I would recommend everything about this hotel! We love coming for everything it has to offer. Can’t wait to be back. Best hotel in Blackpool by far!

Just come back for a family weekend away, really enjoyed it. Our first family holiday with a 9month old and it was brilliant, room came with a travel cot so less to carry with us. Food was brilliant! Lots of choice and really tasty! Pool was fab and great family changing room. All in all a brilliant weekend! Will defiantly be back. 👍👍

Me and my husband just stayed this weekend for our second wedding anniversary, all of the staff was amazing our waiter ash was so friendly Hotel manager was amazing showed us around explained about the buffet at breakfast and evening meal it was lovely to see a manger to have time to chat to customers even chatting to people while waiting for a lift Lady who checked us in was so friendly and made us feel welcome soon as we stepped foot through the door Food was great (lamb was amazing) Room was so clean sea view was brilliant The only “bad” point I would say was pillows was a little hard for our liking.

Just home from a 5 night stay all inclusive package. Great time was had by all, we was a large group of 21. All thoroughly enjoyed it. Food was spot on, lots of choice and delicious. Drinks great, Staff very welcoming, entertainment great and all rooms lovely. Full facilities available and good. Definitely be back.

Just back from a 2 night break with husband and friends, hotel clean, very friendly staff, food is amazing, entertainment on both nights was good, not central but there is the tram stop across from hotel for Blackpool and Fleetwood, will be back thank you.

For the price we paid it was tremendous value. Food was terrific and all of the staff were polite and helpful too. It’s Blackpool. It’s not the French Riviera. Relax, enjoy, take in the sights.

Fantastic all round been coming here for the past 14 years, always a warm welcome food is amazing, staff lovely from the porters cleaners leisure staff kids entertainment we just love the cliffs and would never go anywhere else. Keep up the good work hope to see you again next year. We have just been to you for 5 nights.

I stayed at The Cliffs last weekend. During these difficult, sad and confusing times manager Paul and all the staff were wonderful. Nothing was too much trouble. They smiled and tried so hard to help make our stay a great one. They are going through a terrible time at the moment but still put all the guests first with professionalism and friendliness. Thank you.

Just back from an amazing few days at the Cliffs hotel. Despite all the restrictions the staff were very friendly, food incredible as usual, wine waiters in particular friendly, professional and accommodating. I love this hotel and as usual had a great experience there. I really miss the buffet but understand why things need to be the way they are. Keep up the great work.

Nice clean hotel, staff in the bar are so friendly food in the bar is nice and very polite staff, restaurant not so much I understand stuff is very different at the minute but I honestly feel like in the restaurant that everything was massive effort especially the reception we received from the waiter we get they pre prep food which is understandable but I can’t eat stone cold toast and trying to get warm is like asking for the Crown Jewels id definitely not get breakfast and dinner package again bit disappointed as wasn’t a cheap break.

Nice place to stay nice food would be better if the swimming pool was open.

Me and my fiance spent 5 day and night here for our anniversary and baby moon. And from start to finish the whole stay was totally amazing. The check in was quick, informative and great customer service. If you park in their car park you have to hand your key over, which my (over protective of his car) fiance had to do and when asked why the receptionist explained and reassured him. He can be quite stern but he's a sweetheart. The room was excellent. Clean and comfortable and plenty of space for us both. The swimming pool was fantastic and with me being pregnant, it made the whole stay worth while. And the young girls were ALWAYS cleaning and sanitizing everywhere they could after each person touched it. The gym kept my other half entertained on a morning and he even met a couple of locals who he enjoyed speaking to. The breakfast was to die for and we liked the fact that there was both well done and not so well done sausages and bacon and eggs so that everyone had a choice. The ladies is the cafe bar were always outstanding and made the best milkshakes. The food is just plentiful and definitely moorish. It even filled my always hungry other half. So well done! There was a lady behind the bar in the cocktail lounge, I never got her name, dark straight hair, possibly management. She was amazing and made me any virgin cocktail she could, with me being pregnant it made me feel like I was enjoying a sociable drink and not feeling left out. So thank you!

Fab weekend… 1st time staying here. Loved every minute. Staff go above and beyond to help out, food was amazing and nightly entertainment was great fun… many thanks for a wonderful weekend d.

Warm pool helpful staff. However food terrible in bistro.

We had tea and scones here one afternoon. Excellent value for money in very pleasant surroundings. Menu prices very reasonable compared to many others. Food Hygiene Rating of 5 out of 5. I've driven past here on many occasions and often wondered what it was like inside. Obviously I can't comment on the accommodations but most people seem happy with it.

Just arrived for our annual twixmas break, lovely atmosphere and great spacious family room. Looking forward to our stay.

Just got back from the weekend at the cliffs. I can not reccomend this hotel enough. It was perfect for us. We took a group of people with special needs. The staff were so friendly and helpful. They let one off our group go on stage and perform as Elvis. This made him so happy and he wont stop
talking about it lol. How many places would do that for him?.
The receptionist went out of her way to find a family we wanted to say thank you to as well.
The food was gorgeous and we all had full bellies. The waiters were lovely.
we were all kept busy with games room and swimming pool.
This hotel was perfect for us.
Thanks to you all. You made our group very happy this weekend.
They have all asked to come back. So see you again soon.

Just home from a 3 day stay at cliffs hotel, best hotel we've stayed in at Blackpool room was very spacious food was lovely staff were very friendly and helpful entertainment was brill for both adults and kids we've just booked again would highly recommend.

Always loved the Cliffs Hotel since being a little kid and now I’ve brought my little boy to experience the fun too! Great atmosphere, the staff are kind and helpful and the food is nice too!

I love the Cliffs Hotel, staff are all so friendly, the food is excellent. A lot of nice friendly people visit the hotel, we made a few nice friends. The whole experience was brilliant apart from my daughter flooding her bathroom and the water pouring into the cafe but there was no trouble changing her room and to a better one, weather was good too I can't wait for my next visit there…

The great quality and variety of food and always with a veggie option! Good bingo prizes and bright relaxing atmosphere in the big lounge.

My partner's parents booked us in for one night and will say the hotel, staff are lovely. The room we had was a nice cosy room with everything that you would need tv, tea and coffee, it was nice and clean. And the food there is so much choice and plenty for everyone. I would stay again.

The hotel is good in general, it's a bit dated but quite clean on the whole. The pool is an added bonus but where this hotel does Excel compared to most is in the restaurant. The food is fantastic and really good value. There is plenty to choose from and of surprising quality. The service staff where mostly really friendly and eager to help. I enjoyed my stay and thought it was quite reasonably priced to be fair so a big 4 stars from me… Thanks.

Lovely hotel at the 'quiet' end of Blackpool. Lovely food. We went with a large group, so they arranged for us to have a half price bar! Also had bingo and two acts every night while we were there. Decor is Art Deco in main areas, but modern comfort in the bedrooms.

Due to check out in the morning after a 3 night stay. Staff are so welcoming and extremely pleasant, games room is excellent good variety of games. Buffet breakfast is excellent, and evening meal was first class. Only thing I could fault the cliffs hotel on, is the heat that is in room, even with plug in fan which is provided, and window wide open, we felt that we were In a sauna which left us feeling uncomfortable at times. We stayed in room 254.

Fantastic entertainment for adults of all ages and for the kids it's the best I have seen even abroad in Spain and greece, Great itinerary and open till 11pm so adults can stay and have a drink in piece while the kids are not subjected to sat upfront of their phones or tablets! Family room was great, our 3 year old has only been in a big girl bed for 2 weeks and slept a dream.
Check in was swift no issue park g down side road.
Pool was tad on the warm side put ok. … Will be back!

What a fab Hotel. Surprised it’s only 2 Star. Great food, vary clean and helpful staff. Two points. Bring an Ely fan as it can get warm in the room and bring an extension lead as the rooms don’t have enough plugs really. Will definitely stay again.

Weekend away. Food very good and plenty of it. Rooms some smaller than others but were right for purpose. Bathroom could do with a spruce up. Room and bathroom very clean. Staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast, tea and toast could be served quicker and new tea pots. Overall, great place to stay and would go back.

Really like this place. Lovely food, friendly staff, mostly entertaining entertainment, swimming pool and jacuzzi, and a really competitive price. My only quibble is that a lot of the rooms are small and have views of brick walls or over the bins. But they are clean and well equipped. Would certainly go back.

Excellent weekend spent at the cliffs. Staff are great and nothing is too much trouble. Food is fantastic. Tram/Bus stop right outside the door. Will definitely return.

We are local residents and visited the pool recently so this is a review on that and not the hotel itself. The pool is very well maintained and staffed by pleasent and welcoming ladies, there is a bar area too for those wanting not to swim. The pool temperature is great and perfect for our 10 week old son who spent a full hour with us in the pool, lighting is great and so is the music playing throughout. We are going to make regular visits and for £4.50 its well worth it!

This hotel deserve at least 5 stars the staff service, food had no fault. After going hotels in Blackpool for years won't go any where else now a weekend to remember and definitely rates a return.

No frills, standard rooms food not great but all in all good value for money.

Had a two day short break and were very happy with our stay, our room was small but clean and comfortable, I am coeliac and was very impressed with the choices I had at breakfast there was a list of the cooked foods that were gluten free displayed on the hot counters and after talking to the restaurant manager I was assured that everything was cooked separately and it was all delicious we will be visiting again and will have dinner and try and find the time to have a swim, Thank you to all the lovely staff.

We have just spent a weekend here and we had a brilliant time! Food was amazing, buffet breakfast was always cooked well and plenty of choice and constantly topped up, same with the starters and desserts at evening meal. The food from the menu as part of our deal was just as great! We stayed in 230 and you would imagine it being noisy as it’s at the top of the stairs but the complete opposite (maybe we were just lucky) the staff are brilliant, very attentive and went out of their way to make sure we enjoyed our stay! We didn’t get to see the entertainment as we had plans away from the hotel but used the leisure facilities and they were just as good as everything else! A short tram ride into the main area of Blackpool and for £5 per adult for a day return was definitely worth it! I don’t understand why it is only a 2* hotel or why people complain so much, you get what you pay for and it’s definitely value for money! We will definitely be back and recommending to everyone! Thank you for helping us make our little break even better!

The catering is excellent with sandwiches in the cafeteria at lunchtime to die for! You must try the salmon sandwich. Very comfortable bed although the side view room was alittle small for a double. Hotel itself is of an age and a little tired but well maintained with a rolling programme of updating. Would recommend a stay.

Just got home from staying here after a lovely 3 day break had a fantastic time at this hotel everything was spot on and the customer service was exceptional. We were made to feel very welcome by the lovely staff and nothing was a problem to them. The pool is lovely and warm and the pool attendants were great! Breakfast was very tasty too. We did not have dinner here but the menu looked very appealing! Our room was one of the more outdated ones but we were happy with it very comfortable and slept very well! We loved the entertainment and there was something for everyone to enjoy the singers were fantastic! We will definitely be returning!

Lovely hotel. Great food. Very good amenities. Only problem was our room was above disco. And we had 2, 11, year old staying with us and the noise was pretty bad. But enjoyed our stay.

Our 4th visit here. The hotel has been mostly refurbished over recent years and is top class in that respect. The food is also very very good especially the starter buffet as part of the evening meal. Entertainment is mediocre but I wouldn't expect much else in Blackpool. I don't know why it is beyond them them to have some cask ales. The choice of beers in the bar is ok but very poor in the cafe area. The staff were mostly pleasant and helpful but we witnessed 2 elderly ladies being treated very poorly by the woman who seemed to be in charge of the dining room. They had been shown to a table which someone else had already reserved. When the other people complained the 2 ladies were almost treated like criminals. A very shabby way to treat paying guests who had done nothing wrong.

Excellent staff. Food is amazing rooms nice and clean. Pool clean and warm if a little on the small side. Downside: noise from entertainment at night is ridiculous. We were on second floor and could hear it very very loud kept us awake till midnight felt sorry for those on 1st floor. Noise from other rooms was horrendous too. Extractor fans from rooms adjoining and above can be clearly heard as if in own room also inconsiderate people slamming doors which hotel can't stop was bad too. Prices of drinks were astronomical even by hotel standards. Everything else brilliant. Would book again and reccomend it to anyone except those wanting an early night.

Superb stay, hotel under renovation but didn't interrupt our stay! The rooms are looking lovely and the wallpaper in reception is very classy! Service and food wad second to none we will be back soon x.

Been coming to this hotel for we reckon nearly 40 yrs. It is yet again getting parts uplifted & this is why we keep returning. They keep on top of renovations, the staff are great, food excellent, lovely ambience, fantastic deals price wise, what more could you want?!

Warm welcome on my arrival. Excellent menu. Surprised that returning to my room after breakfast the hotel cleaners had already cleaned and remade my bed. Changed the used towels. It was pleasing to see. Later a staff member knocked at my door to see if I was happy with the room. Excellent.

The Cliff hotel was friendly warm and welcoming. We had a great time. Food was good entertainment was good all round great stay.

Very nice, clean rooms and the staff were great. Drink prices were not that expensive either. Booked a staff Christmas do there and all 40 of us enjoyed it.

The staff are very professional, helpful and extremely friendly. The food is absolutely beautiful and it is first class. I would recommend the cliffs to anyone.

This is a wonderful hotel. It's at the top of my list for this country. The food is absolutely delicious we carnt fault it and the guests we have spoken to feel the same. The ambience is so relaxing with comfy armchairs in the Bistro. The entertainment is very good with lots going on throughout the day. There is a great swimming pool and bar with 3 gyms. I love the decor. And an especially the Bistro dining room and art decor staircase. The staff are pleasant and helpful. There are team and bishops right outside. The hotel is in a lovely seafront position. What else can I say! ABSOLUTELY EXCELLENT Thankyou Cliffs hotel.

This is a 2 star hotel but service is 5. Food is great, noone went hungry, even the fussy eaters. Pool is quite small, and we didn't use it, but others looked to be having fun. Our room at the back had the old sash window, with frosted glass for privacy. There was mould round the window, and bathroom looked tired, but generally the room was clean, and shower was good with plenty of hot water. Room had a radiator so you could control the temperature of the room with that and the window. The staff were wonderful from reception to cleaners to waiting on staff, always efficient and smiling. There looked to be plenty of them, so they weren't trying to do the work of 3 people like we've seen in other hotels. Even the request for Allen keys to fix a scooter was met within a minute! Buses and trams can be caught immediately outside the hotel.

We'll, you can eat for England here but be prepared to have to sleep it off. Price of a pint a bit heavy for Blackpool, around four pound. Just a word about sea views, a side view means what it says and sometimes a sea view means a little window on the world. Overall though a pleasant hotel with excellent staff, I think Polish staff in the main, excellent food and limited parking. Worth a visit.

Friendly clean hotel catering for mature people. Have stayed many times. The food is fantastic, decent entertainment and usually available at a good price.

Love it there. Rooms are nicely done. Food is amazingly good. Just come back from a break there but already booked for this month and taking my granddaughter's. They like it there as well.

Absolutely brilliant time staff friendly, really needs a zebra crossing outside the hotel you dice with death when you try and cross the road.

Pleasant place Sat in the coffee bar for a chat. Beer was reasonably price for a hotel. Service was good barman was nice and polite.

My 10yr old daughter and I had a great time here staff were friendly, the rooms comfortable and clean and the food was lovely we'll definitely come again x.

Have had a good holiday here food good lots of it staff very helpful very clean entertainment very good except a duo called Oxygene who were extremely too loud two stuck out who were amazing that was Sheila's and D3VA comediens very entertaining.

Needs updating, the rooms are basic but have everything needed. The restaurant and cafe service very nice food. The main restaurant for breakfast is buffet style and starters and desserts are of an evening so there is something for everyone. The pool is lovely but can get a little over crowded. Entertainment is typical Blackpool but good. Close enough to everywhere but far enough away that your not right in the centre.

Getting the family together at the same time is always hard, so we made it a special occasion at the place we always went to going up. Still a gorgeous hotel with great service, food and entertainment.

Lovely hotel, great location. The rooms and corridors are a little tired and could maybe benefit from a bit of updating but they are clean and serviceable. The restaurant is lovely. Breakfast is exceptional and the system of allocating a table for the duration of your stay works perfectly. Really friendly staff.

Me my husband son neice and nephew checked into the Cliffs hotel on the 13th October for a two night break. We had booked the family room and on reading some reviews on our way down to Blackpool I really didn't know what to think. I collected the key and took the lift to our room to find a very spacious fresh lovely bright room (not the dungeon that had been previously reviewed by others). Food is fantastic and the buffet idea for Starter and Dessert for evening meal allows you to eat as much or as little as u wish and main course is chosen from a very good menu. Breakfast is the same with cereals galore fruit and juices and a cooked breakfast buffet fit for a king. Staff are very nice and willing to help with anything at all. Entertainment with cabaret in the evening with children welcome aswell. So to the person that wrote the review on the cliffs that nearly made us turn round and head back to Scotland. Did u really stay here! I don't think so. We will be back. Xxxxxx.

The Cliffs will take some beating beautiful hotel, beautiful food, spotles ly clean and fantastic staff.

Nice hotel friendly staff went up for works xmas party 4 course dinner 5 out 5 * for that. Excellent entertainment from in house band and disco Looking forward to next year.

The best hotel in Blackpool great food entertainment is fabulous and staff are friendly been going too the cliffs twice a year for the last ten years also my parents go four times a year never had a bad holiday there.

I stayed at the cliffs for 2 nights, I was given the wrong room after paying for a sea view when I asked about this I was told I would have to pay more to be moved rooms. When I left and arrived back home I seen they had charged me another £65 on top of the £130 I had already paid. When I called to get this refunded the girl was extremely rude and hung up the phone on me. I have not been able to get through since.
