Friendly helpful staff and rangers. We had the AAA Safari to feed Rhinos and Giraffes. What an absolute amazing experience. We learnt a lot about the animals and their welfare. Stayed in the hotel for 2 nights in the Lloyd George room which had great views across the gardens, coast and on the clear day we had to France. we ate 2 nights in the garden room, lovely food and good service and the price although not cheap was about what I expected Sunday 3 course dinner £33.

We went to the Wildlife Reserve. It was amazing. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The area is very hilly so walking might take a while. I definitely recommend the safari.

Fantastic place, well set out, friendly helpful staff and amazing food in the two restaurants we went to (baby dolls and the garden room) had the best time! The animals were a real treat to see, Aspinalls are doing great work! Totally recommend!

Stunning location. The staff are friendly, very accommodating and look like they all really enjoy working there. Sitting eating our delicious lunch outside Babydoll’s felt like we were sitting in a lodge on a game reserve in Africa today! Surrounded by lions and cheetahs. All of us soaking up the sunshine. Can’t recommend this place enough for people of all ages.

The inclusive safari was fantastic. The setting was beautiful. The staff were all really helpful and friendly. The animals looked comfortable and well looked after. My mum, sister and I had a fantastic time.

The staff were very helpful and polite. The food in the restaurants was lovely. A variety of animals to see and they have a very good conservation programme. I would recommend doing the safari ride and you will get to see more animals that way.

Stayed in Tiger Lodge with my husband, daughter and grandson on Good Friday for my daughters birthday and it was the most incredible experience ever. The lodge is stunning, spacious and very well thought out and the tiger view is just awesome. We were very lucky to have the two tigers right outside our window “protecting us” the connection you feel with them is so emotional and something you cannot possibly describe. It is a lifetime memory that can’t be topped. A huge shout out to the staff, every single person we came into contact with was polite, courteous and couldn’t do enough for us. You are all a credit to Port Lympne and a refreshing change in todays world when customer service doesn’t always seem to be a priority. Thank you SO much.

We have just returned from a two night stay in the treehouse, what can we say but wow! What an amazing place, loved the freedom to the golf buggy and exploring the reserve after hours! The safari was just great and our guide so knowledgeable. The animals were clean and well cared for. I would definitely recommend this place for a special treat.

Excellent food and service in all the venue's. Riding round the reservation in our personal buggy was spectacular, so many animals in their natural habitat so much better than a zoo. Highly recommended.

Unforgettable experience at HogDear Creek. Right from check in to check out, our short stay felt super special! The animals here are so well cared for, their enclosures are really thought about carefully and it’s clear that they are not just “on show “for the visitors! Highly recommend the safari experience, the guide is so knowledgeable and truly cares about conservation. All restaurants were great and food was delicious too. The highlight of our stay was by far the private buggy, exploring the site early in the morning and late at night really was a unique experience. Will be back!

The park is awesome, some amazing animals, the safaris are great and excellent accommodation. Caring and knowledgeable staff. Would recommend a stay to anyone!

We had such an amazing time for our 5th wedding anniversary. We stayed in one of the Tiger lodges. The staff where brilliant. Our ranger tour was fantastic as was our big cat experience. We loved watching and feeding the Tigers! really good food at the restaurants and a nice clean and safe environment all around.
Will definitely return.

Absolutely love this amazing place. So brilliantly set up for the contentment of the animals. We'll definitely be back once the safari can run again as on a sunny day that is such a fantastic experience.

We had a splendid day exploring the animals. The park was clean and tidy. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The weather was really good as well.

We went today 29th June. Brilliantly organised and clear signage. No crowding and very clean! well done lovely to see so many babies too. Well done to your lovely staff.

We had a brilliant day there which wasn’t enough time to see all of it. Would recommend a stay there. The ride on the Safari was brilliant would wholeheartedly recommend it. Loved the gorillas and would strongly recommend visiting them. Loved all of it.

Had a perfect stay, the staff went above and beyond during a very uncertain and worrying time. Constant updates by phone call, room service and always a friendly and cheery face from everyone we passed. Definitely worth the money and would 100% return to stay.

Fabulous place and wonderful animals Hotel is wonderful and pods are basic and warm but if u r used to camping they are great. Very Privileged to have been able to visit.

Very helpful when my son had a terrible accident yesterday. All the staff were supportive and very fast thinking, and even helped with my daughter and took her off to see some animals whilst an ambulance were called. Haven’t been in years and was very happy for the 15minutes we were there highly recommend. And they’re sending us tickets to come back. Thank you again and again!

I have just celebrated my 60th birthday and it was magical thanks to this amazing place. A mixture of animal conservation and beautiful accommodation with lovely staff and beautiful rooms.

Stayed here for a night and it was absolutely amazing! Stayed up until 3am listening/watching to all the animals. Highly recommend even if it’s just for the day.

We stayed at Tiger Lodge.
It was utterly breathtaking on all levels.
The situation; the facilities; the extra touches of luxury… vista view over the sea to the South. Two exquisite tigers roaming their enclosure to the North.
Nothing is too much trouble. A big birthday celebration called for fizz, nibbles and a wood-fired tub requested for 6pm meant it was lit by the wonderful ‘bath lighting pixies’ at 4:30pm.
This is one hotel room you will NEVER want to leave. Who wouldn’t want to replay the Beatles white album on the record player or pluck a tome from the library of books whilst awaiting a stroll past from a tiger?
However — do not miss the opportunity of an animal encounter. We joined Sarah the bear keeper for a fascinating insight into their daily routine.
Add to that a VIP feed experience with Animal Manager Rich — giving you the privilege to get up close and personal with two or more of the animals.
Finally do book a AAA Safari where you may get the chance to feed “a tower of giraffe” and Black Rhino.
The personal golf buggy for exclusive use is a genius idea. Free to roam after hours and a handy mode of transport to get to any of the lovely restaurants for dinner.
This is NOT a zoo — and the animals’ welfare and comfort comes first and foremost. Fine by me. I was humbled at being allowed to be so up close and personal with these magnificent beasts.

We have just stayed in one of the pods in Pinewood and they are excellent. Cosy and comfy with everything you need. We had a fabulous camp fire going all night. The safari was excellent and loved seeing all the animals but our favourite moments were listening to the roar of the lions and tigers at dusk and the Large Carnivore encounter which I would recommend to anyone. Andy and Alex were helpful in making sure we had the best animal encounters. An experience we will never forget. The house and grounds are just stunning. We will be back.

We hav stayed in the treehouses summer and winter both were amazing for different reasons, gorgeous rooms and golf buggy was fun recommend to everyone any age or ability they are so friendly, helpful and informative about the animals. Waking up and going to sleep listening to the animals was so exciting.

Amazing Safari, also very spacious enclosures and the Dinosaur area is a great for any fans of the Jurassic period.

Amazing place, the safari was brilliant. Baby lion cubs, so cute. Great family day out. Will definitely visit again, so much to see. Love it that the animals are in such a natural environment.

Value for money, clean, friendly staff lots to see and the safari ride was out of this world would definitely come back.

Fantastic stay in your Treehouse, from checking in with our welcome drink to the day we left was amazing.
The Tapir experience with ranger Chris made it enjoyable with lots of knowledge and he took his time. We loved feeding Hunter and giving him a rub. Highlight was when Chris called his name, Hunter responded by making his call.
We will definitely be back and be booking the Tiger Lodge next time.

We stayed in Pinewood in the Glamping tent and it was brilliant:) had two fab days walking around the park, and enjoyed walking around the park when it was shut. We sat around the campfire in the evening and went to the Babydoll Restaurant for dinner. On the second day we went on the free Safari which we really enjoyed and ended our mini break watching the Tigers being feed. We would definitely recommend a stay at Port Lympne.

Park staff are all very helpful and knowledgeable. Safari truck tours can be busy during the day, so if you can arrive early, head straight to the Basecamp to avoid the lines. Staying in the accommodation around the park is a great way to see more of the animals outside peak times.

We married at the hotel on the 26th July, stayed in the Tiger lodge and took our wedding guests on safari. Everything was fabulous and my guests said it was the best wedding they had ever attended. The park is beautiful, the safari is like driving through Kenya and I have been Kenya! The tiger lodge was an unbelievable experience, waking up drinking our morning coffee with a tiger on the other side of the glass. We will be back every year for sure to celebrate our anniversary.

Amazing reserve. If you are going with the family and want to spoil yourselves, book in for the Private Safari drive. This summer with limited rainfall it’s almost like being in Africa, dry blonde grass and all the animals to give you that safari feel.

A very very nice time spent at Port Lympne 2 X nights in a pinewood cabin which was more than enough for a comfortable stay. Electricity, kettle, tea, coffee and the wash facilities including showers were immaculate. Would definitely go back.

It was fun, it was exciting. The free Safari Bus Tour was cool. You get taken by the guide to see half of the park and the free-roaming animals (except the smart camels who hid as soon as they hear the engine approaching and stuck their necks out to check now and again to see when we were going to leave). The other half were caged animals. I have to say my heart sank when I saw them but it is obvious why as they were the monkeys, cats, wolves… etc. We saw more of them when we went around the park for the second time at dusk. Probably it was too hot for them during summer afternoon. Restaurant was a nice place to grab a pizza after the walk and enjoy the whispering of the nearby resident animals. Giraffe Lodge looks fab (up on the hill facing down onto the ‘safari’) but Tiger Lodge looks rather creepy. It felt like they were really ‘earning their keep’. In fact they all are, it’s just that it is more prominent when these hosts (animals) are entertaining their guests overnight whereas the others only work during the park’s opening hours. Maybe it’s just a visual illusion that there is more space behind a fence than a cage. When I see the endless landscape in the surrounding area I kind of wish they will be gifted with more land. One thing I am sure is that the staff there do love their animals, spending time working and talking passionate about them. Take it slow, don’t over-agitate the animals in their own ‘home’ and it shall be a good place to spent a day.

We stayed in the Mansion Hotel for 1 evening. The hotel itself was beautiful it’s just a shame so many members of staff were unpleasant. Whilst having a welcome drink the waitress thought it was appropriate to moan and tell us how busy she has been all day. This made us feel unwelcome and like we were an inconvenience. There was only 1 other table at breakfast but we waited 15 mins for tea, 20 mins for water, and the orange juice never arrived. We ate dinner at Babydolls where there was no prosecco by the glass, no lemonade and no fruit cider. The park itself is huge and I was surprised to see no water stations. This made walking in the heat difficult. We were told we could not hire golf carts as we were not in the right accommodation to have them. I would not recommend this to anyone with walking difficulties.

Wonderful relaxing but informative place to go to experience conservation and see animals. Whole day and I did not see any discarded litter. Fantastic views of countryside.

Had an overnight stay in the Tiger Lodge yesterday. What a stunning lodge and right on the enclosure. The Lodge had its own private entrance and terrace. The views across Kent and the Channel were spectacular. The tigers were fed when we arrived and food placed in front of our living room window so we had the perfect view and were able to take lots of photos. We had our own golf buggy which was great fun and also took the strain off our legs as the park is very hilly. We had drinks in the evening at the complimentary bar and went on for pizza and wine at Babydolls which was very nice. (Pity the brownies were off the menu). Breakfast in the morning was at the cafe close to Tiger Lodge. It was ok. My husband said the sausages weren’t of great quality and the bacon in my sandwich wasn’t cooked to order so not hot, so that’s something that could be improved. It’s great that you can go about the park when it’s closed to the public and convenient for the safari first thing as you can avoid the queues later on. Only thing I would say on the safari, is that the driver could stop just for 30 seconds to allow people to take better photos. The only thing I would say is that for the £950 for 1 night stay in the Tiger Lodge they could have at least thrown in breakfast for free as it a very expensive stay. Overall though we absolutely loved it and would definitely do it again.

Two night stay in the Treehouse Hotel and Primate Zoo Keeper experience. Early bday surprise from my mum and I have been totally blown away by the whole experience. Accommodation is top notch with first class service in the club house. The primate keepers were amazing and made for a unique and rewarding day for me helping to look after the primates at the park. Considering I had never heard of the park before I arrived, I would 100% recommend it as a place to visit /stay — great that is not so commercialised as a lot of other zoos have become. Safari experience virtually on your own doorstep!

Awesome wildlife park. Loads of open space, plenty to see. No point moaning about empty enclosures as the animals are not there to entertain us humans. They sleep a lot, get over it. Go and support the conservation work they do there. I had a great day out, bank Holiday Monday, sunny weather and wasn't mega busy.

Brilliant safari Park go there several times a year, great for kids and adults.

Lots of animals kept very humanely. And a very nice pizza restaurant for lunch!

If you love giraffes, you'll love this place! Lush open spaces, content-looking animals and a great safari experience.
