Beautiful setting at the top of Steep Hill between the Cathedral and Castle.
People pls don't go there! They had mouse in the restaurant, the whole hotel is dirty. Rooms are cleaned with used towels without any cleaning products because the managers can't even afford to buy cleaning products. And breakfast? Is the worst, you probobly has eaten food that has been dropped on the floor and than been served to you on the plate. I am as a staff who worked there seen disgusting things happen in there. One of the staff who is cooking on Saturday now she " Manager" has dropped sausages and than serve them to the guests. It not worthy the money you are paying there. The breakfast is horrible and rooms are not cleaned properly but the guest cant spot it. Especially do not drink from the cups that are in the room, their cleaned with the same cloth that are used for the toilets and other things in the room. Don't trust them all staff working there do not do their job preperly due the lack of poor management and system in the hotel. If the Hotel had A MOUSE IN THE RESTAURANT it really say how bad the hotel is. It is not the staff fault, unfortunately the managers of the hotel don't deal with any issues in there. Thats the main reasons why so many good staff left and poor staff continue working there. And please don't come with the idea that that's the reason why you didn't want me to work there hahah. It not my fault that you don't have finances to buy things for the hotel to clean it even that we asken for it so many time.

Stunning building with some beautiful rooms. The staff are wonderful and helpful. Lovely breakfast too. Set in its own little complex, secure gated entry and with a wonderful but small graveyard of its own. The whole excess perfect. Will definitely be visiting again. Xx.
