Most Perfect Hotel Room.
I had three midweek nights in a Townhouse Room on the fifth floor.
It was immaculately clean, an exceptional size with six floor to ceiling windows in the entrance/lounge area and two in the bedroom offering stunning views along the river, flooded with natural light and so peaceful!
An amazing design concept for the Room layout; overall the most fantastic Hotel experience, I can't wait to return!
The staff at the hotel were really friendly. We checked in slightly earlier than the stated three o clock with no issue. As it was my husband's birthday we had a few complimentary drinks waiting for us in the room. This was a lovely touch. The breakfast was delicious. I have dietary requirements and the staff went above and beyond to look out for this! Definitely would stay again.
We have stayed in this hotel several times, last time was Nov 23 and we are coming back this May as an early birthday gift for my husband, couldn't think of a better hotel to stay in to celebrate with him, Hotel is very clean and welcoming. Rooms comfortable and spacious. Staff very welcoming and nothing is an effort to please us visitors. Food in restaurant is amazing! We have recommended to several friends and family and they all agree this hotel is great.
