Stayed here 2 nights and it's very nice.
The owners are very very friendly and so helpful. We definitely will stay there again if in Skegness.

Very nice room and clean and not far from the beach.

Best B&B in Skegness we have stayed in and we’ve been coming here for years! Accommodation immaculate and the Honesty Fridge with Beers Water snacks a great touch! Wendy was so bubbly and warm and couldn’t do enough for us, thanks for letting us stay! Certainly be back x.

Lovely place very friendly and welcoming feels like a home away from home food is lovely just didn't like being sworn at by drunken guest that was stay there apart from that all good would come back.

Such a lovely place everything spotless and cosy… a good sized dining area with decent sized tables and a good hearty breakfast. Wendy our host bent over backwards and made our stay a really good experience and in an ideal spot not far from all the bars and restaurants… would highly recommend this beautiful little gem of a place and will definitely book again.

Friendly staff, great full English breakfast and is a 15 walk to the beach, would definitely recommend this place.

Stayed here for 3 nights with my husband and 3 children (aged 10, 8, and 4)! Owners Tim and Andrea are both very friendly and welcoming, not at all rude as mentioned in another review! Upon arrival Tim showed us to our room, offering to help us upstairs with our bags! Our room wasn't huge (being a family of 5) but has been comfortable enough for our stay! A small problem with the temperature on the shower, but speaking to Andrea she told us how to rectify it quickly! The breakfasts have been delicious, and Andrea has been a very friendly helpful host! The guest house is about a 5 minute walk from the seafront and there is parking on the road if not in front of the guest house then further up or down the road! We have enjoyed our stay and would stay again if we were to return to Skegness!

Wish I could give it 0 starso, absolutely disgraceful customer service, I'm absolutely appalled. Wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
