Very comfy place. Owners friendly.

Stay here on a regular annual weekend and wouldn't go anywhere else. Friendly, clean/spotless, convenient for all amenities and a lovely breakfsst too.

It's a lovely place to stay Eric and Donna are lovely people always willing to help and all the staff are so helpful definitely recommend.

Location is good right on the esplanade and the breakfast was lovely.

Very warm and welcoming good value for money and the staff are very happy and cheerful.

We visited it seems nice didn't stay over.

Stayed for 3 nights had a lovely room with a lovely view. Breakfast was exceptional. The staff are very polite and helpful. We would not hesitate to recommend.

Great place to Stay excellent views, staff are very friendly and welcoming. Owners Eric and Donna are such nice people and make you feel welcome. The hotel/ B&B is great place to stay, extremely clean and tidy. Breakfast is just wonderful, and in my opinion the overall experience out shines that of other hotels. In the Fleetwood / Blackpool area. 10/10

Always stay here when in Fleetwood, everyone cannot do enough for you. The rooms are always clean, and the breakfast is so delicious and HOT. Totally recommended.

Visited with friends and found the place delightful. Donna and Eric were very nice people the rooms were spacious and very clean. I would hastily recommend to anybody in the area.

Just from the outside, the Savoy is one of the better presented and welcoming hotels on the esplanade, standing out from the crowd. You enter the building through a beautiful large stained glass door, and find yourself in hall at the bottom of the staircase, with the bar and dining room to your left, the lounge and reception to your right. The first adjectives that spring to mind are warm, plush, clean and tasteful. Check in was effortless, and the hotel was flexible with my timing. At the time of booking, I was only looking for somewhere to crash after a night out, so I had opted for a single room, shared bathroom. The room itself was actually fairly roomy, with an amazing view of the sea. It came complete with TV and a Basin with the usual toiletries and a good hot running water supply despite being on the second floor. The room also contained a wardrobe, bedside table, good lighting, mirrors, and a good selection of tea and coffee to make in the room. There was good availability of power sockets, which were also in good locations around the room. The bed was a good sized single, one pillow, but the duvet could have been a higher tog for this time of year. The shared bathroom was also spacious, with toilet, basin and shower. There was no bin that I could see in the bathroom, yet there were sanitary disposal bags, so I'm not sure what is meant to happen to them once used! You get a front door key along with the room key which means coming and going was no issue at all.

We felt welcomed right from the initial phone call. Especially happy with the welcome our dog received — Eric and Donna should be congratulated for allowing dogs to stay with their owners. Couldn't believe that such a lovely, well kept hotel would allow dogs through the door — it made such a difference to our stay in Fleetwood. Wonderful breakfasts — a feast that kept us going through the day. Thank you so much for your hospitality Eric and Donna — looking forward to our next stay in your lovely hotel — accompanied by Ben of course.

I had just arrived after a 6 hour car journey with two small children in tow, and pregnant. We were put on the top floor. I struggled to get through the door way carrying two tired children and there was no offer to help me with my luggage up 3 flights of stairs. When I asked for help they said 'I should have asked' — like I needed to ask?! The room was cold and the double glazing was drafty blowing back our curtains. I was asked at breakfast if I had brought a high chair for my little one because they dont have any. I will give them benefit of doubt and suggest they are childless and therefore arent prepared when it comes to guests with small children. They are polite and reactive — could do with being proactive. Oh and you will need to explain to your 18month and 3 year old that they have to wait till 9am for breakfast and to ignore their hunger pangs. And goes without saying — dont expect any help with your luggage back to the car! You get what you paid for, and we paid £90 over two nights.
