These apartments are absoloutly beautiful! never stayed in such a clean and updated place … ever. The host is absoloutly wonderful and so friendly I would definatley recommend these apartments for your holiday stay why its got 3 star rating is beyond me it should have 5 stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Lovely, clean apartment with everything that you could possibly need. Apartment 5 has a wonderful sea view and the added bonus is the ensuite in the single bedroom. Thanks for a wonderful break x.

the owners are very friendly and helpful
we have stopped her 2 times now and plan on coming again

Fantastic place, modern clean and friendly.

Just back from a 3 day stay with our little dog. The apartment was superb, pure luxury, clean and modern, the bed was so comfortable, the host Paul has thought of everything, with milk and chocolates left in the fridge for us, very welcoming. We are so looking forward to going back. The location is perfect with a tram stop just across the road. We wouldn't stay anywhere else in Blackpool now we have found this gem of a place. This place is first class.

Clean everything you need for a great stay.

I came to stay here with my family we rented three apartments. Upon arrival we were greeted by the owner Paul, who was more than helpful, he took the time to buy toiletries for each one of our rooms and even bought us a bottle of plonk for our main room (where my parents were staying) All of the rooms were very clean and really modern. The location is ideal as it's five minutes walk from the seafront. Me and my family would definitely stay here again.

This was a lovely place to stay. Very friendly staff and the rooms were so clean. Would defiantly recommend it.

Loved our stay here, plenty of room, everything needed when on holiday, comfy beds, hot showers, fluffy thick towels, cooking facilities and fridge etc, TV plus good Internet, laundry room. Great staff, hopefully we can stay again next year.

Apartment was very modern, spacious and bright. Spotlessly clean with soft fluffy towels. By far the best family accommodation we've ever stayed in whilst in Blackpool. Now we have found Twelve apartments we would not go anywhere else and definitely recommend to all.

From when my Wife and I arrived we felt welcomed, the kettle was ready to go milk in the fridge, the guess book is very informative, the Apartment has every thing we need and well kitted out, very friendly and helpful, we have loved our time here and that's why we have already booked out next stay here. Me and my wife stayed here 1/9/17 to 4/9/17 upon arrival was greeted with a warm welcome from Paul, and was taken straight to our room, were we where shown were everything was and there was milk coffee and sugar was put in the apartment on behalf of Paul. The apartment was beautiful and clean with fresh clean towels, and is ideal for a couple, were it is situated is ideal, short walk from the beach, and the tram and bus stops are also a short walk away, and you are only a mile from the Tower, North Pier. Also you can either go into Blackpool or go North to Cleverleys or Fleetwood, we will definetley going here again, and would recommend to my friends, Thankyou Paul for a wonderful stay.

First visit to 12 and the apartment was fantastic. It was immaculate and had everything you need. Would definitely recommend.

Had a great stay here. Lovely shower, great kitchen facilities and modern design. Was great to be so close to the prom too. I think the apartments have been modernised this year, they're really smart.

Rooms are very clean. But found it a little cheeky to charge 50p for tiny milks or teabags and there's a £5.00 deposit fee for the TV Remote in your room. You're better off bringing your tablet with you and using an app for the TV. There is no children here and its not recommended to bring them, there is nightly Bingo entertainment here and Singers but are Blackpool quality / Pub singers the music they sing is 1940 — 1970. Staff are friendly and happy to help.

A bit outdated accommodation. Views are quite rough to a courtyard. It's quite far from the piers and difficult to find on street parking close by.

The food was nice, staff were nice but overall the hotel needs a lot of modernisation.

Great location not near the bars/clubs but only a short taxi ride away. Rooms were nice and clean and service was great. Breakfadt in the morning was lovely but as it was a bit busy had to wait 15 minutes for them to take your order. Would recommend this accomodation as overall it was great value for money.
