A very warm welcome from Jo & Andy. Everything was explained about guidelines and information about the Rossal B&B. Jo showed us up to room and it was spotless and smelt really fresh. Guest information book is very informative. The beds very comfortable and we had a lovely nights sleep. The breakfast was perfect. Jo was very attentive. We could not fault any-thing. Would definitely recommend. Thank you guys. ❤

Me and my husband booked a 2 night stay here. From start to finish the stay was wonderful. Joe and Andy were extremely welcoming, friendly and professional. The room was spotless and lovely to stay in. The location was perfect in the middle of the Tower and pleasure beach with the tram stop a couple of minutes walk. The breakfast was tasty with a very helpful and hard working young lady delivering a 5* service (could teach my 9yr old what hard work is lol) and there’s parking which is always a plus in Blackpool! Had a gin and Prosecco cocktails which started the evening of right. Will definitely be back with the kids next time thank you for a wonderful stay.

We had a fantastic first stay, jo and Andy are very welcoming and made us feel at home, very clean throughout, our room was very spacious jo managed to accommodate us to a larger room, breakfast was lovely, dont think you will ever forget paul doubling up lol, we will be returning and will definitely recommend to anyone, thankyou for a lovely stay x.

A beautiful B&B run by lovely people. We were made to feel welcome before we even arrived with a courtesy text from Andy & Jo. Our family room for 5 was immaculate and spacious… the breakfast was amazing. We will definitely be back!

Had a really good stay at Rossall house. The room was lovely and had everything you could need. The owners were lovely and welcoming. And the breakfast was delicious. Overall the stay was great and would definitely go again, as another good thing is that it is really close to the promenade and south station.

Just returned home from a lovely weekend at this place and I really couldn't reccomend it highly enough. The hosts Andy and Jo are lovely and very welcoming. The atmosphere of this place is lovely. Its spotlessly clean throughout and the breakfast is really good. It's in a great location close to all the places you would want to visit being less than a 10min walk from blackpool south station. We loved it so much rebooked for next year before we left.

Brilliant stay from start to finish. Stayed in 5 bed rooms for 2 nights, rooms were spotless clean, breakfast was amazing and nothing was a bother to Jo & Andy. Loved it that much we've only been home half an hour and have booked for next year. Reccomend 110%

Just returned from a short break with my daughter and have had a great time. Thank you so much Jo and Andy you definitely have a great little b&b which offers comfort and a very friendly atmosphere. Breakfast here is lovely and nothing has been too much trouble we will definitely be returning again and will recommend to all of my family and friends as a place to stay in Blackpool. Grace is very friendly to all of the children and I am sure she has already made lots of new friends I know my Poppy enjoyed playing games with her and the other children who were there. So if you are looking for some where to stay then please give Jo and Andy a call I guarantee you won’t be disappointed.

This was our first time in Blackpool and I don't think we could have stayed in a better place! Jo, Andy and Grace are genuinely friendly and represent Blackpool in a positive light. The breakfast has got to be the best I've ever had. We greatly appreciated the kindness and beautiful accommodation. I definitely recommended Rossall House.

The best B&B we've stayed in in Blackpool! I stayed last weekend with my other half and 3 year old — We were in the triple room and it was perfect! Would definitely recommend it to young families. Andy, Jo and Grace were perfect hosts and we felt at home straight away! The whole place was spotless with beautiful decor, a great view of the tower and perfect little touches to keep my little girl happy! It had a lovely bathroom, although I'm heavily pregnant and couldn't quite f…it in the shower We had a great nights sleep — bed was very comfy and it was very peaceful. It's a great location, half way between south pier and central pier, and a minutes walk from the promenade and tram stop. Breakfast was lovely and lots of variety. The Full English was delish Would highly recommend — We'll be back for sure! Xx.

This place is a little gem! Really warm welcome off jo and Andy on our late arrival. The whole place Is spotlessly clean and well kept. Beds were very comfortable. Lovely breakfast and accommodated me with soya milk. Will definitely be using again and would highly recommend.

From the moment myself and my daughter stepped through the door nothing was too much trouble. Jo and Andy were so friendly and efficient and gave such a warm welcoming. Breakfast in the morning was excellent we had everything we needed and we was always checked on to see if we wanted anything else. Its a shame we only stayed just for one night but I found this to be a well presented, comfortable hotel and literally only minutes away from the sea front couldn't fault anything about our stay at all such great value for money. And I will Certainly be recommending this hotel to anyone who may be visiting Blackpool. I will definetly be returning back myself.

Our first stay ever at blackpool and what a lovely hotel we stayed in. I booked this hotel on a previous review about the owners being friendly, so thoat would be perfect for us as we had our children with us. We were not disappointed at all… hubby always books into holiday inn, so for him to like the hotel was a big YES for us. Will defiantly be staying again. Not to forget we went over for my boys birthday, joe and Andy went that extra mile and put birthday decorations in the kids room and balloons. Birthday boy was very pleased… and the smiles kept on coming after the suprise little birthday cake he got from the owners for breakfast… thank you very much guys… couldn't have asked for anything more. With us having our children with us the most important factor was that we felt comfortable and you guys fulfilled that. Sorry guys! was ment to be a short review but has turned into an essay… 10/10++++

Rossall house is a great place to stay in Blackpool, room was a nice size with everything you need, comfy bed, TV, tea and coffee ensuite bathroom, everything was spotlessly clean and tidy, Andy and Jo are really nice people, very professional but at the same time making you feel very welcome breakfast was fantastic too! I would definitely recommend to any of my friends.

We visit Blackpool every year and have stayed in many places but none have been so clean, homely and welcoming as Rossall House. We stayed in November with our 3 children (1 of which was only 4 months old) and Jo and Andy made us feel incredibly welcome. The room was very comfortabe, exceptionally clean and huge! plenty of space to accommodate all 5 of us! Breakfast was spot on, our 10 year old was very impressed! We have just booked again for the summer and we can't wait! x.

Really friendly and helpfull owners. It was our daughters birthday and they made her a cake with candles! The room was spotless. All freshly decorated throughout the B&B. The breakfast was good quality too. All cooked to order. Definatley worth the money & definatley the best B&B we have stayed in Blackpool.

Absolutely loved this bnb absolutely spotless throughout I stayed in the petite double room with my child room immaculate and comfy with chocolate laid out for my daughter food was amazingly fresh and tasty wide variety of cereals and juices and a delicious cooked breakfast both owners go above and beyond to please guests and cater for their every need will definitely stay again when in blackpool so amazingly friendly and welcoming like home from home.

They genuinely did go the extra mile to make sure that they stay felt special. From the pre arrival texts / emails to the friendly departure, it was really excellent. Rooms clean, with above average amenities, and friendly and welcoming hosts. Well done, you've done a tremendous job, and for us, it was a pleasure to stay.

We stayed at this hotel on 13th September 17 and I would highly recommend. The hotel is spotless and the owners Andy and Jo and not forgetting their adorable daughter are lovely making us both feel very welcome, nothing was too much trouble (she's going to be the next owner ha ha). The breakfast was to die for and again they were very attentive that we were both happy with the food and accomadation. I have stayed in some hotels in Blackpool but this is the best yet. So if your going to Blackpool give this hotel a look you won't be disappointed we certainly will be staying again x.

Rossall House is a fabulous B&B in the ideal location to all of Blackpools top attractions, it's a 5 minute walk to the tower! The B&B is lovely and clean, the sheets are fresh and breakfast is to die for! The bathroom is spotlessly clean. Jo and Andy were the perfect example of fantastic customer service, offering advice on the local attractions and restaurants. The bar is well stocked and is open in the evening. I would thoroughly recommend Rossall House for anyone visiting Blackpool.

Car park to the rear takes a bit of finding but narrow passage navigated. Family room for 2 adults has a double and a large single bed, en-suite shower room. Very comfortable. Definitely recommend this place.

This review is long overdue! I stayed here with my partner and other family members for a long weekend over Halloween. To say the hosts are accommodating would be a huge understatement! They honestly do go out of their way to please everyone. They are also very knowledgeable on the local area, very impressed! The breakfasts are delicious, the rooms are clean, there is a nice little bar for winding down in the evenings. Only hole I could pick on the whole experience would be noise from the people in the room above, but this has more to do with the guests than the hosts! Almost forgot to mention, we come back from the town on Halloween to find the whole place decorated like a spooky house! Brilliant touch! Would not hesitate to stay here again, and no doubt will be back in the future!
