Friendly staff good food perfect for a stay.

Had a wonderful weekend here, great room with a very comfortable bed, beautiful food and very friendly and helpful staff, will definitely consider staying again if in the area, was also only a short trip from Warwick Castle.

Stumbled upon a wonderful courtyard garden at The Greyhound PH in Lutterworth tonight … we stopped by for some drinks which we enjoyed in the fabulous lush garden with its many planters quite tropical actually … we met some lovely people there and Flo our waitress for the evening was so polite and friendly … We will certainly come back again soon … Rosemarie Jarvis

Decided to return for our 7th wedding anniversary after having our wedding reception here in 2013. Unfortunately our experience this time was nothing like before. The main issues were a lack of customer service on arriving and leaving — didn't even get a goodbye! Bedding that was ripped. A beautiful room spoilt by an array of ongoing noises due to heating, water and fan systems. Couldn't eat in the restaurant as there was no vegan options on the menu. I could go on but I'm more disappointed that the negatives have out weighed any positives.

Visited the greyhound for a meal with my partner and two children, we were greeted at the door and the staff were wearing masks/visors which was very reassuring. Our table was ready for us in the restaurant which was nice and spaced out from other diners. Food was perfect, kids menu very generous portions and the waitress made sure we had everything we need. If your looking for somewhere with great food and that you’ll feel safe in these strange times I would absolutley recommend ❤️ thank you we will be back!

Had an overnight stay here and have to say the service is excellent, the staff are very friendly and helpful, the accommodation was first class and exactly to our requirements specified when booking. The facilities were great and the little finishing touches in the room and wet room really made for a pleasant, enjoyable stay. The breakfast menu had a great selection, all freshly cooked. The croissants were delicious and the toast was perfectly done. A large selection of condiments, cereals and juices completed our meal. I would highly recommend staying here and can’t wait for the next time I am in the area. I will definitely stay here again.

Had our Christmas Day lunch here today was absolutely gorgeous huge thank you to the staff who worked on Xmas day to serve cook and clean up our lovely lunch.

Fabulous lunch and the sticky toffee pudding was fantastic — staff were so friendly and helpful — rare these days! Defo recommend.

We’re left waiting at reception on check in, had to go and find a member of staff. We ordered the continental breakfast on the Saturday with kitchen staff as we were leaving before breakfast on the Sunday to go to an event. Was told we would get a packed lunch. On leaving we asked for our lunches only to be told they knew nothing about it and were unwilling to rectify their mistake.

Haven't needed to stay I live locally but the staff are always helpful and the food is great.

Nice pub with good food and a big selection of whisky! Stopped by on a weekday evening and had a smoked duck salad (£9) off the bar menu which was surprisingly good. Think there's a separate restaurant menu too, but I was looking for something a bit more relaxed. Beer was also decent and they offered me a taste of each to make my choice. There's a small outside courtyard which was nice on a hot evening, but only a few tables so had to eat in. Bar staff were friendly and it was pretty busy with people staying in the attached accommodation. The front bar had whiskies from all over ranged around the walls — hopefully I'll be back to sample a few in the near future!

Enjoyed a night here b&b plus dinner whilst in the area to go to the Crick Boat show. Very nice quaint old building. Polite helpful friendly staff. Slightly busy location on the high street made it bit noisy late at night for us. Loved our charming ensuite room with 4 poster bed. Thoroughly enjoyed breakfast and dinner.

If you happen to be in Letterworth for some reason this is a great place to stay. Sprawling maze of rooms in an old inn. Good for large groups, breakfast is worth having. Parking is in a public carpark out the back where you need to be up early to get a ticket for the day.

Centrally positioned in Lutterworth with a large car park at the rear (accessible via the one way system). The Pub area is quaint with a selection of popular beers and a vast range of spirits and guest beers too. You can get food served in this area. The restaurant is well laid out, being cosy but not too fuddy. Food is always excellent in taste, quality, quantity and price. There is a good size function room on the first floor. All in all a lovely place in a lovely setting.

Quaint hotel, plenty of character and atmosphere. Lounge and bar area is quite small, but some outside seating available on warmer days. Rooms are comfortable and well equipped. Has a first floor meeting room and private bar which seems popular for small wedding receptions. Would happily stay here again.

Lovely cosy Inn had buffet lunch as it lwas at a wake. But very delicious.

We went on New Year's Eve and it was very quiet in there. We met a couple of friends there to have a drink. Prices are reasonable. It depends what you are drinking. The restaurant is a bit expensive the bar food not so bad. It would have been nice if they still served late eve. Snacks apart from crisps tho.

Quaint and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent. The staff seemed slightly overworked with a large party of demanding customers (not us) which meant we were given the briefest of welcomes. Ok for one night. Room was up three flights 9f stairs, no offer if assistance with bags. Possibly not quite worth the £120 per night price tag.

Very traditional Pub. Comfortable room however the squeaky floorboards drove me crazy.

We had another amazing stay, the staff are so lovely, and can't do enough for you, we've been going for over 20 years, for a long weekend with friends the rooms are all outstanding and the food is to die for, this is a highly recommend inn to stay, and eat we've booked ready for our next year's weekend.

Enjoyed a relaxing bar lunch recently. Quality food at good prices from a range of appetising dishes. Wine and service both great. Best to park in Chapel Street to the rear of the courtyard and stroll through. The parking opposite at the front is restricted to one hour.

Great Sunday carvery. Chef and staff were very welcoming. Managed to seat us during a very busy Sunday service with no reservation.

Nice place to stay. Bar is cozy. Restaurant is pleasant though service could be a shade more attentive and there is no real atmosphere. Value of the Sunday carvery lets it down a little, though the food is nice.

Absolutely loved this place.
Husband booked us in for valentines weekend and couldn't of been more impressed.
On arrival we was greeted by lovely friendly staff who took our cases and stored them in reception as our room wasn't quite ready but we did arrive early so went off shopping.
Going back after shopping we was greeted again and given our room key, Well what can I say the room was beautiful with a 4 poster bed beautiful furniture and complimentary full sized bottle of Preseco (not a cheap bottle either) chocolates and champagne glasses it was wonderful.
We was booked in for the valentines evening 5 course meal the food was amazing and lots of it perfectly cooked and again the staff serving where wonderful and couldn't do enough to make sure your experience was the best. During our stay we used the bar and had a few drinks in front of the warm log fire which was so cosy.
We did have breakfast in with the valentines deal but unfortunately we over slept so missed it (would of been nice if breakfast was served till 11am especially on a Sunday as people do like a lie in when on a weekend away)
But over all the experience of this place was fantastic and we will definitely be back for our anniversary in July.

We use to visit Lutterworth at least once in a year for business with a big group of people from Hong Kong and Bangladesh. We have been staying here since last ten years and we really love this hotel and it's owner Robert who is so friendly with us. Would love to come here again and again.

We book at last minute and they fitted us in. The food was very good, the service was good. I would recommend giving it a try.

A nice place with a cozy staff — perhaps not one of the most hygienic places but still very nice!

I cannot rate the staff here more, to say we were a little late for our lunchtime booking is an understatement. However the staff were patient and understanding. The chef was a star (thanks Willy) staying behind after his shift to make sure our food was delivered to perfection. The waiting and bar staff were also very polite and unhurried making our celebration lunch a memorable occasion for all the right reasons. Thank you x.

We have used the Greyhound several times for meals and events and the staff are always very attentive. Food is excellent. The hotel dates from the 18th century and the owners have maintained a warm and cosy atmosphere that is very welcoming. There is a bar and restaurant — food and atmosphere here are both very good. If you like fresh fish then go along on Friday evenings where the chefs cook in an open kitchen. We've really enjoyed it each time we've gone. Rooms are all individual in their character and kept to a high standard. Nothing is too much trouble. Pricing was also good. Really easy to find following the brown tourist signs from J20 of M1.
