I actually felt really sorry for the owners. They can’t really win with some of the guests.
Spotlessly clean good rooms. Friendly service. Sky sports and a large tv. Shame about the 2 sets of young couples that decided to get intoxicated with something!
And chose to begin shouting and charging about arguing and crying — involving their friends upstairs.
1 am. 3 am and 5 am. The owners sorted them out — politely — as soon as I rang. Not the hotels fault. But very little sleep.
Because of Covid we only had a bacon and sausage bap delivered to room for breakfast which was also disappointing but no ones fault.
These are strange times and I felt the owners were polite and friendly and doing their best.

The hotel is COVID safe and was well prepared when we got here, all nice and tidy. Lovely night sleep. Good sea view, overall a good stay. Sad to leave, definitely be coming back. Recommend to anyone.

Great little family hotel! Rooms were spotless, the family flat we had was brilliant 2 bedrooms for a bit extra space. Parking also provided! Nothing was too much for the lady who ran it and the guy who worked the evenings (sorry didn’t her your names). Games room with things for the kids and a pool table! Would definitely stay again!

Nice clean rooms situated very near the strip and has parking.

The staff were very helpful and friendly from the moment we first contacted them over the phone to the moment we left. the hotel is spotless. the breakfast is immense. bed very comfortable. would highly recommend to families.

If your after a break then I highly recommend here Diane was so helpful and we couldn’t appreciate it enough always made us feel welcome. We came here for our honeymoon as we got married on the 19.09.19 and they did our suite so nice as you can see in the pictures we will be planning on coming here for our anniversary every year thank you so much xx :) 5

Me and my partner have just come back from a 2 night stay with Ashley Victoria, we really enjoyed our stay and diane and her team are fantastic. So helpful, go above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. Buffet breakfast was nice had a good selection, bed was really comfy. The only minor faults we have is the shower plumbing is wrong so the hot is cold and cold is hot, which I think we should of been made aware of and the in house bar was a bit pricey. Other than that I couldn't fault this place we was even offered a fan for our room as it was warm. Well done keep up the good work.

Location brilliant very nice rooms and wonderfully clean. However Bar was never open therefore access to lounge area was also locked so no where apart from room to sit. Breakfast room locked and only unlocked at 9am making toast was a real faff but choice of breakfast foods very good. A little more thought as to where toilet roll holders where positioned as we had to sit sideways on toilet to avoid having to keep your hand in air to prevent catching it on holder sorry wont be going back.

2nd year at the hotel and again the staff are friendly and helpful. Spacious rooms with sky TV and coffee and tea, nice fresh beds and a continental and English buffet. Will be ringing again soon to book again.!

Stayed with my girlfriend for 2 nights, room is okay but deffo not 4 star as they claimed. Reception staff were pretty much absent 24/7 and some appliances didnt even work in the room. Can recomend if your staying for business and want to just lay back and watch sky TV but wouldnt stay again for leisure purposes.

Really nice hotel. Reasonably priced for what you get which includes breakfast which was lovely and very fresh. Staff couldn't of been any nicer, very welcoming and friendly. The room was clean and modern, loved that sky TV was provided as well as a kettle, tea and coffee. Will definitely be staying here again when I next come to Blackpool.

Very nice welcome from Diane we stayed for 2 nights in a double room which was very clean, sky tv, free Wi-Fi and a good breakfast also towels and room serviced within 24 hrs we would recommend staying here. (our age group 60+)

Stayed here on Saturday room 14. Room was spot on immaculate clean brekkie top notch pancakes lush our 4 poster bed was lovely n comfy deffo stay here again Big pat on the back to you.

Stayed here a month ago now but only just had time to leave a review, we had been looking at a few hotels available but my god did we make the BEST decision ever to book here at Ashley Victoria. If you book over the phone you are guaranteed parking at no extra cost, the owner and her family are so wonderful and friendly and can't do enough for you. The rooms are very clean, are modern and have Sky TV in the rooms on a modern tv. The buffet breakfast in the morning was perfection, everything was cooked and presented perfectly and the homemade pancakes were too delicious — I'm determined to get the recipe next time we go back because I tell you this now, we wouldn't choose anywhere else now we've stayed here as was even better than our stays at the bigger hotels in blackpool. Loved it that much we have already booked again for the next event we are attending in blackpool.

Nice clean rooms only down side we had was the shower could not get the power to get a shower very slow.

We've just had a lovely family weekend in Blackpool and stayed at the Ashley Victoria. Lovely clean rooms, friendly owner and staff. Brilliant buffet breakfast — something for everyone. Very close to many amenities. Would definitely return.

We stayed Friday 16th the hotel was more than we expected. Staff friendly, helpful and even let us upgrade to luxury room with 6ft bed and jacuzzi which made my fiancé bday treat even more special. Breakfast was good just what we needed after a night of drinking. Once again thank you for a lovely stay we will be booking again.

This Hotel is the perfect spot when staying in blackpool and the owner is a lovely lady. There's a private car park, Wi-Fi, all the rooms have sky TV and there's games consoles in the rooms that have bunk beds for kids. We're a family of 3 and had a lovely weekend here Also had the best fish and chips from Yorkshire fisheries which is about 10mile away I think.

4 star guest house thats quiet and ideal for families not wanting to deal with the noise on a night. Rooms cleaned daily and thw staff are friendly. The bar is very basic though and all the pumps were out of service so you had to buy bottles. Only one brand though, Budweiser.

Stayed here for 2 nights 3rd to 5th nov, such a lovely very clean n friendly hotel. Diane and wally make you feel more than welcome. Comfortable beds, sky tv, breakfast buffet was ace. Would definately stay again and definately recommend and stay again.

Good central location. Water pressure upstairs not brilliant. Slight smell of damp in room. Therefore, expensive for facilities provided. Comfortable and central, not far from all attractions.

Me and my wife and baby went on the 13th to 15th off October and the staff were very helpful and friendly the rooms are very clean very good breakfast we will be going back in the future and will be taking are disabled sun to very good keep up the good work.

This is a great hotel, very clean and tidy, very friendly and helpful staff, not far from tower or piers, warm cosy and inviting, hope to visit here again in the near future.

Very friendly staff and the hotel is nicely situated about a minutes walk to the beach. The hotel features guest Wi-Fi, a pool table, a bar, ipads and sky TV in all of the rooms. I enjoyed my stay here.

Currently staying in this hotel after a long 5 hour drive to get here. The staff have been brilliant so far — rooms are very clean. Down stairs at the bar is great they have iPads for the kids to play on1 a pool table and alot of toys to keep the kids amused. No faults with this hotel at all and will defiantly be back!

I feel empaled to tell you all about my horrid experience but I will spare you the gory and tell you to use your better judgement and DO NOT believe any GOOD reviews about this place above 1 star. Its all true and you will be saving yourself a lot of heartache and money. They should rename the bnb — Nightmare Towers…

Stay away — scammers and possibly the rudest people in blackpool if not the world… vile, grotty little b&b save yourself the money and sleep on the beach… the sand will be better to east than their breakfast or putting up with abuse from the 'so-called' manager (who is actually the owner) — place should be reported and shut down. And their was a cockroach in my bathroom. From the deepest part of my soul — stay away and do not let these nasty people ruin your time in beautiful blackpool. Honestly, dave.

Hi we came on Friday till Sunday the hotel food and staff were amazing even our disabled room will we always recommend this hotel in future even my mom, she was not happy with her hotel thanku Diane x.

Fantastic location, 1 minute from the beach and 10 from pleasure beach. Rooms were clean and well. Kept. Very quiet hotel and fit the bill for us.

Great breakfeast, great service very polite, lovely manager happy to help. Very good location 15 minutes walk from black pool tower and 10 minute walk from pleasure beach amusement park. The beach is 2 minute walk up the road I'd recommend a great restaurant called new York snack bar.

Stayed there for one night, and even that was too long. Your first impressions are usually spot on, and from pulling up outside this hotel the first impression was not very good. From the outside the hotel looked run down, the entrance was filthy with rubbish & cigarette ends littering the front steps, the windows looked like they hadn't been cleaned in months, and there was rough looking people maybe guests loitering around the front door shouting and swearing. At this point I should have turned the car around and found some alternative accommodation but decided to give it the benefit of the doubt. Once through the front door there was nobody at the reception desk, which had a Bates Motel feel about it and once we had checked in and paid, things went from bad to worse confirming our first initial impressions. On our grand tour the facilities were of a very poor standard, the halls were dingy & dark with cracks along the windows/skirting's, the walls were dirty/stained. This place obviously hadn't been refurbished this century and judging by the amount of sand and what I hope was Ice Cream stains on the carpets, they hadn't seen a hoover or a carpet cleaner for about the same amount of time. Then we were pointed in the direction of our so called Deluxe family room which is falsely advertised by the hotel.

Nice enough but not sure how it got 4star rating. The room was spacious and clean however the window handle was missing in the main room so couldn't open and the window was locked in the bathroom making it a bit stuffy not to mention if there was a fire. Also after leaving the shower running for 5 minutes it was still ice cold, rang reception to be told the tap was back to front and if I turned it to cold it would get hot. Surely this is something that if can't be easily fixed they should have mentioned before we went to the room. The "games room" had a pool table with boxes stacked on it and and a switched off fruit machine. I suppose we could have asked someone to clear the table for us but for the sake of a couple of games before getting ready to go out didn't want to put them to any trouble. The breakfast was really nice and everything was clean if not a bit dated I just don't think it was worth the money I paid or that it is really a 4 star hotel.

Average hotel, not so much the hotel but the fact it's in a location miles from anything. Friendly staff.

Beware we tried to change guest names but because we paid in full they wouldnt let us. We could not make our weekend trip so lost the money. Hotel owner unhelpful and arrogant.

Absolutely loved staying here by far one of the best hotel experiences in Blackpool had a beautiful room clean with sky television beds comfy had a games room and bar and breakfast in the morning was spot on buffet style breakfast food was lovely staff were accommodating and let us leave our luggage in the room we had as our coach was 4 hours later from checkout saved us a lot of heavy carrying and highly greatful would deffo recommend and stay here again xx.

We keep coming back because we love it. Family friendly, clean, welcoming and they are just nice people. Not a place for a stag doo, a chance for families to visit Blackpool.

Best hotel I have stayed in. Rooms very clean and big, service is excellent and the location is perfect.

We stayed at Ashley Victoria from the 27th of May to the 30th of May 2016 Bank holiday weekend. Our experience at the hotel was the best experience we have ever experienced elsewhere. Diane checked us in on Friday night, she was extremely lovely including all the staff were met. The full English breakfast was very well presented and very tasty, a wide variety to choose from. The rooms were very spacious, clean and neat. Location and parking, fantastic. Couldn't ask for more. Will definitely visit again and highly recommend.

The service we received was superb. All staff members were really nice and helpful. Everywhere was clean and kept in good condition.

It was very clean and the owners were very friendly, helpful and all round great hosts. I also left some clothes inside the wardrobe which I forgot all about I rang up and spoke to Diana she had kept hold of it for me and was a great help I would highly recommend the Ashley Victoria hotel me and my partner loved it and are definitely going back soon … Chris and terrilea. It was an excellent stay. The owners were very welcoming and helpfull in every way. Hotel was lovely stay nice and clean.

We reported our toilet seat broken on our arrival on the saturday and it still hadnt been repaired by the tuesday. The phone and internet had been cut off, the food was awful and the female owner was so drunk behind the bar on the saturday evening I thought I was going to have to catch her as she looked like she was about to fall over any second! The room wasnt clean, the maids didnt come to change our towels or bedding for the entire trip, we had to go and ask for some clean ones. The rooms looked nothing at all like they do online. All together, this hotel is a complete dump! never ever again.

Had a nice time in september thanks for the wellcome I think yous was surpised with the big bus load. Cant wait to see yous again on 19th feb 2010. Keep up good work craig from corby.
