Just home from a 4 night stay my wife, myself and 3 boys. Must say sarah and ken were very friendly and most welcoming, nothing was too much trouble for them, room was nice and comfortable, and the boys enjoyed their own room space with shower within our accomadation area… breakfast was full english with selection of cereals and fruit n yoghurts, enough to fill you up for the busy day ahead, location is perfect. Just out the door turn left and you are on the promenade. Everything and all the attractions within walking distance or if you prefer a tram, stop not too far to walk to, great guesthouse to stay with a residents bar for a few drinks in the evening, if ever back in blackpool this will be where we book again… many thanks…

Stayed last night great location they even gave up their packing space for our car The rooms are well equipped both clean and comfortable with plenty of extra personal touches. At breakfast we were made to feel very welcome and nothing was too much trouble the breakfast itself has to be one of the best and we certainly left feeling full Thank you again Sarah for a wonderful stay I am sure we will be back soon regards Steve and Denise Greenwood.

A lovely clean B &B. Sarah and Ken are very friendly and helpful. Sarah cooks a fantastic breakfast (normally too much) and Ken makes a perfect waiter. The beds are so comfy. This was my 4th visit and it certainly won't be my last. Thank you both.

Our second stay here. Again made to feel really welcome. Thank you so much. Beds are so comfy and rooms spotless. Kids loved having a room to themselves with their own shower breakfast really tasty yet again. Although we struggled to finish this morning but so so tasty. Can't wait to come back again! Me and my family stayed at shananagens been twice now it's home from home Sarah & ken r such lovely people it's such a beautiful place to stay we was made so welcome breakfast was so hummy 100% amazing we will deffo b returning thank you Sarah for everything cu soon loads of love from lisa&family xx.

Fun, casual bar, great music, staff and atmosphere.

Made to feel vey welcomed would definitely recommend friends and family to go and the owners couldn't help you out enough have a fantastic time.

Location perfect Sarah and fella are so welcoming and friendly. Stayed in room 10 was decorated lovely all in purples, had en-suite, bottle of water, tea, coffee etc. Bes has memory foam mattress soooo comfortable not hard an not too soft. Breakfast you get to choose what to have on fry up all cooked fresh, they will even get stuff in if you ask, also cereals, fruit an yogurt, tea and coffee. Really feels like home away from home, I stay with family so 6 adults, 1 teenager, 10 an 9yr old, 2 x 1yr olds an a 3year old, as we had a birthday we were able to do cake in lounge. All the children loved it and we are booking for later in the year again.
