We stayed here for the weekend, it was more for our event I was hosting hence to stay in Blackpool, the hotel was a bit further out from train station but we managed to find it in the end, lovely hotel and host, staff member were fab and also breakfast was lovely. We would like to thank the owners for our stay and hopefully to come back and stay again soon. Thank you for the pen :) be safe and take care

Everything! the whole stay was lovely, great hosts, wonderful breakfast, good family room with having a 14 and 11 year old who don't want to sleep with mum and dad having the little off set room was great for them and the ps2 was just added the bonus for them.

We stayed here as a family of 3 at the weekend. Had a lovely family room slept like a log the bed was so comfortable, we had clean towels an toiletries provided in the room on arrival. Tea coffee milk and sugar kettle and even a fridge in the room. Also had a PlayStation so my daughter was happy with that. Now for the breakfast it was absolutely amazing full English each morning and we was offered more. Simon an Rhona were so lovely nothing was to much trouble for them, they are the nicest couple ever and work very hard, but you can see their hard work as this hotel is decorated beautifully. I have stayed in a lot of places in Blackpool over the years an this place is by far the best so if your thinking of a trip I highly recommend you stay here you will not be disappointed. We have just had a lovely 2 nights stay here! Room was clean and warm! Simon n Rhoda were very welcoming and looked after my family and myself very well! Very child friendly! (I had 5 yr twins)

Beautiful little bnb located out of the busy town centre. This is the second time myself and my mum have stayed here. Simon and Rona are very friendly and would do anything to make you welcome. Rooms are spotless with tvs playstation selection of dvds. Downstairs the lounge and bar area have selection of xbox, board games and books. Breakfast is amazing you have a choice of everything from full english breakfast to cereal, toast and fruit with tea coffee and fresh Juices to choose from. Simon and rona are a very friendly couple they take time to have a chat for each and every guest. Nothing is a task to hard for them we will definitely be back from time to time The only negative comment we can say is we havent stayed long enough Thank you very much for making us feel welcome xx.

Quieter location, North end of pier. Very welcoming and helpful hosts. Comfortable and clean rooms. Tea/coffee, ironing facilities. Hairdryer, fridge, TV in room, Wi-Fi in public areas, but also good reception in room. Decorative Oriental theme throughout the hotel.

We love this hotel, we used to come regularly but had not been for a few years for various reasons however it was like we had never been away.
Simon and Rhona are amazing hosts and to say you are made welcome is an understatement I k ow it sounds corny but you do genuinely arrive as a guest and leave as a friend ❤️.
Cannot recommend it highly enough.

Lovely hotel run by a lovely couple that will make your stay a brilliant one. Nothing is to much trouble.

Best B&B in Blackpool by far! Rhona & Simon are brilliant hosts, they go out of their way to make sure your stay is perfect! The cooked breakfast is absolutely beautiful. Great selection of fruits, cereal, toast, juices etc, all lovely & fresh, & unless you have hollow legs you'll be full til wayyy past lunch! Me my wife and kids had a wonderful stay the food is a1 the host Simon rohna are top class very frendly and helpful room are very good and bed one of the best sleeped in this is a a1 hotel would recommend it to anyone who wants in Blackpool thank you very much.

The rooms are nice and clean. Great breakfast. Host (Simon) was helpful. Wi-fi in the rooms. We had a walk on the front and watched the sun go down.

Don't know why it's advertised as an hotel its a guest house. Ok for one night stay.

Fantastic break Hotel room was spacious and very well kept. Bathroom was clean and not a mark on anything. The room was well equipped with toiletries, tea and coffee, biscuits and magazines. In our family room there was a PlayStation which is great for keeping kids entertained. Hotel is close to the Cliffs Hotel tram station and not too far to walk. (We found with other hotels whilst close to the tram line it was quite a walk to an actual station) Simon and Rhona are amazing and nothing is too much trouble. Breakfast was amazing and the best quality produce we have experienced in a hotel. They accommodated our little girl like family and specially prepared an alternate breakfast to suit her. We can not recommend the hotel enough. We will deffinatley be returning on our next Blackpool getaway.

Excellent bed and breakfast, warm and friendly, clean and comfortable, good food great breakfast this is the 6th year we have stayed and we will be back again as nothing is too much trouble for the owner's Rhona and Simon. Can highly recommend.

Fantastic small family run hotel. Can't fault the friendly, helpful owners. Cosy rooms with good amenities. And the best breakfast in Blackpool.

My husband and I have just returned from a 2 night stay with Simon and Rhona and can say that they were very welcoming, very helpful with things to do and the bedroom was very clean and very warm. The breakfast is superb, one of the best we have had. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who is wanting a holiday in Blackpool, lovely hosts, hotel and breakfast.

Had a lovely stay at the Guilderoy hotel, Simon and Rhona were very welcoming, the room we had was lovely and warm, had plenty of room with everything we needed, the room was en-suite with a BATH and the bed was beautifully comfortable, the breakfast was delicious and plentiful. Friendly service good location.

When I went to the hotel the food was lovely the room we stayed in was also epic. The Wi-Fi however had massive probs. Overall though lovely service. Food and bar. Great value for money I would definitely come to this hotel!

We booked for two nights here and can honestly say you could not want for more. Our grandson, who is four, didn't want to leave Simon and Rhona are both lovely hosts who make you very welcome. The room was lovely and clean with everything you need in there, plus more! The breakfasts are all freshly cooked and extremely filling. We will definitely go back there. Thank you both for looking after us.

Super hosts near to seafront but away from the main hustle and bustle. The food is top notch.

2nd time at new guilderoy and as before simon and rhona could not do enough for us. Excellent customer service for all their guests and will go out their way to help you. Already booked for next year. Best place I have stayed in blackpool and would recommend highly.

Couldn't have wished for a warmer welcome for our first experience of Blackpool. Charmingly quirky, great breakfast-Simon knows how to cook an omlette!

A well run hotel with a level of service second to none. From arrival Simon and Rhonna offer you the best service possible-room was spotless and food was delicious with plenty of choice for breakfast. Would recommend for anyone looking for that home from home experience.

The room was basic but very clean, would have been nice to have a small fridge in the room for cold drinks as we dont drink tea or coffee and the room was very warm, The bed was very comfortable we slept well. The welcome was warm and the hosts very attentive, For the price the breakfast was amazing and good quality. We would highly reccomend the new guildroy and hope to stay again.

Another brilliant time with Simon and Rhona, excellent food as usual, going back again in October and can't wait.

Simon and Rhona are fantastic host's they make you feel very welcome. Breakfast is excelent and is of great standard. Hotel is very clean and welcoming, would recomend to anyone visiting Blackpool. Would say the room could be updated a bit and a bit more colourfull but overall fantastic place to stay.
