Stayed for work several times over last few months. Convenient to get into centre and out before peak commuter then, plenty of shops and pubs/eateries around if you don't want to stay on site. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Extension means car park a little smaller than usual, and it can get full quickly as surrounding businesses are busy. Personally I did not find the building work invasive and it was made clear to me on booking in. Rooms were clean and tidy, although no shaver/2 pin charging point was inconvenient, although reception did lend adaptors. Really positive experience.

What can I say? Totally awesome hotel with amazing staff! We stayed for one night in preparation for our daughters operation and we received 5* service. The room was spotless and after we checked in and been booked in for a meal at the beefeater which is adjacent to the hotel, we returned to our room to a card, some bubbles, chocolate and sweets for our daughter from all the staff. Our glasses and mugs had been cleaned out. We never expected this of them and it was such a sweet gesture. The staff were very reassuring to us as parents and took time out to get to know what our daughters story was. Very smooth evening and very relaxing atmosphere before a very big day for us. Very comfortable beds and very peaceful hotel. Job very well done guys, KEEP IT UP!

Close to restaraunts and food shops. Friendly staff. Currently building works ongoing which meant the car park was much smaller. Comfy and spacious room.

Excellent friendly staff, facilities were as required. On site bar was also welcoming and reasonably priced.

Staff at both the hotel and the adjoining beefeater are always very welcoming and provide an excellent level of customer service. The rooms in the hotel are clean and spacious with a smart tv. It is a little home from home.

Very friendly staff and the room was spacious clean and suitable for my needs. We had the breakfast which was self service and they had made a fantastic job of it. Food was delicious filling and excellent. Really happy with this stay. Thank you.

Check in was efficient, sraff friendly and helpful. Rooms were very clean but a bit cool at night with a max temp on the thermostat. It was snowing outside. Nothing too much trouble for the desk staff.

Stayed for one night. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. We didn't need to use them that much as we didn't experience any issues. Room was lovely, very modern and clean. Also a very good price, a lot cheaper than surrounding hotels. Would definitely stay again.

We had a great experience at this hotel. We stayed in a family room. Hotel was clean & the staff were very friendly & helpful. It was my sons birthday and Tracy on reception noticed he was wearing a birthday badge. When we returned to our room there was a card, balloon & present on the bed. Thank you Tracy! Beefeater next door was fab too!

Positive: Clean as expected, friendly and helpful staff. Negative: Double bed rather than usual king, shower lacking in power, limited hanging and drawer space.

I would just like to say this is our second stay here and would highly recommend it the staff are lovely very helpful. The rooms are very clean and tidy. There is an Aldi store about 2 min away with m&s food hall and costa coffee. I had ordered a disabled room for my mum not realising it was only a double bed and they put an extra bed in within minutes very comfortable. To sleep on. Definitely worth a stay we will always come here when visiting family. The breakfast is good with a good. Variety for everyone. Staff very friendly there to.

Stayed for 1 night staff were really friendly, rooms were amazing and clean will recommend this place if you need to go to Alderhey Children's Hospital less than 5 mins away.

Hypos beds are wonderful. The addition of the newspaper next door is really useful. Food was good. Not exceptional but good, solid hotel.

We checked in online as wasn't getting there until after 11pm quick and easy just to collect a door card. Only thing was knowing that we had 2 children staying with us we were put at the furthest part of the hotel and with 2 sleepy children and a load of bags this was a bit of a pain but otherwise very clean and tidy.

Popped in but missed lunch serving times. Friendly staff and good beer though.

Big room lots of plugs! Not very noisy. Big TV. Nice breakfast. Free parking.

It's a Premier Inn. So the bed is comfy, the bathroom is clean — you know what you're getting. This one has the benefit in that it's quite a lot cheaper than the city centre ones yet is not actually that far from the city centre itself. The restaurant, a Beefeater, did a good breakfast. Special commendation for the black pudding!

Rooms were nice and bed very comfy. Good food, although the barstaff in the restaurant struggled with the wine menu and cleared half of our table before all of us had finished.

This is a very nice place the staff are warm and friendly it would have been a five star the only let down is the housekeeping staff not doing the room properly and not filling up the brew stuff so I have to go ask for it.

Ideal for what we needed clean rooms, friendly staff and close to the attractions that we wanted.

For it's price, the breakfast was a joke. Hospitallity was poor if you take into cosideration than in a Wednesday (with provably a lot of empty rooms), for a late departure (approx. 14:00) we were asked to pay the whole amount for an extra night. In the city center thete are nicier and cheaper hotels.

Checking in and out was fast and the staff were lovely and friendly. The room was a good size too.

Brilliant would recommend to evdryone especially famillies.
