Cosy family run hotel, lots of extras that places it above big hotel chains Very good breakfast. Will return on next visit to Blackpool.

Hosts were wonderful from arrival till departure. Room was spacious and spotless. Breakfast was delicious with ample choices. Would definetly recommend.

Just got back from hotel and all I can see is what a lovely stay we have had, owners made us very welcome, rooms beautiful and very clean, would recommend to anyone, I will definitely be going back xxx.

Very nice hotel run by David and Clare and nothing is to much for them to help you enjoy your stay. The hotel is about 10/15 minuets from the seafront and car parking. The family room is very spacious with 1 double & 2 single beds and still plenty of room to move round. It’s got a small balcony with double opening doors on to it. The room was spotless and well maintained with comfortable beds. The breakfast was all freshly cooked to order.

Friends of ours own this bed and breakfast and we have just stayed there for a night absolutely lovely rooms fabulous breakfast highly recommend this place 10 minutes walk to the sea front.

Very nice couple dave and clare very welcoming and will do anything to help very satisfying sleep hot heating and hot water 5* breakfast also 5* price again 5* local newpaper shops 2-3 minutes walk sea front 2-3 minutes walk would 100% stay here again. Hoddy dave.

Great little hotel! New owners Dave and Clair very welcoming, the rooms are lovely and clean, Breakfast cooked really nice. It's in a good location with a 5 minute walk to the town centre. Will definitely be staying here again!

Clean and tidy, very welcoming couple. Full English included. Heating and hot water 5* Lovely place to stay bed very comfy. 5 mins walk to the seafront with local corner shops near by. Parking on street.

Lovely owners handy place to stay but small dated bedrooms.

A great experience made even more special by joe and sandy. We didn't want to leave after getting to know them. They are both so welcoming and we can't wait to go back. We've found a place that we now visit once a year.

Stayed here last night. Very nice room, comfortable bed and very clean. Breakfast was lovely and Sandy and Joe friendly.

Fantastic!
The rooms and the whole of the hotel super clean throughout.
Breakfast super, with a selection of light bites for those not fancying a full english.
The current owners are leaving this week but assured us the new owners will continue to run the hotel the same as them.
With this in mind, we will definitely be returning.

Well what can I say,
what a diamond of a place this little gem is, A lovely warm welcome by Dave and Alan to this fantastic Hotel, our en-suite room was really fresh & clean with a private balcony, I was really surprised how big the room was too.
I had a quick drink at the lovely bar (while waiting for my wife), before the family and I walked to the town centre which is in close proximity.
Following morning the breakfast was presented well and tasted great.
we will return & and recommend to family and friends.
