Just wanted to say a huge thankyou to college court for hosting our conference today! A beautiful venue, delicious food and an extremely helpful team! Especially Carlos! Our delegates loved it!

Good rooms, great bathroom. Attention to detail of a much higher rated hotel. Delightful staff and great service. Food was tasty, varied and plentiful. I will happily return.

What a pleasant surprise. I had no idea what to expect but this place is lovely and the breakfast was excellent. I will definitely stay here again.

Beautiful Morden hotel. I really enjoyed my stay here and the staff are so friendly and helpful. Amazing breakfast and nice cosy rooms. I so recommend!

Having stayed here before which was brilliant and they made you very welcome. But on this time I parked my car in the overflow section whcih was out of the way as not to mark my car as leaving it there during my stay and using public transport. On one morning having been and checked my car no problems but after having a wonderful breakfast I returned to car seeing the groundsman with a grass cutter and saw that stones had made impacts on my back boot taken paint away and a chip on my back screen. I went and saw the person on duty but they could only give me a number as owned by the University. This I phoned and left message but no one came back even sent letter to Director which he was sorry about but see my insurance. No Help at all even no call back from University. Hence I have a bill now of £2700 to correct damage. So beware when parking car. I will not be going back.

College Court is mainly a conference centre renting out rooms. For business people but can book rooms for leisure. Reception painfully slow and not a great first impression as they mutter when giving instructions. house keeping was perfect and room was spotless. Bed was very low and only one packet of biscuits to share, not overly generous. Would be nice if they had a mirror over the desk area to do you hair and makeup. Iron and small ironing board in wardrobe provided which was another bonus. bathroom clean however unable to open a window as fixed. extra towels and pillows in wardrobe. provided a fan although noisy it was a fantastic extra on a hot night Breakfast fantastic, hot food, hot plates, and lots of choice, different breads including gluten free, fruit and yogurts. Staff clearing plates were brilliant and kept the breakfast area perfect. 10 stars for breakfast. I would recommend and would stay again.

Plenty of parking. Food was lush. Only downside was the conference room we were in was not air conditioned and it was a very hot day.

I felt the rooms were ok. Obviously a converted dorm, but well upgraded and good enough for a short stay. Breakfast was average. Ok if you want a typical English breakfast, but little decent choice for vegans or alternative dietary requirements. Nice staff. One staff member at breakfast handled a very rude guest very well without being disrespectful. Would have been better if guests didn't treat staff as subservient.

Great food, great staff, great rooms, we were there for a conference, food options in the evening were Thai red curry, veg moussaka and burger sliders, I had the red curry and a slider, curry was great but sliders were amazing, I had 2 more of those, I know many others went for seconds Only slight negative were bar prices, bit high and I know one colegue was given a bottle of wine that was off and to change it apparently needed 3 members of staff to approve!? But this place really was great.

To be fair I expected a very basic hotel. What a surprise. The rooms are so very comfortable with one of the best showers I have ever used. The staff are so friendly and professional from the reception, bar, restaurant and cleaners. All work with a smile on their faces and nothing is too much trouble. We were fortunate that the weather was superb and it was lovely to sit outside in the evening. Breakfast was an experience with so much choice. It is unusual to have fried bread in a hotel. If I am ever in the area again this is where I will stay.

I've been there for a couple of nights. The bed is comfy, the room and bathroom were clean. For being an accomodation managed by the university it is excellent!

We held our 40th year in nursing reunion here, we had an amazing time, the hotel were very attentive, for those of us who stayed over we felt the rooms were well equipped, clean and very comfortable. I would recommend the hotel for anyone looking to hold a function or just a get together and overnight stay. The breakfast (which was included in the price) was great, a very good selection of hold and cold, no one should go away hungry!

Very nice environment for conference. Good supply of food and coffee which was mostly ok. Tea cup in the bedroom was not entirely clean. Part of shower unit was falling off. Not very efficient lost and found service.

Quiet, spacious, modern, very clean nice room with balcony. Only thing let it down was when we arrive for breakfast at 0930 most of hot food looked like it had been under hot lamps for quite awhile so dry and crispy and only 1 hard fried egg remaining. Asked for eggs and took 10-15 mins to come out so had finished rest of breakfast by then. Other than that would definitely stay again on next university run.

Convenient for University, about 25 min be walk. Comfortable room bar with light menu and good breakfast. Staff helpful across all areas.

We are organising a conference at College Court so stopped by to ask some questions. These were all handled very well be our event manager and we had a look around the venue. Afterwards we stayed for a coffee in the bar area for a meeting. Highly recommended.

Great rooms. Nice and clean, compact but with everything you need. Also I had a great night's sleep.

Accommodation is good, clean shower excellent! Food/bar can not cope with any level of business. Food average!

A good medium range hotel. Has everything you expect. And plugs beside beds! Breakfast was ok, but not much choice.

Great place to stay especially for business, free high speed Wi-Fi, access to university leisure facilities if like me and attempting to maintain some fitness whilst on the road. Clean and well equipped rooms. Good restaurant on site despite an hour wait for a salad. Other diners food looked amazing. Would definitely recommend and certainly would stay again.

A comfortable straightforward hotel. Theres no bells and whistles just a hotel done well. Bed was comfortable, room modern with all the amenities you would need, staff friendly and breakfast well done. A good hotel. Just be mindful of the traffic around the hotel in the morning and evenings so add some extra time to your journey.

What a great surprise this hotel was, it’s set on an old college campus, though done very tastefully.
Reception staff where welcoming, the room was lovely. They have a small bar/ resturant onsite, with good food and reasonable prices.
Breakfast is a help your self Buffett, which was plentiful and tasty.
All the staff where very helpful and efficient.
I will be returning to this hotel as it’s cental to my work.

Recently decorated clean rooms in former student halls of residence. Good parking. Friendly staff. Breakfast is OK but not great. Forget the restaurant for evening meals — it's bad to mediocre at best. I had a so-called "fresh catch of the day" cod which was mushy, far from fresh and in a heavy greasy batter. I should have sent it back. Just across the road is the Cradock pub which has exceptionally good food: turn left out the hotel grounds and it's 100yds round the corner.

Staff were friendly and helpfull, clean and comfortable night sleep. Lovely shower room. Full English Breakfast, also gluten free provision. Would stay again.

Attended for a work learning event. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Facilities were fantastic with excellent quality audio visual equipment in the room. Parking onsite was good but at capacity when I visited in the afternoon. I would definitely recommend this venue.

I was having drinks and supper in the bar with a friend who uses the place regularly. It's a really great conversion of a 60s build typical architecturally for its time. Really nicely renovated my friend speaks highly at the hotel and the food was pretty good too.

Very good for overnight business stay. Very clean well equipped rooms (including iron). Bar with reasonable selection of bar meals. Excellent breakfast.

Sightly out of town, but with extensive car parking. The staff were fantastic and the breakfast was nice in a spacious venue. Everything was immaculate and the place was quiet but still had a friendly atmosphere. The price was good value without being too cheap. Fast Wi-Fi especially if you have access to eduroam. The only negatives I would say, are that the rooms are quite small, the lightweight hanging system in the wardrobe kept clattering onto the tea set which was strangely in the cupboard and the room was almost unbearably hot even with the fan on all night. Some people may also find the separate buildings a bit strange, but it didn't bother me. However I would definitely return. It was very good.

Utterly horrible service! The staff members were extremely unprofessional towards on of my friends. My friend had been to a concert and proceeded to use this hotels services and was confronted with a woman who looked her up and down and demanded a deposit for her room on top of the the nightly expense! Just based on her appearance. He has tattoos. Now I don't know about anyone else but we live in a day and age where tattoos are a popular thing. And for one of the staff members to judge my friend based on her appearance. Disgusting. Rude. And unprofessional.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Very clean and modern room. Comfortable bed but would advise to go for bigger than a standard double. Breakfast offers decent fruit and yogurt but the cooked breakfast was very disappointing as it was not particularly hot (even at 10:00 when there was an hour to go before the end of breakfast), and the bacon had dried up as had the sausages (which were flowery rather than meaty). Hot drinks only hot from the hot drinks machine and not from the therrmos provided. We expected a lot better given the excellent way the place looks and feels.

The room was OK but the windows were really small and it was very hot even worth the heating off. Breakfast was nice but after I was at the bar and I got a tea and the jug of milk had gone off. I went and asked for some milk and the next jug the guy have was also off. He did go into the kitchen and get me some fresh milk. The grounds are nice and we'll maintained. The shower was great, nice and hot and powerful.

Former university dorm that is also used as Hotel. Clean and quiet. Very helpful staff. Well connected with public transportation.

Good venue for small and medium size events. I have not been in the rooms but guests have said they are simple but clean.

Been a regular guest here when im visiting Leicester, had over 8 stays in the past 2 years. Really clean rooms and everything is on point. Staff are awesome and will make your stay a good experience.

Very clean, with good food, though they could with a little more variety. Rooms are pleasant & the bathroom is great, shower in particular is a good size. Staff are helpful & polite. Would definitely stay here again, as the price was comparable to premiere inn and this place is a lot more private and quiet, with the same or better quality of stay.

College Court, Leicester: Amazingly clean modern place with character to stay in a very reasonable cost not too far from Leicester City Centre or business district & of course my first choice in Leicester next time. Free secured car parking available though overflow car parking looks to be bit muddy on a rainy day. One issue (which reduced one star! ) I had during my first stay was though I booked specifically a room with bath after seeing Booking listed bath as facility thrice in the room specification I didn't get a room with bath which was very disappointing. When I asked for bath I was told to pay £20/day extra for a facility which I already paid through Booking. After few mails I was told by College Court Business Development Manager though it was specified in Booking unless you request specifically you will not get what you paid for.! strange?!. Also BDM mentioned they are going to make Booking information clearer so that customers understands what’s shown in Booking may not be always given.!. I was bit disappointed for not getting for what I paid during first reservation but I must say I still enjoyed fantastic clean facilities provided by College Court. So take facilities listed in Booking with a pinch of salt and make sure to put specific request if you have any ‘MUST’ have’s to avoid any disappointments.

Good for business and studying But not for leisure and shopping, far away from down town.

Have business meetings here regularly and always happy with service, friendly attentive staff and the selection of food and drink. The décor is modern and the premises are really clean! will keep coming back.

Very convenient location (10 min walk to the University), friendly staff, secure parking, and everything is brand new. Great prices, particularly, if you are affiliated with the University.
