This hotel has just changed hands. The weekend of August 10th 2018, is the present landlord's first weekend. I had booked a room in The Lark Inn, next door but one, but they overbooked, so got to be the FIRST customer. The single room, great space and ensuite, TV, a bloody fantastic shower, that's not like others, dank and trickling, this one is an electric shower that actually works! Room is clean and well presented, the guest lounge is comfortable, as is the dining room. Breakfast served as early or as late as you want it. Full English Breakfast, or a combination. Quite rear bedroom, away from the noises. The hotel is situated about 250 meters away from the sea, close to both the pier and the tower. The host is fantastic, very amenable. I wish you health, happiness and subsequently success in your new venture. highly recommended.

I would like 2 state that the graydon hotel has been closed over 10weeks and is still closed under refurbishment, good news is somebody will b taking over very shortly hope you all enjoy ur stays with us when we finally open still a few jobs on going sorry for any inconvenience caused xx.

Bed bugs! I stayed at the Graydon for one night. I woke up at 3am to take some ibuprofen. Upon switching the bedroom light on, I saw two bedbugs crawling on the duvet. After seeing this, I could no longer sleep in that bed so tried to get some rest downstairs in the lounge which was hard. At 8am I notified the landlord of the issue who apologised and said I would not have been put in that room had they have known. The landlord asked for my BACS details to refund me but I have not received the refund. Needless to say I will not be returning.

Spent a night here a month ago and Mark the manager was very hospitable. Breakfast was lovely, the bedroom was clean, very satisfied. I hear Mark may be leaving soon, so whomever takes over will have bug boots to fill!

Fantastic place just out of the centre. Would recommend anyone to stay here. Well furnished lovely clean looking and smelling rooms. Top notch service too, with a good breakfast option in the morning! Thanks!

Small B&B in the north pier area of Blackpool, approx 2 blocks away from the promenade. Small single rooms, but very cosy and homey type atmosphere. Good value for money and away from all the noisy areas, but close enough to walk.

Mark gave us a great welcome and we felt really at home here. It's clean, comfortable, affordable and original!

Friendly helpful staff who cook a mean English breakfast! Rooms were clean and comfy and very affordable.

The hotel and the guy that works there was fantastic I'd definitely recommend staying here and I'd definitely come back too.

Fab hotel landlord is brilliant and the room is fab, We had ground floor, Breakfast is fab, landlord can sign language a bit we was surprised that he learn to sign Because we are deaf. Next time we will back again…

Beautifully decorated and furnishings but too much, lovely host. Bathroom on the small side, powerful shower. Central location.

Excellent host, very friendly and a brilliant breakfast. Room was a bit smaller than were used to but it was a busy weekend. Slept very well. Would definitely visit again. Chris and Steve.

Truly a wonderful experience. Hotel owners Mark and Lola were fantastic hosts. They were kind and accommodating. They went over and beyond to make sure that we were comfortable and having a good stay. They gave excellent recommendations in regards to daytime activities. I look forward to staying there again. If you have any questions at all don't hesitate to contact them before booking and they will give you an reassurances you need. I would absolutely stay there again!

Great place to stay if you want to be somewhere quieter but not too far away from nightlife. The room was pleasant, I was happy with the facilities provided (tea, coffee, biscuits, towels etc) and the room was classier than a normal Blackpool B&B. The room was small but cosy and the bed was comfortable. I would stay here again easily.

Amazing price for value, location is perfect for visiting attractions, closeness to a pub for breakfast if you don't fancy their own amazing breakfast and close to the train station. Mark (the manager) is incredibly helpful… couldn't recommend it more.

This hotel now has new owners who are lovely. Had a really nice stay would go back again.

My partner and I stayed at the graydon in October Mel wad a fantastic host and we made to feel very welcome while we stayed there nothing was to much trouble we would define try stay there again.

Nice friendly greeting lovely chizy room looked after our luggage for us on departure day for a while top guy nice to chat to will defnatley stay again when next in blackpool thank you lovley stay.
