in the suite is superb — plenty of space and very generous bathroom. The location is a lovely rural one. Every member of staff we interacted with was polite, professional, and courteous. The spa facilities and gym are small, but beautifully formed :) We had a very tasty meal, and a wonderful stay. Highly recommended.

We have been here a couple of times lately to use the gym and spa. The Spa and pool are lovely, though the gym is a bit limited in free weights but that is just my personal preference. Would highly recommend the gym and spa. My wife tells me the treatments are good too, along with the food, she spent half a day there with her Mum earlier this year.

Couldn’t fault this hotel in any way possible. This hotel was clean, modern, stylish and comfortable, couldn’t ask for anything more. The room had everything you could possibly need and more (our room was the classic plus double room — well worth the upgrade). The bathroom was lush (I want this bathroom at home! ) with a good selection of free toiletries. The bed was beyond amazing, soooo comfortable, I didn’t want to get up! Couldn’t believe the spa and gym were included, this is well worth your money. The spa was brilliant and has everything you’d usually expect. Lastly, the breakfast had a very good range and was very tasty. The cooked breakfast wasn’t greasy at all and the tea and coffee was delicious. This has by far been my best experience at a hotel as you get so much for your money! I would 100% come back again in a heart beat and recommend anyone to go.

Very disappointing. Went for my birthday at the weekend. Staff on the spa entry were on their mobile phones then went to afternoon tea and Others got served before us even though we had been there an hour waiting as finished the spa experience early then when the food came it was very disappointing. Not given a choice on sandwiches and me and my husband hate fish so x6 of the sandwiches we couldn’t even eat, the scones had loads of sugar on which made them sickly and the cakes on top were awful. Shop brought and dry — not a great experience for our first time there, so probably won’t return.

We booked a spa and afternoon tea deal via internet for 4 people, for a baby shower meet up, and called reception to add one extra for just the afternoon tea. On arrival we were told we didn't have access to the spa, after quite a bit of discussion the receptionist eventually found our internet booking and confirmed that we had booked 4 for spa/tea and 1 extra for tea only. We then tried to enjoy spa experience dispute our heavily pregnant friend not having a lounger available all day, (distinct lack of loungers). When it came to afternoon tea they then said only 4 was booked! The male manager overhead me talking to the abrupt waitress and just explained he could sort it depending on the chef as you have to book 24hrs before! I informed him that we had booked 6 weeks prior.
Total lack of organisation and empathy to customers. Having said that the afternoon tea was delicious, and the female manager that took over the shift whilst we were there was very efficient when then charged us twice!

This hotel has a luxurious feel whilst also being very friendly. Staff are extremely helpful. Nothing is too much trouble. Food is delicious with good gluten free options. The gardens are peaceful to sit in and the pool and jacuzzi relaxing. I've stayed here several times and will return again as soon as possible!

Room was spacious, bed very comfy and the Spa was really nice. Only downside was the hair drying facilities in the room. I was there for business and there is no way anyone can effectively dry their hair with the white box contraption on the wall, you have to go to the spa where they have proper hair dryers. Sitting outside on the patio in a light breeze would prove more effective!

We only stay with you once year for our annual family reunion, but staying at the hotel is an absolute delight. It's a big part the event and makes it even more special. The rooms are great, the food (especially breakfast) is amazing and the service delivered from all the hotel staff is first class. We will continue to visit every year, hopefully more than once or twice each year, it's shame your not closer to Surrey really!

This was our second visit to Park Farm and again had an excellent stay. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The accommodation was very good, although the bathroom whilst spotlessly clean, needed a little attention as a few of the tiles were broken but our room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. The food in both the restaurant and bar was extremely good and great value for money. Undoubtedly not our last visit and I would certainly recommend staying here.

Although I only stayed for 1 night I found the hotel to be one of the nicest I have stayed in on my work travels. But for me the most important thing is always the service and this hotel certainly has some of the finest people to service your every need. I would like to mention one in particular and I hope that I have remembered her name correctly "Courtney" we were welcomed with a very warm smile and Courtney made us feel very important without being over the top. But that is not to take anything away from the other staff as they were all wonderful.

Have stayed many times for business and always been looked after. Lovely rooms set in nice surroundings. Excellent meals and breakfast. Friendly staff. Also has a leisure facility with pool, sauna, jacuzzi, steam and gym. Highly recommended.

The receptionists were great. Easy checking in and out. Room was spacious with everything needed. Staff were all very helpful, friendly, polite and accommodating. Particularly liked the bar to wait in whilst choosing from menu before getting called to dining table. Very smooth service. Would of liked to see more sun loungers to relax in spa area but facilities were nice.

This was the second time we have stayed at the Park Farm Hotel and once again our stay was nothing but superb, the staff at reception, bar and restaurant were excellent, many thanks to Kat who was working in the bar for being so helpful and friendly. We received a complimentary upgrade on arrival and our room was lovely, the bedding was so soft and comfy and our stay was worth it just for that, the flowers in the room and the offer to take the vase home was a nice touch… pity I forgot the vase. Restaurant staff were excellent and the food was amazing, my husband said the ginger and maple syrup pudding was possibly the best dessert he had ever tasted. The spa was once again great, all areas super clean and all facilities working perfectly. Many thanks to everyone for an amazing stay and look forward to the next time.

I had a spa day here and loved it. The pool was nice and warm. The staff were attentive and friendly. I had a lovely massage and facial followed by a delicious lunch.

We made a last minute booking as an escape from a house recovering from a frozen pipe. Unfortunately our first room — number 14, one to avoid — was right next to outside tables where people talk/drink. Not a good location for a bedroom and far from relaxing. Fortunately we were able to change room to a much quieter wing without a problem and were then able to enjoy our stay. Food and facilities were very good.

The hotel was very clean, attractive and tastefully decorated. The staff were very professional and friendly and our room was very clean, comfortable and spacious. The food was excellent and the spa facilities were very good. We only had a 2 night short stay but would certainly consider coming back again for longer.

My wife treated me to a spa/afternoon tea day for my 50th with a massage. We had both been looking forward to the day. Had a couple of hours in the spa area before my massage. After a relaxing massage we headed for our afternoon tea which we had booked for 3pm. We arrived at 2.55pm, name taken, and were told to take a seat in the bar area and we would be shown to our table in 5 minutes. We sat there whilst other groups/couples arrived and were taken straight to a table. I then spoke to a waiter who then took our name again and offered us a table which was in the middle of the bar on a busy thoroughfare. We said we would like to sit in the conservatory. We were then shown to a table set for four as the tables for two had been taken by couples who arrived after us! The lad who took our name originally came and apologised and took our name again and drink order. We then were served our hot drinks before anyone else. We were then overlooked as everyone else around us had their food delivered. Two groups had their food taken away as dietary requests had been overlooked. Another group had no serviettes. The second waiter then noticed us again getting more frustrated and came over and took our name again. Shortly after, a senior waitress came over and took our name and apologised. Sixty five minutes after announcing our arrival, food appeared on our table. No cream with scones. Spoke with waitress who sorted and apologised again. She also organised fresh tea for us.

Great reception team, helpful as rooms are well spread out. Little more time perhaps to explain the lighting card procedure? Brilliant room and facilities which made the whole experience memorable. I had a superb steak in the restaurant cooked perfectly to my requirements, keen and pleasant staff at all times well done.

The hotel itself is lovely. The room was spacious and in very good condition, the bed was extremely comfortable and the bathroom had both a bath and separate shower. As guests we were able to use the leisure facilities which were rather luxurious and my daughter was fascinated by the twinkle lights above the Jacuzzi. We took advantage of the spring deal which included prosecco on arrival and flowers in the room (which I was shocked to be told I could take away with me) as well as a 3 course dinner and breakfast. The food was all very delicious. The only downside was the service could have been better. I had to go back to reception to get the sofa bed made up for our little girl and asked for extra towels as we only had one and these never materialised. In the restaurant we also had to keep reminding the waiting staff of things we'd ordered and not received. If this service could be improved I would have no hesitation in returning.

The venue is very well kept and set in great surroundings. I would like to congratulate the staff and management team for delivering such high service standards. An all-round pleasant experience.

Our room was lovely, and the pool and spa services were relaxing and of a high standard. We are at the restaurant and everything bar one dish was cooked really well;. The scallop & pork belly starter was delicious, and my husband's steak was cooked exactly how he asked, my halibut however was overcooked and a bit dry. Over all we had a nice stay and would consider staying again.

Absolutely cannot fault the service at Park Farm Hotel. They have made sure they have things right for you from the moment that you walk in the door till the time you leave. I was very impressed. The room was amazing and the food was excellent, from our 5 course meal to our breakfast the next day. I will certainly come again.

I had booked two Classic Plus rooms for one night for our friends and us. When we checked in, we were told that we had been upgraded. What a lovely surprise! Our very spacious and very clean rooms, on the ground floor, had a large and comfortable double bed, a sofa and two armchairs. The bathroom had a bath and a separate shower with good water pressure. We also had a small patio outside with a table and chairs. The interior decoration and the furniture were most pleasing. We had both dinner and breakfast at the hotel: the food was good and the service excellent. We would certainly consider staying again at the Park Farm Hotel.

My husband and I have just returned from at nights stay and we loved it. Everything about the place is fantastic. Everywhere was spottlessly clean. The staff were friendly and professional. We had a 3 course evening meal and breakfast in the morning. We couldn't find fault with anything. We cannot wait to return and we can't recommend the place enough for future guests.

Park farm is a luxurious experience with an excellent on site massage parlour. The pool is immaculate and hot tub is amazing. Not many children so not as much screaming as other pools. Would recommend!

Staff were very friendly and helpful and facilities were clean. However there was a lack of loungers around the pool. It was a very busy day went but it would have been better if it catered for full day spa users. Afternoon tea was lovely in a very nice seeing. Overall experience was great and would recommend highly.

The entrance and restaurant are all very grand, lots of room for our table and good acoustics in the room meant we felt we had a private space without disturbing anyone as we were a large party. The food was delicious, very well cooked and very traditional. Our service was great, professional but also quite personal, staff were obviously happy in their work. Can highly recommend for special occasions!

It was our first time staying at the Park Farm Hotel and it did not disappoint! I booked it as a surprise for my cousin’s 30th birthday. We could not fault our stay! The room was lovely and clean, the staff were so welcoming and made the stay extra special providing balloons in our room and at the table for our afternoon tea which was also lovely! The breakfast in the morning was delicious and a good variety of things to choose from. My cousin and myself both had a massage which was amazing! The girls at imagine were lovely and made you feel very comfortable. Will definitely be returning for another hot stone massage! Overall the experience and stay was incredible and very relaxing! Will be sure to recommend to friends and family.

We came for a birthday surprise for my wife and can honestly say everything and everyone was first class. The room, spa and meals were all fabulous. I cant thank the staff enough for making it a special time for my wife. It's not often that my wife gets emotional but she shed tears of joy for being totally overwhelmed. Enough said! Very good value for money also. If you're thinking of booking then do it. Unless you are never pleased you will love it!

I stayed with my daughter and we had a lovely 3 nights sleep in a spacious room with a large comfortable bed. There was a good selection for breakfast as self-service or via the menu, though I would have liked a larger range of pastries and to have seen waffles or pancakes on the menu. I was pleased to be able to order a non-dairy latte with a choice of almond or soya milk. We ate in the bar a couple of evenings, the food was very good, and the service attentive and friendly. The pool /spa area is a good size, and well maintained. We really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful hotel and was looked after well by their lovely staff. We will be back!

Park farm is absolutely stunning inside and out. Myself and my wife had our wedding reception here in 2015 which was amazing. The facilities are excellent, the rooms are lovely and the food is of very very high standard :-). The service is very very good you know you will always be looked after here no matter what. I love staying at park farm for the reasons stated above fantastic place a must visit.

From the receptionist who welcomed us & personally showed us to our accommodation, to the cleanliness & atmosphere of the relaxing spa facilities, moving into the bar & being served by attentive staff then unwinding in the suite including cinema room & comfortable surroundings… I don’t have a bad word to say. I’d definitely visit again! To top it off Breakfast was a feast. Thank you to everyone who looked after us. See you soon!

From the moment I arrived it was clear that this was a quality establishment. Everything was spotlessly clean and the staff were incredibly polite, friendly and efficient. The leisure facilities were great with a lovely warm pool and a relaxed atmosphere. Dinner and breakfast was exemplary with attentive staff focused on delivering excellent service. Wouldn't hesitate to stay at Park Farm again. Thanks to all the team for a great stay.

Very nice welcome on arrival, and a very good room which was just refurbished. Only 2 poor points and they both relate to food. 1) Ordered a snack in the afternoon and we were left for over 1/2 an hour for a scone to come and it had been defrosted and over cooked. 2) The breakfast food could have been hotter. Other than that all was good.

I thoroughly enjoyed the leisure facilities: the very well-equipped gym, good sized swimming pool & two saunas. The service throughout the hotel was very friendly and efficient. A very good range of meals in the bar was a definite plus as one doesn't always want formal dining.

The room was great, we stayed in the executive room which had a spa bath and was lovely. I had also reserved a table in the seasons restaurant although I did not know it had a strict dress code after talking to a manager I was told I wouldn't be let in due to trainers. So I had to drive home to get some smart shoes. What really annoyed me was that when we were in the restaurant I saw a few people that were eating there wearing dirty running shoes and trainers. So after all the hassle of me having to drive home to accommodate for their dress code they didn't even enforce it or care that others were wearing trainers!

The staff were really friendly throughout the hotel. We were so impressed with the room and all the facilities. The swimming pool area was beautifully lit and very clean. Breakfast was delicious and had the perfect selection of food in my opinion. We had heard in advance that people are disturbed by Saturday night wedding receptions. There was a wedding on but we wouldn't have known unless we had been told about it; no noise in our room whatsoever.

Went for a spa day. We had a great day. Lovely place but could do with a bit of an update in some places. The pool facilities are good, clean and the spa area is lovely with kind and welcoming staff. Would recommend it.

The staff at Park Farm are always ready to share a smile and help with any queries — they are certainly the best facet of the hotel. Having reserved the Boutique Suite, where we had stayed on our wedding night the year previously, we knew it was a perfect place to relax and get away. We also ate at the hotel restaurant where we had the steak and it was perfectly cooked and delicious. I would definitely recommend the hotel to anyone staying in Norwich.

Parking is plentiful. Receptionist friendly and efficient — and at a busy time. Or room was delightful with a very comfortable bed. Bathroom excellent. Two negative comments: Our room had no number on the door so it took a while to locate it. (it had just been refurbished and a door number was clearly not considered important! ) There was no full length mirror. Bar staff very attentive. Breakfast was delicious and served in a very pleasant room.

This was my main summer holiday and choose to go here whilst close by gives me the best break I could ask for. The staff are so friendly, helpful and nothing too much trouble. The rooms are beautiful and extremely clean with amazing views across the countryside. Meals are first class, could not ask for more. Very hot, fresh and varied, thoroughly enjoyable. Did miss the Gloucester Old Spot Sausages :) but menus have to change. Why would I want to travel to an airport, go through stress, and then have all of that on the way back again. Park Farm gives me the best holiday, relaxing, quiet garden areas to read in which are amazing, such beautiful, food that comes from all different types of cuisines you could be anywhere. On top of all of this is the beautiful swimming pool etc and gym to burn off the calories from the wonderful meals and filling breakfast. Time spent at the spa makes you feel special. I would go back to stay any time and highly recommend it.

We booked into the Park Farm Hotel for part of our honeymoon in Norfolk. We were instantly upgraded to the best suite when we arrived as it was available which was lovely. Everyone was helpful, kind and thoughtful. No complaints at all. We will probably be coming back here for our anniversary every year now. A really memorable stay.

Very impressed with the standard of organisation. Sue had been most helpful with all the arrangements and Kate had everything under control on the day. Nothing was too much trouble. The food was excellent and the room looked wonderful. Everyone who attended our function was very complimentary about everything. We certainly had a wonderful experience and a very memorable day. Our overnight stay was equally as good. The room was very clean and airy and the surroundings so lovely. How great to have a sofa and easy chairs to use. Overall don't think we could have asked for more.

We stayed in a deluxe family room over the weekend for a friend's wedding. The hotel is delightful and our room was exceptionally comfortable and clean. The food was excellent and we found all the staff to be friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the use of the swimming pool — although the surrounding tiled area of the pool was exceptionally slippery in places. All in all it was a very enjoyable stay — thank you!

Great first impressions as you approach the hotel along the tree lined avenue, well manicured gardens, plenty of parking and an imposing well maintained building complex. Very friendly & efficient reception which was a characteristic of every member of staff we subsequently encountered in the bars, restaurant, leisure centre and housekeeping. We stayed in a garden room beautifully furnished, exceptionally clean with high quality fixtures & bedding and quiet for a good nights sleep. Excellent food choice in the restaurant, bar and at breakfast and full afternoon tea served in the conservatory. The hotel caters for business, holiday groups and wedding parties etc but as a base for individuals or couples like us, looking for a personal, non-corporate environment Park Farm was a real find in a great location for visiting Norwich, and as a central base for exploring East Anglia. I don't normally write reviews but the hotel and its team exceeded our expectations and is now our 1st choice for Norwich stays.

We stayed one night after a wedding and it was very good. The room was very comfortable and the staff was great, very obliging. I would recommend this hotel to friends and family and I took a few of their brochures to pass on as we were impressed with the standard of hotel for the price paid. When next we visit Norwich we will certainly book again.

We booked a weekend romance package and were impressed with our break from start to finish. Our highlights were the three course meal which was delicious and good quality. Breakfast was also very tasty with a good choice of hot and cold items. The sun was shining for much of our stay, so we took the opportunity to sit out in the immaculately kept gardens. Our "Deluxe Room" was a very good size with a separate seating area. While the fixtures and fittings were showing some small signs of wear in places, we couldn't really find fault with the accommodation. We'll be back!

We only stayed one night but the service was superb. Everyone was friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The gym was great with the latest in hi tech equipment, the pool was lovely and the sauna helped my fiancee's shoulder injury. Food was excellent and the whole place felt very welcoming. Highly recommended.

Hosted our wedding reception back in July 2015. Could not have asked for a better venue. Everything was taken care of and went flawlessly. We had nothing but praise from our friends family and guests!

Easy to find and park, speedy service for bar meals and good tasty food.

Stayed 4 nights over Christmas and had a great time, lots of food was had, good job there is a gym on site lol. Friendly and helpful staff, nice room and comfy bed. Norwich just a few minutes away and if like me you like to go out for walks and visit nature reserves… There are plenty of them quite close by, I will have to visit again during spring/summer time. Beautiful setting. Friendly and efficient staff. Park Farm didn't have its own PA system we could use, apart from a CD player, so we had to bring our own. The food was lovely.

Great place for a good chill out, evening meal lovley and staff could not be more helpful.

Attended a friends wedding here last year, the rooms were all fab, very clean, and the staff attentive. The food was great, and we also enjoyed some lovely spa treatments. I would highly recommend a stay here if you're visiting Norfolk.

My husband and I have stayed here on a few occasions now and we absolutely love it! Firstly we stayed on our wedding night and felt treated like royalty. The staff are beyond friendly, helpful, informative and professional and they do all they can to ensure you have a great stay. The leisure facilities are fantastic and the grounds are lovely to have a wander around. On another occasion we were so surprised and blessed to be upgraded but all the rooms we have stayed in have been beautiful. They are clean, spacious and comfy, what more could we ask for?! On one stay we had the most delicious three course meal — the food was seriously incredible and the service was fast and friendly. I could go on and on about the positive aspects of Park Farm, I am a huge fan and we would always choose to stay here whenever we want to treat ourselves to some special time away.

We stayed in one of the honeymoon suites for our first anniversary which was beautiful. The three course meal we had in the restaurant was very good as was the breakfast. We made use of the spa area which had everything we needed and was also very clean and relaxing. We have booked to stay again.

This is a really lovely hotel with great service and spacious rooms, with a brilliant spa area. The spa staff who were so friendly and went above and beyond for us on the day, by arranging our lunch and a couple of extras including champaign. The only thing that prevents me from giving it 5* is one member of the restaurant team was very rude, and the food wasn't to our taste — probably brilliant but small portions and not the stuff you would see on an every day pub menu. I arranged this for my cousin's hen party and everybody had a great time.

Had a lovely time at Park Farm Hotel, the reception staff were so friendly on both check in and out, We got a room upgrade on arrival, which was unexpected but a really lovely gesture :) The food was amazing, the steak was the best I have had (and I already had a favourite) the breakfast was brilliant, a great selection and really tasty. The hotel itself was lovely, clean and modern. The grounds are just beautiful. Will be returning as soon as possible. :).
