Cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. Clean, great location in easy walking distance of beach, tower, Winter Gardens etc. And with a uniquely magical decor. Paul the owner is a diamond bloke, old skool. Extremely helpful, friendly and happy ❤ As a single woman travelling alone I can also fully recommend it to any others. Booked for next year's rebellion festival already… if you find something good, why change it ❤ thank you so much Paul, until the next time, stay safe xx.
Stayed here no hot water or heating dirty place got told you get what you paid for me and my partner don’t smoke but the Hotel smelt bad of smoke and bedding was disgusting looked like quilt and pillows had been took out of someone’s wheelie bin would not recommend to no one stay clear.

The Shanklin Hotel is for couples and Families. The stays there don't come with a breakfast option but there are plenty of cafes about and it means you get a longer sleep. The room I stayed in was clean. It was room 4. Double and a single. Single was spare and I wasn't charged for it. I would visit again. It wasn't the Ritz so don't go expecting the decor to be like that. I just wanted clean and quiet and thats what I got.
