The hotel is in the middle of renovations. Ensure you get first floor rooms when booking (We had room 23 on first floor) it was excellent. Very roomy… clean modern n stocked with tea coffee etc. Bathroom excellent again huge n towels etc were lovely. Fabulous seaveiw from bedroom windows. Staff from reception to waiters n cleaning were all friendly n helpful. Breakfast fantastic. Hotel Very close to all amenities… tram. Ferry and cafes and outdoor market n Freeport. We ordered room service and again this was excellent. We would stay again.

Lovely hotel. Quiet, even though on the front. Parts of the hotel are a bit tired, but the place is being done up slowly over time. Beds are comfy (with good linen not nasty stuff), rooms clean, tasty food and lovely staff.

Very helpful and friendly staff providing a personal and professional service. Some of the facilities are a little tired, but clean and fit for purpose, retaining style. Great views and ideal location. Free Wi-Fi. Food tasty and well presented.

Wonderful hotel right on the front. Close to all amenities. Very clean. Staff are friendly and the breakfast is spot on.

Superb food no complaints well served free salad when ordering a meal also superb. Been many times in last few years and quality is always the same. Certainly Recomend.

Sorry my mum and I went for my birhday and were very disappointed. Our starter, main and sweet were served all at once so our meal was cold plus the waitress thought it was strange went to check the bar person who took our order and said we ordered and payed for it all together therefore ordered it all to be brought to table at same. Eventually we were hungry so ate it as the waitress didn't know what she was doing. We over heard the people sat next to us on the next table got the wrong order and blamed the chef when the couple complained. There were a few mistakes made on other tables. We were very dissappointed.

I found it comfortable as well as Reasonable good food. Staff very polite and friendly indeed.

I love the faded grandeur of the North Euston and this is a must visit place in Fleetwood. The lights are fantastic and the elegant frontage of the building is amazing. The food is fine and reasonably priced and they keep a nice range of beers. A great Fleetwood experience.

A great hotel food excellent, staff Friendly and helpful. Room comfortable. The hotel has the charm of a bygone era.

The grand facade of the hotel is impressive situated right on it's own service road with public gardens opposite and thecesplanade just over the road. It's also by the tram terminus that goes all the way to Blackpool. The inside is warm and welcoming with friendly staff. With two choices of restaurant to choose. Either the bay or Victoria lounge you won't go hungry and it's perfect for meeting up with friends.

Excellent Value for money. The staff here are fantastic. Nothing is too much trouble and they are so pleasant. They are a real credit/asset to the hotel. The rooms are spacious and of a good quality. Beds are very comfortable. (we had a superior room) We can in a large group and as always that makes it difficult but even not booking enough rooms and the usual last minute changes were no bother. Breakfast was lovely! Would definitely stay again.

Booked here for 3 nights between Xmas and New year. We stayed in a superior king room with sea view, room only rate for £70 per night. The room was lovely, spacious, light, nicely decorated, v comfy bed & good bathroom with large walk in shower. The hotel is q old and has an interesting history. Like a lot of old hotels parts of it are v "faded glory", and others are just plain tatty. The hotel is mid long-term refurb and if our room is anything to go by it will be lovely when complete. Good luck to the owners. A big shout out to all the staff we met — reception, bar staff, housekeeping — all lovely, friendly and helpful. Advice: if you can afford it book one of the refurbed rooms.

Got there via Blackpool tram. Had a bite to eat. Clean and tidy but a little dated. Staff friendly and helpful.

A very nice clean hotel Staff are nice and engaging When I visited it was packed with Christmas partied out people.

A bit dated but being tefurbished nicely. Very pleasant staff. Lovely restaurant and bar food. Comfortable. Lighting in rooms not good.

A place of former grandiose living. Now much reduced. Went for light lunch. Soup as must do was seriously under seasoned. Staff where OK and friendly. Standard is my only option. Shame, a lovely building.

The hotel is ideal for the location & price. Yes there is a need for renovation of rooms and accepted some done and the rest is ongoing. I rate the hotel as 4 Stars. I have, however only given 3 stars as this relates to the Bar which leaves a lot to be desired. Furnishings are very tatty, tables not cleared and those that have been are not wiped clean. Apprecia're the whole renovations are costing loads but having visited for several years the bar is now becoming a 2 Star and detracting from all the good work elsewhere.

Fantasic place, tastefully decorated, meals are home made and delicious, waiters and waitresses in original uniform, like stepping back in time to old fashioned values and manners, they can't do enough for you, caters for disabled too.

Stayed for a 3 night break. Staff were pleasent and helpfull. The room which overlooked the sea and was very clean warm and comfortable. Access was good with lift to upper floors, along with ample parking front and rear. Breakfast was good as were the meals I enjoyed in hotel. Fleetwood has a great market ferry to Knot End and lots of places to eat out. Will def come back again.

A very nice hotel it's undergoing a refit so should be even nicer soon. Our room was lovely with a nice view of the bay.

Stayed at hotel. Refurbished, clean, comfortable, good atmosphere, staff friendly, efficient and multi tasking. Food of excellent standard throughout stay in bar and restraint. Deserve success for all effort and quality of service.

Nice hotel. Great sea views from comfortable rooms. The staff here are excellent as is the food. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

Attended a wedding recently. Staff were very pleasant, efficient and accommodating. Food was lovely at both the day and evening event. Reasonable price on alcohol. Nice, clean toilets.

Very friendly staff. Husband enjoyed the real ale (we came back the next day for more). We only had chips and cheese but they were sooo good. You can see from your table when the tram came in so very convenient. Back next year x.

Enjoyable meal and good to see lighter portions. Also good selection of ales. Tables could do with being cleaned more often especially as it wasn't overly busy they were very sticky. Very polite waistcoated barman.

Unfortunately the telly is switched on with football here. However the bars snacks are really nice — go for the sharing platter. In terms of seating very comfortable with secluded areas, unfortunately as I have said the telly goes on and the sound is everywhere. Selection of beers is only adequate but the staff are very pleasant.

Pleasant room, perfect location to tram stop, excellent service.

Function room was well presented and the service was excellent. Venue is close to local transport links. Drinks prices are a little higher than other drinking establishments in the area.

Rooms are a bit too basic for the price, but clean and functional. The location and attached bar make this hotel a good place to stay.

Maybe the best place for an inexpensive lunch in Fleetwood if you are out and dont want a cafe. Not sure about rooms though!

I stayed at the North Euston last week-end 19/20 June for a birthday treat. We have stayed there several times before and absolutely love the place. The people are pleasant and the service is very good and we were pleased to see that Phillipe and Kath are still there working in the restaurant. I look forward to our next visit in the near future.

Fn hotel experience very nice he didn't pay a lot of money it wasn't the best echo in the world but uh everything was fine lovely breakfast and nice view of the sea again end.

I live nearby "The Euston" and over the last few years have dined, wined, stayed overnight, enjoyed the fabulous views. Best of all, the sound of the sea at night. Without the daytime bustle, I hear the waves, the wind, the birds. Not the cats-a-courting as I am accustomed to. But in my hotel room just five mins away from home, I hear so much more. And this is my way of saying Thank You to all the staff in the Euston. My partner works mainly away from home but I can dine alone or stay overnight and I always feel welcome and safe in this hotel. Xxxx.

Excellent meal and great service really recommend.

Nasty place. Staff are horrible and the owner is a complete b#### Watch out if they owe you money because you won't get it back. The owner's an extremely arrogant individual who will smile at you while telling you that your money is his and wash his dirty hands of any responsibility as a human being, which he appears not to be. Over all you will leave feeling underwhelmed, used and very, very angry. I would suggest using a sleeping bag on the beach, as you're likely to enjoy it far more.

We had our marriage ceremony, wedding breakfast and evening do here. We also stayed in the bridal suite. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff. The food was consistently excellent and the service pure quality. We cannot praise too highly the resident DJ Scottie who was first class. Everything about our day was magical and we had such a terrific time. Thank you Steve, Scottie and everyone else who worked very hard to make our day truly one to remember. Don and Sue Green.

Stayed there September 2012 found the hotel and the sevice was excellent we will always stay here now to us it was like a five star hotel I cant understand how some reviews are bad for this place we've stayed in many hotels and this one is by far the best and can't wait to go there again ★★★★★.

Booked Christmas day lunch for myself, husband and two young children in The Bay restaurant. We paid £62 per head up front. The food was of poor quality and cold. The majority of the staff that day were rude and unhelpful. We complained but not offered a refund. All we were offered was complimentary drinks. I would not recommend the restaurant at The North Euston.
