We have just come back from our second visit to this hotel and I would recommend it to anyone. The owner Sue is absolutely lovely, she is very helpful and she goes out of her way to help you. The hotel is very clean and tidy, we have booked again to go back in a couple of months thanks Sue.

Very basic, no breakfast so would say was definatley not worth the £65 for one night. Bed was clean, but didnt find the manager very friendly, felt like we were imposing when we decided to sit in the so called lounge. Would not recommend this hotel, plenty more that are cheaper and include breakfast.

Wasn’t the best hotel I’ve stayed in but certainly not the worst our room was very dated sink in the bedroom shower didn’t work very well toilet didn’t flush and radiator didn’t work! But both my son and I had a very good nights sleep as the bed was very comfortable and the host was very polite and helpful you get what you pay for!

Me and my 2 friends Just got back from a wkend here and got to say was a lovely stay owner was very nice and also helpful. Room was lovely beds were comfy hotel was lovely.

Clean and cheerful and friendly situated by the South pier couple of minutes from the tram stop which takes 10 minutes to the tower and city centre or if it's a lovely day about 30 minutes to Walk on the sea front.

MY experience with this hotel was a nightmare with the "RUDE MANAGER"! I booked for this hotel with my children for a short break. Their family room was so small, dusty desk not to talk about the bathroom oh! my God you can't even stretch your hand to shower. You won't believe that my room was left uncleaned the next day when I reported it to the manager, she acted very rude at me and walked out of me and I ended up cleaning it myself! Be warned, do not book for this hotel.

Highly recommend. Friendly staff rooms clean and well equipped tea and coffee facilities.

Beds were uncomfortable. Showers didn't work very well. No breakfast available even though it is a B&B. Isn't baby friendly. Not much entertainment.

The room was great but no breakfast and the bathroom was very small and a tight squeeze to get on to the toilet.

Very disappointed the shower/toilet way too small. No breakfast when we booked we were told full English breakfast. Shower went off when we spoke to owner she replied nothing to with me. My partner will fix it when he gets out of bed then when we told her about the switch was very hot she replied what ever. What a bad attitude. The bar had a pool table in there but was locked most of the time. I must say the beds were comfy. Would never stay again wish we read reviews first. Wouldnt recommend to anyone. Have stayed in a lot of guest houses this was by far the worst.

Manager was very helpful. Hotel wasn't the best, small rooms. But the woman who owns it was vile. She was running round the hotel screaming at everyone telling them to get to bed calling them silly 'f***s'. Walked into our room screaming at us. Then I heard her get dragged upstairs by her partner I assume, screaming get to bed you silly 'c***'. Your pissed, don't take it out on the guests. Then I heard a huge thump and then silence… Decided leave at 6 in morning it was that bad, thank god I didn't have my child! I'm sure the manager packed his bags and left the same morning!

Shocking leaking toilet peeling paper smelt damp leaking ceiling from room above mould round the shower plug socket hanging off the waal broken light told them he kust said will have a look not even a sorry stay away.

Constant excuses from the hotelier, his wife was very helpful and was able to kind of sort out the booking error they had made, absence of breakfast and lack of parking spaces made a lasting bad impression.

Fantastic could. Nt find a better place to stay big thanks to tracy and mark from moment we arrived to morning we left they looked after us thanks again.
