Great place for a brands hatch trip.

Room very spacious & staff very friendly.

Room looked like a five year old had decorated it (room 112). Window has been designed NOT to open at all. Not even an inch! Wallpaper peeling off in corners… And your paying full London price… Even though its in Kent! Really disappointed with this place.

All staff pleasant and helpful. Beefeater very good food but service slow (but again staff very pleasant)

The only thing wrong with the room that the windows did not open.

Our overnight stay here was worth the price. We arrived late and were welcomed by friendly staff at the reception. The rooms were comfortable and beds were so comfy that kids didn’t want to leave. The breakfast was amazing and definitely worth the extra price. Will definitely be coming back to stay when we next visit family.

Absolutely useless turned up at reception to book in. Gave our reservation number for rooms we had booked a few days ago at a cost £372 for two rooms for two nights. When then informed the receptionist that we needed to remove the second night from our stay. Which we booked on flex. She then amended the booking and over charged us for one night for two rooms we now had to pay £260. We know this to be wrong she then called someone to come and help her try and rectify it who then ended up on the phone to central reservations leaving us standing there at reception for over an hour feeling very upset as we had been on the road since 1am this morning.

A good neutrally located meeting venue with nice rnohg bar area and outside patio.

After staying many Premier Inns in over the years and particularly Orpington, Uxbridge and Oxford recently this is the worst Premier Inn I have stayed in. The rooms are under furnished with no additional seating other than the dressing table chair. The Tiny TV had its volume capped to 23% which for the majority of the freeview channels was far too low. The staff although cheerful were unhelpfull to my requests for another chair and increasing the volume. I will not be booking this Premier Inn again!

This is the second time we have stayed here and the staff are lovely, rooms were spotless. The staff are more than willing to go the extra mile to help you and make sure that you have a comfortable stay. Will be going back.

Light not working in the bathroom, only one tea bag on tray. Dining room first table I was given dirty, second table covered in ants. Breakfast no spoons and no coffee for 10 minutes. Very dissapointing.

Clean. Pleasant staff. Efficient. Good place to stay.

Great stay stayed here saturday 12th may, Reece in he beefeater restaurant was great even saved out glasses for us for the evening so we could enjoy our pink gin
Young lady (blonde hair) on reception very helpful. Evening receptionist miserably man but the other staff made up for it. Clean tidy great room great nights sleep great meal and great breakfast. We will definatly be back. Thank you.

Nice location and nice rooms.

We arrived early. The receptionist told us that our room was not ready, then she went off to find one that we could use instead. The room was clean, we got a night's sleep, and breakfast was filling. Service there was good too.

Lovely hotel, staff couldn't do enough. Lovely food in the adjacent restaurant.

Really easy to find, very pleasant staff, helpful and polite. Happy too help make your stay worthwhile. The rooms are very comfortable and clean, and another nice feature is the easy direct access into the Beefeater Restaurant next door, you don't have go outside to enter. On site car park have fairly good bays, another bonus they're children friendly.

One of the nicer areas on the outskirts of London. Rooms okay. Hotel staff lovely. Beefeater, service a little slow.

Friendly staff but food quality was poor from the beefeater. Uncooked pasta and a hair in it. Nice. Room was ok, usual premier Inn. Nothing special.

Friendly helpful staff. Room very nice with comfy bed. The beefeater is a bonus, had lovely meal as part of meal deal. Breakfast excellent, freshly cooked and included cereal, pastries and full english. You cant go wrong for £24.99 each. Only negative would be need more teabags in room. Two is not enough.

We were meeting family there for food and drinks in the bar area. Although the drinks and food were fine and we were there for several hours, our table and those nearby were not cleared of empty plates and glasses once during our visit. There must have been 20 empty glasses on our table by the time we departed. That is my only criticism of the visit. Everything else was ok.

Turned up to eat, 3/4 staff just walk by us queuing. 2 managers walk by, finally someone came over, they spent a few minutes messing about with a laptop, asked us how many, asked for 3 he said they were fully booked. Should have just said this rather than keeping us waiting 10 min. Restaurant was empty.

Only stayed for the one night and following day's breakfast, yet everything went as planned and felt like valued visitors. Louise on reception was nothing short of exceptional, indeed my partner works at a 4* hotel and she was better than what I see there. Nothing too much trouble and a very warm and welcoming personality. The lady in the restaurant was less great, but on reflection it may be that Louise was so good the restaurant staff just couldn't meet the same standards given the bar was so high. Food was good though and plenty of parking.

Acceptable room, clean and tidy. Had a room above the entrance of the bar so got noisy at late night. Other than that was fine.

Friendly staff, very helpful … great rooms … enjoyed breakfast as staff were helpful and food ok!
just a suggestion … a few more teabags and milks in the rooms (a lovely lady gave us more for the following night) but we had to ask!

Nice quiet rooms. Had a problem with the first room, but quickly moved to another. On the downside, the breakfast was awful.

Good premier inn. Can't really go wrong them, this particular room didn't have air con but the room stayed cool enough. Staff are nice too.

Usual Premier inn experience. Air con a blessing in 30deg heat. Staff friendly and restaurant area at night very busy so advise booking.

I haven't stayed at any of the rooms here — however the breakfast on offer in the morning was delicious! There is a large range of food on offer including the continental breakfast — as well as a good selection of drinks with no extra cost. The price of the breakfast was very reasonable — with those under 16 eating free which is very useful! Overall very nice — only negative I've noticed is the long waiting time on occasions.

The premier inn is very nice. What you expect from a chain hotel. But the staff on reception go out of their way to help. The room was set up nicely lovely and clean. Everything had been filled up and it even has a hair dryer in the room. Which was great as I forgot to pack mine. I see most of these reviews talking about the beefeater which is attached.
Yes it wasn't great but that's not the hotel staffs fault. Just remember it's busy on the weekends. As it's open to the pu…blic. So if you do want to eat there you will need to book a table which the reception staff can do. Just be clear what time you would like to eat. Parking is free but can be busy on the weekends due to the restaurant. I do think this needs looking at yes. There should be a space per room and then spares. Or even do an top level so you have enough. I have stayed here twice now and would definitely stay again. Kids love it
There is free Wi-Fi but it does kick you out a lot which can get annoying for the kids when they are watching their iPads.
The phone service isn't that great around these parts either. But not fussed just means I have a quiet weekend xxx.

Typical Premier Inn standards of service. Good rooms, reasonable staff, flaky air con… Don't bother with any food options though. The adjoining Beefeater simply cannot cope. Booked a table and several were empty when we arrived but expected to wait half an hour regardless. Several of the standard breakfast items missing and staff not the least bit interested.

Your tropical premier inn with beefeater next door (which I hear is expensive but can't verify as we didn't use it) sadly no tube station nearby but we had a ten min drive and left our car for free at St Mary Cray rail station to get in to London.

Good sized rooms but parking spaces can fill up with guests for the attached Beefeater restaurant.

Windows need to be able yo be opened. Beefeater had no heating.

Only went for food so can't comment on the rooms. Food was good and staff were pleasant and very busy for a Tuesday night.

I couldnt fault the hotel if I tried, the beds were like sleeping upon a cloud and the staff were helpful and attractive. However, the amazingly inept staff at 'The Bull' did not listen to simple instructions and managed to deliver starters and mains at the same time, so low and behold the mains were lukewarm once we managed to get to them. Is she crazy? I think so.

The single bed was extremely unconformable as it felt I was lying on metal rods and the mattress was very thin. In addition, the thermostat was not working at all and the temperature did not change until the morning which led to a very cold night. At around 2:00 AM the fire alarm 'malfunctioned' and therefore was ringing for almost an hour. No staff approached our room to inform the problem so we had to find the staff to find out the problem. We received a note under our door in the morning explaining what happened and no one remotely apologized to us on this note apart from showing an email in case we wanted to take it further. We where also not informed about the full refund offered until other guests told us which led us to get our own refund just before we left. The breakfast service was extremely awful upon arriving in the 'beafeater' restaurant. We where sat at our tables for over an hour watching people arriving getting served before us. We decided to then approach one of the staff to which they finally took our orders. We where then sat for again over an hour to receive our food whilst sitting in an empty restaurant after everyone left (to which no one apologized) The fire alarm incident was perhaps a rare occasion but breakfast service was extremely slow and I do not recommend visiting this Premier Inn at all.

Good reception area, good beds. Light and thus noise comes in under the door and through the windows otherwise would get a five. I have lunch there which was good as well, friendly and polite. There is an unlimited amount of chips on each meal if you feel hungry.

Couldnt fault premier inn, but the beefeater restaurant is another matter cold breakfast, sent it back then when replacement arrived "grill tomato stone cold, complained to beefeater, and premier inn, no reply, so wrote to WHITBREAD, what a result £30.00 voucher.

The staff are rude and unwelcoming. We waited 10mins for the reception to even look at us. Then we were shown our table in a perfunctory manner. Ordered drinks that never came. I would def not recommend this place until they work out that politeness and courtesy cost nothing. Been back a fee times and things have improved. Not my number one destination though.

Very nice new build beefeater, tho inside it appears quite dirty with smears on the glass which surrounds most tables, dust on the lights which hang over each table and dirty seats. Our waitress Sam was very good and the food arrived promptly &was very nice. Overpriced tho.

Overpriced undersized starter. Undercooked steak, anemic chicken. Watched four chefs struggle to make our mains, waited over an hour, they were only doing our meals and there was only two of us. This was a quiet midweek night, lord knows what happens on a busy weekend! Perhaps less time chatting to the 'waiter' would be advantageous? Our waitress was fairly helpful, though her younger counterparts, seemed bored and extremely unenthusiastic. Will never return and would never recommend.
