Everyone was very accommodating, good local knowledge for recommendations and a very nice breakfast as well. Will definitely stay again.

My husband, baby daughter and mother and father in law have had an amazing 4 night stay with the marlborough hotel. It's the second time we have stayed here as it's an a friendly hotel with great breakfast and always very accomadating for every need. Will be back again soon I hope.

Excellent staff and service would highly recommend keep it up pascal our second stay here absolutely brilliant Mr and Mrs Dewis.

Good hotel in a good location not too far from Shanklin old village and the beach. The breakfast was absolutely superb and the owners were very friendly and accommodating. The only gripe I had was we had to move rooms because of the shower not being usable unless you held the shower head, which made showering very difficult. We were moved to a twin room which wasn’t ideal for us and the shower in our new room wasn’t brilliant either due to very low pressure, which was a real shame. Apart from that, we had a great stay.

Myself and my Husband stayed for a weeks holiday with you recently, we had a really lovely time, the room was perfect lovely and clean, the breakfast was lovely you was both really helpful and friendly we hope to return again in the near future from Mr & Mrs W Stewart.

Nice hotel situated equal distance between station and beach. Lovely comfy bed and space in our room (20). Friendly staff, tasty breakfast and it's own bar.

Good location, clean and comfortable rooms, helpful staff. The bar has a nice book/ colouring corner for kids and pool table. Room had a shower only and was quite small. Lovely breakfast. Great value for money.

Very clean room, comfortable bed, nice shower, breakfast is utterly superb couldn't do enough for you, bar area and sun lounge excellent, good off road parking very handy, good hotel in this price range.

Very nice place with great garden and tea conservatory.

Stayed overnight. Bed and breakfast. Wonderful warm welcome and a lovely room. Comfy bed and a nice little alcove with chairs in. Room 2. Breakfast was very nice with an extesive buffet of cereals, fruit, yoghurts as well a some cheeses and meats. The full English was cooked great with 2 sausages, bacon, an egg, hash brown and beans. Black pudding also available. Would not hesitate to stay at The Marlborough again. Great.

Stayed as a couple at the Marlborough Hotel and we would recommend it! Staff were friendly and helpful and our room was comfortable, clean and quiet. The hotels location was great too — walking distance to Shanklin Chine, Old Town and the Beach (all under a 10minute walk). Plenty of spaces in the hotel car park. Breakfast was good with cereals, fruit, yogurt, croissants, juice, tea, coffee and full English available. The hotel has a nice bar area with a pool table and lots of magazines and books available to read for guests. Overall we had a lovely stay at this hotel and were made to feel very welcome!

Really enjoyed our holiday at The Marlborough. It is very central for everything. Staff are always polite and helpful. Very friendly and clean. Breakfast plenty of choice.

The room was quite nice, but I had problems with flushing the toilet, which wasn't exactly what I was expecting.

Friendly staff, really good selection for breakfast ranging from a full English to muffins, cereal and fruit. The room was clean and the single bed was firm and comfy. Would recommend for a night or two's stay.

Stayed @ the Marlborough in April during Easter and couldn't be happier, this is an excellent hotel with good facilities, very comfy bedroom with Wi-Fi, good atmosphere, the breakfast was just the icing on the cake with lots to eat and choose from they even had soya milk and gluten free bread! will def come back, thank you.

We visited the Marlborough Hotel in Shanklin on the Isle of Wight on the weekend of 28th March 2014 for 4 days. We were very impressed by not only service we received but the hospitality of the hotel owners was second to none, they went out of their way to accommodate us and made our stay very welcoming. The hotel was very clean comfortable and very bright, we will definitely stay there again. M mason J de Cozar.
