Love staying here, food is great, rooms are clean and decorated lovely. Keith and Linda are great owners, they will chat and have a laugh with you and nothing is too much trouble. Always look forward to our yearly stay here and never want to go home as made to feel very welcome on every occasion and are well looked after. Enjoyed our overnight stay shame it wasnt long enough. Look forward to seeing you both next year.

Keith and linda are excellent as landlord and landlady.

We spent 2 nights there the rooms were comfortable and well presented the breakfast was lovely and cooked and Served warm the hosts were lovely and nothing was too much trouble would definitely stay again would recommend to friends and family and give 5

Love our stays at the Sunningdale, from the moment you arrive the warmth from Linda and Keith spreads through. Clean light rooms and a fab breakfast. Easy walking distance to the beach and town. Can't wait till the next time. Xx.

Clean and very friendly, which is near the beach at the north end of skegness.

My husband and I have just stayed here 7th to 11th august 2017. Upside excellent breakfast service and food location also spot on. Unfortunately there was a lot of negatives. The bed was shocking old mattress lumpy hard n all springs sticking out. Bedding old, towels old frayed and hard. Room small no where to sit no dressing table to get ready at. Bathroom desperately in need of updating, dirty grouting decor poor. Room just needed a good upgrade and cleaning could of been better. If you are staying for more than a night room 9 is not suitable.

We loved it, nice breakfast, room bright clean and lucky for us new mattress the day we arrived so sleep was a much needed bonus friendly staff diffo stop again.

We had our honeymoon at the sunning down b&b nearly 2 years ago had a wonderful time the hosts were brilliant the food was to die for and the whole place was spotless inside and out even loved the porcelain dolls that sat happily on display highly recommended b&b if your looking for a place to stay check it out im sure you would enjoy the time spent there.

Stayed 2 nights 26/27 August 2013. Faultless service, very friendly. Room first class. Breakfast very good. Would recomend.
