We stayed in the room with the four poster bed and roll top bath the room was very clean as was the rest of the hotel… La La the lady in charge couldn’t do enough for you she was very friendly and helpful and as this stay was for my partners birthday she was happy to put a bottle of fizz in our room on ice on our arrival and even gave us a box of chocolates… the sun room at top of guesthouse is a very quirky idea … would definitely stay again.

Amazing place so welcoming food was great Suzi REALY go’s above and beyond my only complaint would be that I don’t like the tea bags in the room but there is plenty of coffee to instead with lovely biscuits and a choice of milk can’t wait to return in the spring.

Lovely place to stay after a lot of issues in Europe we got to seabrook house late, a very nice lady greeted us with smiles and a very lovely persona, offered us drinks and food which she didn't have to do and prob after a long day for her.
Room was amazing and Set in a great location.
Thank you again.

A warm welcome on arrival made to feel at home right away breakfast very good bedrooms clean linen &towels bathroom/showers well clean I'm going back in September If poss I'd recommend seabrook house to all my friend etc if there down in hythe. Well done the ladies who run it.

Seabrook House is a friendly, welcoming place to stay, the owner takes pride in her business, ensuring the comfort of guests is a top priority for all the staff. It is a pleasure to visit, it is 6 months since I last stayed, it's great to come back, a bit of home from home.

As a regular guest for more than 1 year now, I'm always happy to come back to Seabrook house.

Reasonably priced, good hosting and nicely situated hotel. Enjoyed my stay and would visit again.

Stayed in good family room on Boxing day, stupidly, due to an early start, I forgot my nightshirt. 100% know I left it hanging on the bathroom radiator, but had a channel tunnel booked, so could not return for it. When I called to get it back, It had not been handed in, so either they do not clean thoroughly or the cleaning staff kept it. Left a good review up until now. Pity, as it was a convenient location. We won’t be staying there again. Awful coffee too. ☹️

We were delighted to be the first guests of the new on site bar. Host very welcoming and attentive. Free on site parking. Breakfast hot and plentiful.
A slight issue today, a lack of hot water due to a boiler issue, and quite poor water pressure anyway, but sure this will be resolved quickly.

Great accommodation, some rooms with sea views. Lovely communal areas, conservatory and seating in the garden. Friendly, helpful staff. Good choices for breakfast and well presented. Reasonable prices. We will definitely be going there again.

Clean, comfortable and staff very courteus. I would recomend and come again.

Completely mad place if your on top floor, as have a beach thing going on in your room with sand and deck chairs. Palm trees and decking in the bedroom.

Nothing bad to say at all about this guest house. Friendly staff, lovely room, comfy bed and a full English breakfast next morning. Perfect.

The food and room were really good only problem was we didn't have our room that we booked due to a double booking! Wish the lady had contacted us sooner rather than on the day as we was travelling to the B&B.

Quite Good for the price, rooms have all the amenities you would expect in a 4 star hotel.
